Abstract

This research is motivated by the limitations of school’s facilities in improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts to utilize learning facilities in improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School of Nurul Balad, Mentawak Village, Nalo Tantan District, how to improve the performance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School of Nurul Balad and the obstacles faced in improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School of Nurul Balad, Mentawak Village, Nalo Tantan District. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained through the results of observations, interviews and documentations. The results showed that the efforts to utilize learning facilities in improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School Nurul Balad Mentawak Village, Nalo Tantan District, namely the school attempted to provide learning facilities for Islamic Religious Education Teachers, according to the priority scale. The way to improve the performance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School Nurul Balad Mentawak Village Nalo Tantan District is to instill a sense of responsibility that must be improved again, by continuously evaluating what is given to students both at the level of effectiveness and efficiency. The obstacle in the effort to utilize learning facilities in improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School Nurul Balad, Mentawak Village, Nalo Tantan District, is more on the side of using teaching materials and the use of learning facilities that require costs that are not yet available.

Abstract

The progress of a society, nation, and state is also determined by the progress of education carried out. This research is a qualitative research, with a descriptive type of research. The subjects in this study were people in Dusun II Gang Jati, Karang Anyar Village, Secanggang District by taking samples of 3 families whose children's education was low and 3 families whose children's education was good. Based on the results of this study, it was found that: 1) The people of Karang Anyar Village, Secanggang District realized the importance of children's education. Therefore, they provide children's education at home. 2) Parents also provide education to their children through formal education in schools, by providing education to their children they can develop children's knowledge under the guidance of teachers as educators in schools.

Abstract

Quarter-life crisis is a feeling of worry that is present over the uncertainty of the future life, namely around personal, social, family, work relationships, which occurs around the age of twenties. Students are individuals who are affected by the quarter-life crisis because they are in early adulthood or emerging adulthood. The emotional crisis experienced by students in the long term due to accepting the challenge of a quarter-life crisis can cause various negative impacts on life, one of which is stress and depression. Islam in the holy book Al-Qur'an provides several ways to increase individual self-confidence in order to answer the challenges of the quarter-life crisis, namely by recognizing self-concept, positive thinking, belief and action, surrender (Tawakal), gratitude and self-evaluation. (Nur Huda, 2016). This study involved 200 students using quantitative methods and using a Likert scale, namely the concept of self-confidence in the Qur'an (Nur Huda, 2016) and the quarter-life crisis scale (Christine Hassler, 2009). The results showed that the understanding of the concept of self-confidence in the Qur'an proved to have a significant effect on the quarter-life crisis problem for students by 11.2% (p<0.01). The results of the Pearson correlation show a positive score of 0.335 which strengthens the relationship between variables so that the higher the understanding of the concept of self-confidence in the Qur'an, the higher the problem of quarter-life crisis in students.

Abstract

SMP Takhassus Al-Qur’an Kalibeber terletak di wilayah Wonosobo merupakan sekolah yang memiliki koneksi dengan Pondok Pesantren Al-Asy’ariyah dengan pendirinya Al-Mukarram KH. Muntaha Alh. Sekolah ini memadukan antara Ilmu Agama dengan Ilmu umun agar terciptanya keseimbangan antara ilmu dunia dan ilmu akhirat. Program yang paling menonjol di sekolah ini adalah program unggulan Tahfidz, dimana di wilayah Wonosobo belum ada sekolah yang memiliki program tersebut. Tujuan diadakannya program unggulan tersebut adalah guna mencetak para santri penghafal Al-Qur’an. Sudah banyak lulusan SMP Takhassus Al-Qur’an yang menjadi hafiz dan hafizah. Itu semua merupakan hasil dari suksesnya pemimpin dalam memimpin sebuah institusi. Pemimpin yang baik adalah dia yang mampu mensukseskan sekolahnya dari tahun ke tahun untuk mengalami kemajuan. Demi terwujudnya program unggulan tersebut maka sebagai pemimpin wajib untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada guru tahfidz dan tentunya kepada peserta didik itu sendiri guna meningkatkan program tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how communication is applied by Luqman in educating his children stated in QS. Luqman verses 12-19, by of showing styles, methods, theories, materials and characteristics of parents or educators in educating their children or students. Therefore it can be a reference in communicating with children in achieving educational goals. This research is a content analysis research using the tahlili method, namely the interpretation method which explains the content of the verses of the Qur'an from all its aspects. The results of this study are: First, the educational material in Surah Luqman is about monotheism or the prohibition of associating partners with Allah, being safe or believing that every action must have a reward, morality to parents, human beings and morality to the environment. Second, the criteria for educators in QS. Luqman are patient, sincere, knowledgeable and pious and Third, Educational Communication Methods in Surah Luqman verses 12-19 are the advice method, the exemplary method and the habituation method.

Abstract

The development of the entrepreneurial spirit has become crucial in today's era. Entrepreneurship has become an important authority in society through entrepreneurship will help to open up job opportunities for the community, especially for the development of human resources. This article will discuss the role of STAIMAS Wonogiri to foster motivation and entrepreneurial spirit among students with a production-based learning model. Students have a strategic position to develop entrepreneurial attitudes through entrepreneurship education programs, especially in entrepreneurship practices and job training such as seeking business opportunities through lecturer activities and using industrial cooperation agreements.

Abstract

As we all know that today there are many differences of opinion from political elites, statesmen and even scholars in the country of Indonesia about being like a leader and the character of the prospective leader's personnel who are ideal for the country and understand the ideology of Pancasila. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning concept of Islamic Education contained in Surat al-Kahf verses 60-82 and know the values ​​of learning contained in the Qur'an Al-Kahf verses 60-82. In this study researchers used a purely descriptive qualitative type of research on the grounds that the information used in this study is not in the form of numbers but in the form of data from books, journals, magazines, or newspapers, all of which will be described clearly and in detail to develop theory of Islamic education. In qualitative descriptive research here, the researcher uses the research library method, which is a library research. The results of the study showed that the learning concepts contained in the learning between the prophet Moses and the prophet Khidir were more on the method of discussion, reality-based problem solving. In this story, the prophet Moses was asked to critically understand the phenomenon that had just issued a statement, not to blame right away. But what happened to the prophet Moses was too early to conclude that what was done by the prophet Khidir was wrong. This does not mean it is forbidden to ask questions, but rather the prophet Moses was asked to read the process as a whole, not asking directly. This is one of the active learning learning strategies.

Abstract

This research were aimed to; 1) know role of kiai had increased of the spiritual quotient of santri at the al ianah islamic boarding school, 2) know strategy of kiai had increased the spiritual quotient of santri the al i’anah islamic boarding school, 3) know the factor of handicaps that kiai increased the spiritual quotient of santri the al i’anah islamic boarding school. This research was used the qualitative approach. Subject of research included the kiai, santri, and head of santri. Technique of data collection were used observation, interview and data study. Test of data validation used the traingulation technique and technique of data analysis used interactive analysisi of miles and huberman that included data collection, data reduction, data display, and verifying:conclution. The result of research suc as that the role of kiai had increased the spiritual quotient include as a pedagog of islamic boarding school, as a second parent of santri. Kiai has strategies in increasing the spritual quotient of santri such as giving a insight thorough religious activity included activity of islamic studies, together praying, reading the holy of al quran, and making a devotional visit to a sacred place, and there is a warning if the santri has mistake.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskiprsikan pendidikan karakter dalam tinjauan psikologis dan Islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan, dengan melakukan analisis isi terhadap literatur-literatur yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan karakter tinjauan psikologi dan Islam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data, penulis menggunakan pola reduksi data yang terkait dengan pendidikan karakter, kemudian menyajikannya secara sistematis dan dianalisis secara deskriptif-interpretatif dengan perspektif psikologis. Setiap ajaran Islam memiliki dasar pemikiran, begitupun dengan pendidikan karakter. Dasar pendidikan karakter dalam Islam adalah Quran dan Hadis. Karakter Islam adalah karakter yang memelihara eksistensi manusia sebagai makhluk bio-psiko-spiritual-religius, mahluk yang dilahirkan dengan membawa potensi fitrah. Secara teoritik, pendidikan karakter Islam berbeda dengan pola pendidikan karakter yang dikembangkan di dunia barat. Inti perbedaannya adalah keberadaan pesan Tuhan sebagai dasar pendidikan karakter, sehingga pendidikan karakter lebih sering dilakukan secara doktriner dan dogmatis, sehingga pola implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam Islam cenderung lebih pada teaching right and wrong. Disamping itu, implementasi dan aktualisasi pendidikan karakter juga dituntut untuk memperhatikan kondisi psikologis dan tahapan perkembangan anak didik, sehingga pelaksanaan pendidikan karater dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan.”
