In the macroeconomic context, the impact of inflation will be felt by all companies in the industry. This condition will affect the performance of the capital market because many companies cannot operate optimally. As a result, the capital market faces high uncertainty. The problem of timeliness in buying or selling shares often makes investors experience losses in investing. This condition indicates that there is a need for an academic study that is able to predict the factors that influence stock returns. This study aims to examine the effects of inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates on stock returns. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal paradigm. The population in this study is macroeconomic data and stock returns of the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) during the 2009–2020 period. Data analysis used regression with the classical assumption tests previously carried out, namely normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity tests. The data test program used is eviews-10. The findings revealed that macroeconomics affect stock returns simultaneously; inflation has a negative effect on stock returns; interest rates and exchange rates have a positive effect on stock returns. The results of this study indicate a conformity with the Arbitration Pricing Theory (APT), which states that asset pricing can be predicted by examining macroeconomic factors.

This type of transportation too affects the rotation of activities that can be utilized in the economic sector, delivery of goods or services, and passenger transportation. This study aims to analyze the position of online ojek based on the perspective of Islamic law. Looking at the current development of the Islamic economy, many do not follow Islamic law in economic and business development. In this case, a compelling case for research is the development of the online transportation business. This study uses the normative juridical method. In normative research, to obtain data, you must use secondary data sources or library data and abuse laws and Hadith, or Al'qur'an as a writing reference. So, from the discussion, we can see that online transportation service companies have succeeded in achieving Sharia business principles. This is all proven by economic progress and has created community welfare.

In Bali, they there know the terms government village and traditional village. In the government village, there are hamlets and neighbourhood heads, the top leader, Perbekel. Traditional villages consist of Banjar, and each has a kelian. The top leader is called the bendesa. Traditional villages have their courts called kerta desa and various regulations, including awig-awig as the basic law, perarem as law, and other regulations. There is a village police called Pecalang to enforce the rules. This dualism often raises the question of how Bali maintains the village's existence in the tendency of increasingly narrow distances, spaces, and boundaries of assimilation between humans, which must be sorted based on the status of traditional krama, krama tamiu, and tamiu. This paper describes the shackles of public services on the dualism axis of power in traditional and government villages. The shackles referred to in this paper illustrate how strong the policy dominance between the traditional and government villages is and the hegemony of public service access policies below the implementation level. The dualism of power, which both have the authority to determine and regulate the society within their sphere of power. The dualism of interests towards the same object in different ways in carrying out service tasks to the community. In the end, it impacts the mechanism of country and community relations between government villages and traditional villages. The public service mechanism with the dualism of power in Bali is unique and attracts readers' attention, especially those outside Bali.
