Abstract

The main aspect that needs to be considered by the management of every organization in carrying out an activity is Quality of Work Life (QWL) which it can be called quality of work life in Indonesian. This study aims to determine whether the quality of work life affects the performance of the Class IIA Gunung Sindur Special Prison employees. The methodology used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population is all employees of the Class IIA Gunung Sindur Special Prison. Samples were taken using a random sampling technique of 80 people obtained from the Slovin formula. After testing using the F test, it can be concluded that the quality of work life has a very significant effect on employee performance. Descriptive analysis that has been carried out by researchers shows that the performance of employees gets a very good predicate.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important factor in an organization as the holder of control and the main asset to achieve goals in the organization where he works. The phenomenon that occurs is that village officials are less disciplined when working, village officials come and go not according to the rules of working hours, lack of communication between col-leagues when carrying out activities. This study aims to determine the effect of monitoring and performance evaluation on the work productivity of village officials in all villages in the Belitang Mulya District. The research method used is quantitative. Data were analyzed using Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination, t-Test, and F Test. The results showed that there was a signif-icant effect of performance evaluation on work productivity and there was a significant effect of monitoring and evaluation of performance on work productivity.

Abstract

The readiness of human resources is the most critical support in developing halal tourism. Competence of human resources as strength. Several studies have used social cognitive theory in building human competence. However, it is rare to use a social cognitive theory approach to work as worship. This study aims to determine the achievement of human development competencies in Halal Tourism. This study uses a social cognitive theory approach with Islamic values, namely Islamic Self-Efficacy. The number of samples in this study was 96 respondents who came from the tourism-driving community in Terban Kudus. The analysis used multiple regression with SPSS to test the effect of Islamic self-efficacy on human resource competence. As a result, it is known that the behavior of believing in destiny, halal knowledge, and workplace spirituality simultaneously and partially affect the competence of halal tourism ambassadors. This study reveals the existence of Islamic Self-efficacy in building human resource competence in the field of halal tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, profitability, liquidity, and company size on the value of manufacturing companies in various sectors and asset groups as a fundamental analysis tool in investment decisions. The object of research is a manufacturing compa-ny listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. 117 companies were selected using the purposive sampling method. The research data is secondary data, namely audited financial reports obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression. Simultaneously capital structure, profitability, liquidity, and firm size have a signifi-cant effect on firm value. Partially, capital structure, profitability, li-quidity, and company size show different results with different effects on the firm value both for manufacturing as a whole, as well as by sec-tor and asset group.

Abstract

Community empowerment refers to the ability of people to have access to productive resources that enable them to increase their income, both goods and services. This empowerment process does not appear automatically but grows and develops based on the interaction of the local community and with outsiders. This study used a qualitative research approach with an interview method which was conducted by interviewing 3 related respondents namely village heads, economic activity actors, and batik craftsmen. The author finds compatibility between village empowerment and programs that have been created through the implementation of local wisdom-based village empowerment managed by Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) for the village which provides community guidance to be able to learn batik, manage UMKM and digitize promotional media that make villages more advanced and prosperous society. After conducting more intense research analysis, in the end, this village empowerment is the most important component in the progress of each village, to improve the creative economy in the village, especially Tugu Selatan Village, so that it becomes an inspiration and innovation for other villages to become prosperous villages. in terms of culture, economy, and society. The findings in this study are that Tugu Selatan Village has succeeded in empowering the community for the advancement of the village by maximizing the culture around it and utilizing it as a source of the village's economy.

Abstract

The development of technology is growing very quickly due to the shift in people's lifestyles. This makes it one of the main motivations of investors to be able to create a product as a solution to existing problems in line with the rapid development in the field of technology. The object of this study is elementary schools that have integrity in technological developments. The purpose of this study is to be able to map the Enterprise Architecture (EA) based on the analysis of school needs. The research consists of review focusing on the Internet of Things considering its architecture applied in the Elementary school context in SD Tumbuh 4 Yogyakarta In this case, EA is seen as a logical, comprehensive, and holistic approach to being able to define, design, and implement systems and system components simultaneously. One of the methods used is based on The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) framework. The stages carried out are Vision Architecture, Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, and Technology Architecture. The analytical tools used in this study are value-chain analysis and mission model canvas. The result of this study is in the form of a proposed application that supports business processes School The application that will be proposed is SIBRO Modification which will support the business process of SD Tumbuh 4 to be more efficient and effective.

Abstract

The issues that can be formulated based on the context mentioned above are as follows: 1. How is the description of the character of independence and entrepreneurship learning in FKIP students at Lambung Mangkurat University? 2. Is there a relationship between the character-building of student independence and entrepreneurship learning? This study aims to analyze the relationship between the character of independence with entrepreneurship learning courses: a case study of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Lambung Mangkurat University. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative approach using ex post facto method. The research subjects consisted of 338 students from all students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Banjarmasin who had taken entrepreneurship courses, data collection techniques using online questionnaires for validity and reliability tests, data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques and simple linear correlation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the relationship between the formation of student independence character with entrepreneurship learning at Lambung Mangkurat University as a whole is still relatively low. This is obtained from the correlation coefficient value of 0.336 with a significance value/p-value of 0.000, because the significance value of p t table 1.967, so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted which means there is a relationship between Character Independence (X) and Entrepreneurship Learning (Y). Future research is expected to provide deeper knowledge and explore further the character of independence in building student relationships. This research is considered different from existing research and is the latest research that combines two variables, namely the character of independence and entrepreneurship learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of access to the construction of the BORR Toll Road Access 3 on the interest in buying housing in Bukit Cimanggu, Bogor. The source of this research data is primary data that comes from the sample, namely respondents who are buyers and will buy houses in housing areas in the Bogor area around the toll road construction. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23.0 program. The results of the study show that transactional, referential, preferential, and exploratory consumer interest in consumer decisions to buy houses near the construction of the BORR toll road as faster and easier transportation access shows a high or strong relationship. And the type of consumer interest also has a positive and significant impact or influence on consumer decisions to buy houses in the BCC housing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, facilities, service, and location on consumer satisfaction at Glen Coffee & Resto Glenmore. The research method used is quantitative. This research uses Non-Probability Sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire. The dependent variable is the consumer satisfaction variable and the independent variable is price, facilities, service, and location, namely price, facilities, service, and location on consumer satisfaction Glen Coffee & Res- to Glenmore. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical tests, data instrument tests (validity test, reliability test), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test, coefficient of determination). The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. All statements are valid, reliable, and normal. The results of multiple linear regression analysis using a t-test which state that the variables of price, facilities, services, and location have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

MSME growth needs to be increased through knowledge and experience to increase national economic growth. White a variety of knowledge and experience, will create innovations in literacy, technology, and financial inclusion to facilitate public access to financial services. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial technology (FinTech), and financial inclusion on the financial performance of MSMEs in Cilegon City. The data collection technique used 100 respondents who were randomly selected from Cilegon City MSME entrepreneurs. In conducting research using multiple regression hypothesis testing using SPSS software. In this study, all variables have a significant effect.
