The purpose of this study was to reveal the sensitivity of cross-location based on topography by giving different FMA consortiums to physiological growth characteristics in three Jatropha curcass L. cultivars. Based on these objectives, the nature of this research is verification. Experiments were carried out in two different places based on topography. The trial time starts from November 2017 to May 2018. Experiments A simple randomized block design (RBD) pattern consisting of fifteen treatment combinations is repeated twice. The experimental results showed that the dose of 10 gr FMA consortium (glomus sp., Acaulospora sp., Gigaspora sp.). With the same spore density gave the best performance of Jatropha plant growth in two different locations based on topography. Observation of chlorophyll content in leaves (age 21, 63, 21 DAP in two locations), plant height (age 21, 63, 21 DAP in two locations), stem diameter (age 21, 63, 21 DAP in two locations) and number of branches secondary (age 21 DAP in two locations) there was a significant effect on the single factor of giving the FMA consortium but there was no interaction between location and treatment.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh bevaioral finance dengan mengunakan factor bias overconfidence terhadap pengambilan keputusan hutang pada UMKM dan pengaruh behavioural finance dengan menggunakan factor bias illusion of control terhadap pengambilan keputusan hutang pada UMKM. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian berbasis kuantitatif, dengan jenis metoda penelitian yang dipakai adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan 59 sampel pelaku usaha UMKM sector makanan yang berada di wilayah Kota Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara teknik sampling insidental dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden yaitu pelaku sekaligus pemilik UMKM. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh overconfidenceyang signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan hutang disaat era pandemic covid-19 yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha UMKM sector makanan yang berada di wilayah Kota Bandung. Dan hasil penelitian pun menujukan bahwa ada pengaruh signikan dari factor bias illusion of control terhadap pengambilan keputusan hutang disaat era pandemic covid-19 yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha UMKM sector makanan yang berada di wilayah Kota Bandung.Keputusan Berhutang yang dilakukan pelaku UMKM sector makanan di kota Bandung ini dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik responden yang memiliki usia produktif 36 sampai dengan 40 tahun, sebagian besar perempuan dengan latar belakang Pendidikan perguruan tinggi yang sudah menggeluti usaha lebih dari 5 tahun.

This research will be carried out to find out how the trade balance of coffee commodities in Indonesia, the impact of international trade policies on domestic coffee commodity prices, the development of export and import processes for coffee commodities, and international trade policies for coffee commodities in Indonesia will be affected. This study will use a qualitative approach through descriptive methods with data from research and previous studies relevant to this research. This study found that there were fluctuations in the coffee export process in Indonesia, with a tendency for an increase. Meanwhile, in the import process itself, the fluctuations tend to be quite sharp, although there is a similar tendency to continue to increase. In the trade balance, it was found that the export volume of coffee commodities in Indonesia was higher than the value of the volume of imports. The coffee commodity could become one of the largest foreign exchange earners for the Indonesian state.

The specific purpose of this study is to provide an overview to the food sector SMEs in the city of Bandung, that the influence of education level, gender roles, and information technology has a significant influence on their income. This study used 59 samples of food sector MSME business actors in the Bandung City area. The sampling technique chosen in this study was incidental sampling technique and data collection using questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely MSME owners. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence of education level, gender roles, and information technology on the income of MSME actors in the food sector in the city of Bandung. Hopefully this research can provide input to the food sector MSME administrators in the Bandung Raya area, especially the food sector MSME actors to continue to improve the quality of education both through formal and non-formal education, increase the existence of gender roles by not leaving their nature as women, and continue to upgrade information technology. which is useful for marketing the results of his business. Because based on research conducted by researchers, these three variables can increase the income of MSME actors.

In the macroeconomic context, the impact of inflation will be felt by all companies in the industry. This condition will affect the performance of the capital market because many companies cannot operate optimally. As a result, the capital market faces high uncertainty. The problem of timeliness in buying or selling shares often makes investors experience losses in investing. This condition indicates that there is a need for an academic study that is able to predict the factors that influence stock returns. This study aims to examine the effects of inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates on stock returns. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal paradigm. The population in this study is macroeconomic data and stock returns of the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) during the 2009–2020 period. Data analysis used regression with the classical assumption tests previously carried out, namely normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity tests. The data test program used is eviews-10. The findings revealed that macroeconomics affect stock returns simultaneously; inflation has a negative effect on stock returns; interest rates and exchange rates have a positive effect on stock returns. The results of this study indicate a conformity with the Arbitration Pricing Theory (APT), which states that asset pricing can be predicted by examining macroeconomic factors.

This study aims to explore the perception of Perhutani brand honey products' attributes, brand image, and their influence on consumer purchasing decisions. To achieve this, both descriptive and explanatory survey methods were utilized to understand the behavior of variables and test hypotheses. The research type adopted was causality-based, focusing on establishing a causal relationship between product attributes, brand image, and buying decisions. Individual analysis was conducted on consumers of Perhutani brand HONEY at Ahmad Yani and Setiabudi outlets in Bandung. With a cross-sectional approach, this research collected empirical data to gauge the majority population's opinion. The study found that product performance attributes and reference groups have a considerable impact on the products' selling price trend. The product mix performance and the influence of reference groups play a crucial role in shaping brand image. They also significantly impact purchase decisions. Interestingly, the relationship between brand image and the selling price trend is closely linked. Similarly, the performance of the product mix is also dependent on the reference group.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen pemerintahan desa dalam meningkatkan capaian PBB (Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan) melalui Kadarkum (Keluraga Sadar Hukum) di desa Cikurutug Kecamatan Cireunghas Kabupaten Sukabumi. Manajemen Pemerintahan Desa adalah salah satu penunjang agar kesadaran masyarakat di desa Cikurutug dapat ditingkatkan. Kadarkum (Keluarga Sadar Hukum adalah salah satu program dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat, salah satu program ini melalui sosialisasi dan edukasi. Peningkatan Kesadaran Masyarakat secara umum menunjukkan taraf tercapainya hasil. Contohnya adalah tercapainya target pembayaran PBB (Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan) di desa Cikurutug. Peningkatan yang signifikan dalam capaian PBB (Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan) dapat diamati melalui hasil penelitian. Beberapa faktor internal yang berperan mencakup kepemimpinan, kewenangan, struktur organisasi, sumberdaya aparatur, keuangan, sarana dan prasarana, tatalaksana, serta budaya organisasi. Selain itu, faktor eksternal seperti kebijakan pemerintahan di tingkat nasional, pembinaan dan pengawasan, serta partisipasi masyarakat juga mendukung pencapaian tujuan tersebut.

Innovative marketing techniques are now essential for raising the value-added of products in the age of globalization and intensifying market competition, particularly in the forestry industry. This article examines numerous cutting-edge marketing techniques that can be used to raise the value-added of forestry products while taking into account sustainable business practices. This study uses a literature review methodology to look at contemporary writings on marketing tactics, the added value of forestry goods, and the idea of sustainable business. The study's findings suggest that integrating digital technology, in-depth market knowledge, and sustainable practices might lead to efficient marketing methods that enhance the value-added of forestry goods. Furthermore, including sustainable business practices into marketing plans can improve customer confidence in brands, the longevity of natural resources, and brand reputation. In order to create greater value-added and sustainable enterprises, this article offers strategic advice for forestry sector stakeholders to adapt and adopt innovation in their marketing strategies.

Dalam era globalisasi, pasar global untuk produk kehutanan telah menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang signifikan. Industri kehutanan, khususnya di Indonesia, memiliki potensi besar untuk memasuki pasar global dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Artikel ini menganalisis potensi pasar global bagi produk kehutanan dan mengevaluasi peluang serta tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pengusaha bisnis kayu dan hasil hutan lainnya. Melalui analisis komprehensif, ditemukan bahwa ada permintaan yang meningkat untuk produk kehutanan berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan. Namun, pengusaha juga dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti persaingan ketat dengan produsen internasional, hambatan perdagangan, dan isu-isu keberlanjutan. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengusaha, pemangku kepentingan, dan pembuat kebijakan untuk memahami dinamika pasar global dan merumuskan strategi yang efektif.
