Abstract

This research intends to know and analyze the incentive and work discipline of its effect on employee job satisfaction in Pajarakan Sub-district, Probolinggo. the type of explanatory research is to find the influence or causal relationship between variables, the population of all employees in Pajarakan sub district with the technique of purposive sampling using inclusion criteria is permanent employees and those who are willing to be respondents as much as 20 people, the analysis of multiple linear regression with F test and t test as hypothesis test .The result of the study describes the incentive and work discipline has simultaneous influence to job satisfaction, and partially incentive variable has a significant and dominant influence on job satisfaction variable while work discipline variable partially have a positive but not significant influence on the variable of job satisfaction indicates the application of work discipline needs sufficient understanding and awareness. Performance indicators have the lowest correlation to incentives so that performance improvement should receive management attention and compliance indicator on the lowest correlate working standard to the work discipline so that management need to increase the attention and awareness in increasing the compliance to the standard work in fulfilling job satisfaction of employees in Pajarakan Sub-district Probolinggo.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of organizational characteristic and environmental change on the creation of entrepreneurial foundation through individual characteristic variables (case studies on SMEs in Palembang City). The research design was causal study. The type of data used in the form of primary data, namely the questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Based on the criteria obtained Total sample of SMEs as many as 101 people. Data analysis technique used was path analysis method. By conducting path analysis for direct effect, indirect effect, and total effect. The results of the study stated: 1. Characteristics of the organization had a significant positive effect on individual characteristics (first hypothesis accepted), 2. Changes in the business environment had a significant positive effect on individual characteristics (second hypothesis accepted), 3. Organizational characteristics had a significant positive effect on the creation of organizational entrepreneurs SMEs ( the third hypothesis was accepted), 4. Changes in the business environment had a significant positive effect on the creation of the organizational entrepreneurs of SMEs (fourth hypothesis accepted), 5. The individual characteristics had a significant positive effect on the creation of the organizational entrepreneurs of SMEs (the fifth hypothesis accepted), 6. Organizational characteristics, individual characteristics, and environmental changes have a significant positive effect on the creation of organizational entrepreneurs of SMEs (6th hypothesis accepted), 7. Organizational characteristics and environmental changes had a significant positive effect on the creation of organizational entrepreneurs of SMEs through individual characteristics as intervening variables (the seventh hypothesis accepted).

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of macroeconomic consisting of the exchange rate, inflation and Bi rate to deposit and islamicity performance index, analyze the influence of third party funds to islamicity performance index. analyze the influence of the macroeconomic performance index islamicity through third-party funds. The samples used in the study of 76 cooperatives of sharia in Indonesia. The analysis technique used path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis indicated that the macroeconomic path which consists of the exchange rate and the BI rate significantly influence third-party funds and islamicity performance index, while inflation does not affect the third-party funds and islamicity performance index. Third party funds islamicity significant effect on the performance index. Third party funds were able to mediate the effect of the exchange rate and the BI rate to islamicity performance index through third party funds.Keywords: Islamicity Performance Index, third party fund, Exchange Rate, inflation, BI rate.

Abstract

Small and medium scale businesses (SMEs) have relatively difficulty in increasing their business scale. Financial literacy is a fundamental factor for economic growth and financial stability. The implementation of the AEC in 2016 shows a shift in global economic competition in South East Asia stressing much on value added economics. Indonesia Creative Economy Agency has projecting the creative economy as one of essential element to foster economic growth and sustainable development through this globalization changes Creativity must be supported by a strong foundation of management to create a competitive advantage in business. There is no research or survey in Indonesia that specifically explore the financial literacy roles for the company, in this study corporate financial literacy can be seen from the point of view of the owner and / or manager of company. Following importance of financial literacy to development of business development, this research aim to explore the important factors that affect as the foundation of financial literacy level of business owners that works on creative sectors in Special District of Yogyakarta areas. The result of this research shown firm demographic, financial fraud intention, firm financial capability and firm financial condition partially and simultaneously influence financial literacy for Yogyakarta creative business. In macro aspect, good financial literacy leads to good financial decision making, this finding found relative vary on individual level studies. In this research, it also infer that low level of financial literacy lead to high degree of fraud intention. This research suggest to policy makers that increase financial literacy level will increase financial inclusion of the country itself. Financial knowledge escalation will effectively done through the synergy of stakeholders, which is government, academia, private sector (small and big firms) and civil society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Supervision and Time Pressure on the quality of the Auditors work. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique used is asaturated sample. The sample in this study is the auditor of Inspectorate of East Java Province.The data used is primary data with survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents.Test data is done by testing the validity, testing and reliability test using classical assumption of classical normality, multicollinearity test and heteroskedasitas test. Hypothesis test using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 The results of this study significantly influence both partially and simultaneously to the quality of the work of auditors.Keywords: Quality of Auditors Work, Supervision, Time Pressure

Abstract

Influence Service Quality And Compliance Pay Private Vehicle Tax Service Satisfaction. This study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of Service Quality and Compliance Pay Private Vehicle tax partially and simultaneously to Satisfaction Satisfaction Personal Vehicle Tax Service at UPTD Palembang Regional Revenue Office of South Sumatra Province. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis with SPSS program assistance (Statistics for Product and ServiceSolution). The results showed that the Quality of Service and Compliance Pay Private Vehicle tax significantly partially and simultaneously affect Service Satisfaction. Quality of Service dominant influence on Satisfaction Satisfaction Personal Vehicle Tax Service at UPTD Palembang Regional Revenue Service of South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze and determine the effect between Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non Performing Financing on Return On Asset At PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Syariah Period 2012-2016. The research framework is taken from the financial statements at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the last 5 (five) periods of 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. The research approach used is a quantitative approach, the method of analyzing data, among others: (1) Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, 2) F Test Analysis, (3) Test T. (4) Determinant Coefficient Test. The results obtained that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) partially significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA) in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Period 2012-2016. Non Performing Financing (NPF) ratio has no effect on Return On Asset (ROA) in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Period 2012-2016.Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non Performing Financing simultaneously have a really significant effect on Return On Assets at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah.

Abstract

PT.Bina Busana Internusa adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang garmen dengan memproduksi kemaja pria & wanita dan seragam kerja khususnya pada Kain kemeja poloshirt yang membutuhkan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang baik dan tepat. Produk yang akan diteliti adalah kain kemeja poloshirt. Permasalahan yang terjadi di kain kemeja poloshirt adalah keterlambatan datangnya bahan baku selama 4 hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengendalikan persediaan bahan baku menggunakan metode EOQ di PT Bina Busana Internusa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode EOQ untuk mengetahui total biaya persediaan. Data yang dibutuhkan pada penelitian ini yaitu jumlah pembeliaan bahan baku, jumlah penggunaan bahan baku, biaya simpan, biaya pemesanan, lead time dan frekuensi pemesanan . Hasil yang diperoleh dari metode EOQ yaitu terjadi perbaikan pada pembelian bahan baku, total biaya persediaan bahan baku, frekuensi pemesanan, safety stock dan reorder point. Nilai pembeliaan bahan baku sebesar 1.313,167 kg menjadi 1.837 kg. Nilai total biaya persediaan bahan baku sebesar Rp 2.447.395 menjadi Rp. 2.315.356. Nilai Frekuensi pemesanan sebesar 24 kali menjadi 17 kali. Safety stock yang di hasilkan dari metode EOQ sebesar 749,91 kg. Reorder point yang dihasilkan dari metode EOQ sebesar 969 kg. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk menimasi total biaya persediaan bahan baku.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of taxpayer annual reporting of taxpayer manually to the target of tax revenue in Buleleng regency in 2015. The data used are qualitative data in the form of the number of mandatory taxpayers required SPT and the realization of tax returns. Data collection techniques used are interview and documentation method which is analyzed by using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed: the number of annual SPT reporting targets with the realization of annual SPT receipts has exceeded the target so that it can be said has been achieved. Factors that influence the achievement of tax revenue target in Buleleng Regency in 2015 is taxpayer compliance in conducting annual SPT reporting.

Abstract

This study purpose is to determine the effect of destination image and perceived value on the satisfaction’s level of the tourists who visit ecotourism attractions. There are two studies conducted in this research, the first is to validate the effect of destination image to the customers' satisfaction level and also to see the dominant effect of each indicator from the destination image to Customer Satisfaction level. Subsequent study validates the effect of Perceived Value on the customers' satisfaction level as well as to see the dominant indicator of Perceived Value on the customers' satisfaction levels. The study population is the foreign tourists who visited Taman Ayun Pura Mengwi Badung tourist object of Bali. The samples size is set at 65 people. Respondents were selected based on convenience sampling technique from the tourists who already know that Taman Ayun Temple is an ecotourism attraction and received appreciation as world cultural heritage. The data is processed and analysed using SEM through PLS software. The results show that Destination Image and Perceived Value have a positive and significant effect on the Customers' Satisfaction. Perceived Value has a higher correlation coefficient value when it is compared to the Destination Image on the Customers' Satisfaction. This indicates that the managers of tourist object and travel should pay attention on the price paid by the tourists with acceptable or perceived benefits. Other indicators in Perceived Value that should be the evaluation's material is Functional Value and Emotional Value. This indicates that tourists who visit the tourist object pay attention to the service standard received and the pleasure feelings they obtained when they are traveling can increase the tourists' satisfaction.
