Abstract

Pada sebuah media penyimpanan lagu, seringkali ditemukan duplikasi lagu yangmengakibatkan penggunaan ruang media penyimpanan lagu menjadi tidak optimal. Duplikasilagu umumnya diakibatkan oleh cara pengguna dalam menyimpan lagu pada mediapenyimpanan. Umumnya, pengguna tidak memperhatikan apakah dalam media penyimpananlagu sudah terdapat lagu yang sama atau tidak. Selain itu, perbedaan lokasi penyimpanan lagumerupakan salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan untuk mengetahui apakah dalammedia penyimpanan lagu terdapat duplikasi lagu.Oleh karena itu, untuk mengoptimalkan ruang media penyimpanan lagu, maka dirancangsuatu aplikasi yang menggunakan algoritma sidik jari audio untuk mengidentifikasi duplikasi lagupada media penyimpanan lagu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rekayasa perangkat lunakmodel waterfall, untuk menghasilkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat mengatasi masalah duplikasiberkas lagu pada media penyimpanan.

Abstract

Digit classifier yang dikembangkan, digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan angka dari tulisantangan. Sudah banyak sekali digit classifier yang dikembangkan dengan berbagai algoritmamachine learning, salah satu yang populer dan terus berkembang adalah jaringan saraf tiruan.Dengan motivasi tersebut, penulis juga membangun digit classifier menggunakan jaringan saraftiruan yang dipadukan dengan teknik optimisasi. Jenis arsitektur jaringan saraf tiruan yang akandigunakan adalah feedforward dan back propagation. Teknik optimisasi feature normalization danprincipal component analysis (PCA) juga akan digunakan untuk meningkatkan performa model.Set data yang digunakan untuk melatih model merupakan data Mixed National Institute ofStandards and Technology (MNIST). Dengan memadukan jaringan saraf tiruan dan teknik-teknikoptimisasi tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan performa dan akurasi untukmengklasifikasikan angka serta memberikan pemahaman baru bagi penulis.

Abstract

During the implementation of database system, needs of getting fast, accurate and high-availabilitydata, has become major clauses for the implementation of “high-availability” system. Oracle 10gRAC is a clustered database solution that requires a two or more node hardware configurationcapable of working together under a clustered operating system. A clustered hardware solution ismanaged by cluster management software, usually provided by the hardware vendor. Theoperating system is also responsible for providing access to the shared disk subsystems. Parametersthat used for the performance testing and analyzing of Oracle 10g Real Application Cluster are thecpu idle, free memory, SGA, buffer cache, and shared pool. As result for the performance testingand analyzing, it can be concluded that Oracle 10g Real Application Cluster was really good for theimplementation of “high-availability system” concept. But it all depends to the analysis for itssystem.

Abstract

It has been long to known that food plays an important role in efforts to prevent and curediseases, to develop the human resources potential, achieve a better quality and achieve longer lifeas well. It is proper nutrition issues into the affairs of all of us, both at the individual, household, andnational levels.In a healthy or unhealthy condition, food needs to be regulated well. Because of shortage andexcess nutrients will cause the body disease. This occurs because of an error in dietary habit and alack of understanding and knowledge of proper nutrition. This is the reason that author wants tomake an application on nutrition with method certainty factor. So users have a better knowledgeabout nutrition. Desktop application created with Visual Basic .NET using Oracle Database.

Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan bagian dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer.Sistem ini dapat digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi keputusan pada pengambilankeputusan pada suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakanbeberapa metode, salah satu diantaranya adalah metode Naive-Bayesian.Teorema Baiyesdigunakan untuk menghitung peluang untuk suatu hipotesis dalam statistika. Bayes OptimalClassifier menghitung peluang dari suatu kelas dari masing-masing kelompok atribut yang adadan menentukan kelas mana yang paling optimal. Penggunaan metode Naive-Bayesian inidiharapkan dapat membantu panitia seleksi untuk menentukan siswa mana yang layak menjadisiswa kelas akselerasi berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, yaitu nilai tes akademik, iq,nilai tes kemampuan IT, hasil wawancara, hasil UN dan narasi psikolog.

Abstract

Trash has been a serious problem. All this time, people is used to just throw away theirgarbage to garbage cans and leave the res of the process to instances that are responsible fortaking care the daily waste of human's lives. In real life, garbage problems extend to the point ofhealth and environment issues. Garbage also affects the cleanliness of a room, in which the morehousehold consumption the more garbage is being created. The purpose of this writing is to designa controlling system model and a garbage robot automation. The result of this design is expected tohelp humans to carry their garbage out of their rooms.

Abstract

Clinical Laboratory Paranida a means of supporting health. Improving the Quality ofLaboratory Services through standardization of services that includes aspects of service procedures,inspection procedures and diagnostic accuracy you need for a healthier life. Found problems thatoccur in the processing of patient data, which is still done with the recording system and thecalculation process payment transactions are still not maximizing the computerized system so wellthat in making patient data reports and financial statements requires quite a long time.The method used is the system approach structured design. Where structured design is thedevelopment of a model of problem solving analysis results by using acomputer system that hascomponents - components and relationships are the same or similar to the original problem. Thedevelopment of the system used in this research is to create a prototype using an iterative method inthe model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The tool used to describe the system model is adata flow diagram (FlowMap), context diagrams, and data flow diagram (DFD), as well as indatabase design using a data dictionary, normalization, and Entity Relation Diagram (ERD). In thedesign of Health Care Information Systems is using the programming language supported byNetBeans IDE 6.9.1 with MySQL as the database.After passing through the stages of implementation and testing, the results obtained are betterdata storage and ease of administration are effective in preparing reports and archiving structuredreports. System information created is expected to assist the Clinical Laboratory Paranida inimproving health services and their performance.

Abstract

Designing and building a decision support system based on data mining using datawarehouse, especially health centersin the villages of Kampung Rawa in ranet system developmentin such a way to explore the added value in the form of information that had been unknown to themmanually from a database is a matter that will be discussed in this study. This research is a study ofcausal relationships of aset of variables to be studied. The method used in this study uses datamining techniques are then developed with the support ofthe data ware house with data retrievalfrom the health center's annual reportas a Decision Support System which can collect information inthe formulation of analytical techniques and decision-making procedures. The experiment wasconducted at the health centerin Central Jakarta Kampung Rawa. The first unit of analysis used inthis study are all part of heal this in Kampung Rawa Health Center. To obtain a representative unitof analysis, in this research, the classification by category Rukun Warga denseslums and poor slumcontainedin RW 01, RW 02, RW 06 and RW 08.

Abstract

The administration activity in an institute is largerly done by using a paper based mailing and document as a media. Therefore, a great effort needs to be performed in the case of management and archiving, in the form of providing storage space through the categorizing system. Digitalization of document by scanning it into a digital image is one of the solution to reduce the effort to perform the work of archiving and categorizing such document. It also provide searching feature in the form of metadata, that is manually written during the digitalization process. The metadata can contains the title of document, summary, or category. The needs to manually input this metadata can be solved by utilizing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) that converts any text in the document into readable text storing in the database system. This research focused on the implementation of the OCR system to extract text in the scanned document image and performing optimization of the pre-processing stage which is Image Thresholding. The aim of the optimization is to increase OCR accuracy by tuning threshold value of given value sets, and resulting 0.6 as the best thresholding value. Experiment performed by processing text extraction towards several scanned document and achieving accuration rate of 92.568%.
