Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh persepsi kualitas jasa, kualitas produk, harga dan faktor-faktor yang bersifat pribadi serta yang bersifat situasi sesaat. Kepuasan pelanggan ditentukan oleh persepsi pelanggan mengenai kualitas jasa yang berfokus pada lima dimensi kualitas jasa, yaitu: berwujud (tangible), keandalan (reliability), ketanggapan (responsiveness), jaminan dan kepastian (assurance), empati (empathy). Tenaga tata usaha memegang peranan penting sebagai pelaksana dalam kegiatan layanan, yang mampu menciptakan situasi layanan yang menyenangkan sesuai dengan potensi yang dimilikinya yang bersifat administrasi dalam menunjang kelancaran layanan , sehingga menghasilkan layanan yang produktif.Tujuan penelitian terdiri dari : (1) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan pelayanan pelanggan (2) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sikap tenaga tata usaha terhadap kepuasan pelayanan pelanggan (3) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar motivasi kerja dan sikap tenaga tata usaha terhadap kepuasan pelayanan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian : (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja (X1) terhadap kepuasan pelayanan pelanggan (Y) sebesar 0,415 dan derajat determinative sebesar 0,173, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara sikap tenaga tata usaha (X2) terhadap kepuasan pelayanan pelanggan (Y), sebesar 0,421 dan derajat determinative sebesar 0,177, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja (X1) dan sikap tenaga tata usaha (X2) terhadap kepuasan pelayanan pelanggan (Y), sebesar 0,485, derajat determinative sebesar 0,235.

Abstract

Perusahaan Daerah Jasa Transportasi (PDJT) is one of the regional-owned enterprises engaged in transportation services especially for Bogor community. Provision of transportation services for the community is one kind of improved services for the community, instead of increasing government revenue.The analysis showed that during the first trimester ( January to March 2014), financial performance of PDJT is not good. At that period, the company is liquid, but that liquidity is not driven by the good performance of the company, but due to the injection of capital from a government. During that period, the company is unprofitable, can’t gain revenue and profit. This is caused by high operating expenses and the lack of efficient use of company funds.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to measure trading friction for high frequency financial data at Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) and to adjust trading friction to estimate expected return in capital asset pricing model. Trading friction could be measured by quoted half spread, effective half spread, traded half spread and proportional half spread. This research defines trading friction as the difficulties faced by investors in the stocks trading which is sourced from implisit transaction cost. The sources of trading friction are real friction dan informational friction.Based on calculations, it is known that the highest trading frictions derived from the information. These results prove that the average trading friction is equal to 2,35% per year. The estimation results of the expected return on the capital asset pricing model that takes into account the trading frictions can explain the existence of a positive relationship between beta with the expected return on the entire observation period. Through compare mean test before and after adjustment using either proportional quoted half spread or proportional effective half spreads, it can be proved that the trading frictions lead to an increase in the beta.

Abstract

The title of this research is "The Influence of Employees work discipline and stress". This research purpose is to know how far the Influences can influence the employee work discipline and stress in PT.KAI (persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta.The object of this research is PT.KAI (persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta. This research primary uses work descipline and stress as an independent variable and the the employees work as a dependent variable. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of work discipline and stress of employees. This research concern n 133 employees of PT. KAI (persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta. The data used in this research analyze into several measurement. The measurement are the validity, reliability, the correlation, regression, determination coefficient, and hypothesis in SPSS 18.0 application.The result of data analysis using SPSS 18.0 show there is no significant influence between worm discipline and stress of PT.KAI (persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta. The result show 0,184 interval (0,00-0,199). Based on the result, the relation between work discipline variable (X1) and work stress (X2) to employees work (Y) is very low. Whereas, the r point is 0,016 (1,6 %). So, if there is an analysis all the time using F test, F 1,920 < F table 3,08. Ho is accepted ( Ha is rejected). The conclusion of this research, there is no significant influence between work disciplime and work stress of employees work in PT. KAI (persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of work climate and leadership style on employee performance in PT. Astro Makmur Sejahtera. The research method in the form of data collection is a questionnaire. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling used in this study amounted to 60 respondents. In this study using the SPSS 25 for windows. With the results of the T test, namely the work climate variable, the tcount value is 0.835 < ttable 2.002 with a significance value of 0.407 > 0.05, these results can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that the work climate has no positive and insignificant effect. And the leadership style variable obtained tcount 3.059 > ttable 2.002 with a significance value of 0.003 <0.05, these results can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that leadership style has a positive and significant effect. While the results of the F test for work climate and leadership style variables obtained Fcount 21.118 > Ftable 3.16 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, these results can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the work climate and leadership style have a positive and significant effect.
