Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility Program (FLPP) as a government effort to enhance access to decent and affordable housing for low-income communities (MBR). Using a qualitative approach, the study collected data through in-depth interviews with stakeholders and a comprehensive literature review, allowing for an in-depth understanding of practical challenges and opportunities. The findings indicate that while FLPP effectively expands homeownership access for MBR, it faces challenges such as complex administrative procedures, documentation difficulties for informal workers, low financial literacy, limited availability of suitable housing, and suboptimal location choices. A SWOT analysis highlights policy support and institutional collaboration as key strengths, while rising material costs and restricted land availability are significant threats. Based on these findings, the study recommends strategies including digitization of services, targeted financial education, local needs-based housing development, diversification of financing schemes, and ongoing data-driven evaluation. By linking qualitative insights directly to these recommendations, the study demonstrates how FLPP can be optimized and scaled to support broader inclusive and sustainable development objectives, reinforcing the role of local governments and the private sector in enhancing housing welfare for MBR.

Abstract

This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric and systematic review of research on monetary policy transmission through the bank lending channel over the period 1990–2025. Using a PRISMA-guided search strategy, data were retrieved from the Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) databases. The final dataset comprises 150 peer-reviewed documents published across 120 academic sources. Bibliometric indicators and science-mapping techniques were applied using the Bibliometrix package in R-Studio (Biblioshiny) to analyze publication trends, citation structures, keyword co-occurrence, thematic evolution, and international collaboration networks. The bibliometric results show a sustained increase in scholarly output, with a marked acceleration following the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. The United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Italy dominate publication volume and citation impact, while contributions from China, India, Nigeria, and South Africa have expanded notably in the post-2015 period. Thematic mapping identifies four dominant research clusters: (i) traditional econometric modelling approaches (VAR, GMM, SEM, and panel regressions); (ii) core theoretical foundations, particularly the Credit View and Asymmetric Information frameworks; (iii) financial stability, bank capitalization, and economic growth linkages; and (iv) emerging themes related to digital banking, fintech innovation, and unconventional monetary policy. The Interpretation of these findings indicates a clear paradigm shift in the literature. Early research emphasized interest-rate-based and balance-sheet mechanisms, whereas more recent studies adopt multidimensional frameworks that integrate regulatory reforms, technological innovation, and macroeconomic shocks. This evolution reflects growing recognition of heterogeneity across banking systems and change in financial intermediation structures. In conclusion, the evidence demonstrates that the bank lending channel remains a central but evolving component of monetary policy transmission. Its effectiveness increasingly depends on institutional quality, financial innovation, and adaptive policy design, underscoring the need for forward-looking and inclusive monetary frameworks in both advanced and emerging economies.

Abstract

This systematic literature review synthesizes empirical and conceptual evidence from 2018 to 2025 on the interrelationships among organizational culture, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), addressing a critical gap in prior research that has largely examined these constructs in isolation or through fragmented theoretical perspectives. Utilizing the Competing Values Framework (CVF) and Social Identity Theory (SIT) as guiding lenses, the review identifies how cultural orientations—clan, adhocracy, market, and hierarchy—shape distinct expressions of OCB and how CSR functions as a mediating mechanism translating cultural values into discretionary employee behaviors. The review analyzed 42 peer-reviewed studies across Asia, Europe, and North America, a corpus sufficient to capture recent theoretical and methodological developments and reflect the growing scholarly integration of cultural, social responsibility, and identity-based perspectives in explaining employee citizenship behavior. The findings demonstrate that OCB emerges from the synergistic interaction between organizational culture and CSR, mediated by identity-based processes, advancing existing literature by integrating structural cultural typologies with psychological identification mechanisms into a unified explanatory framework. This review contributes a theoretically grounded synthesis that clarifies CSR’s dual role as both a reflection of cultural value orientations and a catalyst for identity-driven discretionary behavior, thereby informing the strategic alignment of CSR with organizational culture to cultivate sustainable citizenship behaviors and providing a foundation for future empirical investigations across diverse industrial and cultural settings.

Abstract

This study investigated the multidimensional dynamics of the Indonesian hashtag #KaburAjaDulu on Twitter (X) between April and July 2025. By integrating sentiment analysis, social network analysis (SNA), and topic modeling, the research developed a framework to distinguish organic grassroots discourse from coordinated non-organic amplification, often associated with "buzzer" activity. Findings revealed that conversation volume peaked in May and July 2025, largely dominated by positive sentiment. The SNA identified a complex network structure that was simultaneously decentralized and characterized by dense clusters indicative of coordinated behavior. Key actors with high centrality scores functioned as both popular figures and essential information bridges. Topic modeling indicated that positive discourse centered on humor, personal success, and lighthearted narratives, while negative sentiment consistently aligned with themes of national skepticism and career frustration. The integration of these methodologies demonstrated that the #KaburAjaDulu phenomenon was shaped by a multifaceted interplay of trending narratives and influential actors. The study concluded by providing a practical analytical framework for social media and policy research, enabling stakeholders to monitor public discourse and map influential actors to inform evidence-based responses to emerging societal issues.

Abstract

This paper discusses political morality in modern government by highlighting the relationship between public ethics, the exercise of power, and the public interest. The purpose of this study is to analyse the position of political morality in government practice and to explain how the dimensions of morality, ethics, and power influence each other in shaping the legitimacy of government. The research uses a qualitative approach through indexed literature reviews and content analysis of national media news. The data were analysed using NVivo 12 Plus through thematic coding techniques, concept map visualisation, and. The results show that political morality in modern government is reflected in three main dimensions: the morality of elite behaviour, institutional morality, and public policy morality. Media findings broadcast patterns of ethical deviations, secrecy of power, and recurring moral legitimacy crises, especially when institutional accountability and transparency weaken. This study also found that political morality functions as an evaluative basis for the quality of power, as affirmed by Weber's theory of legitimacy, Rawls' justice, and Habermas' communication ethics. In conclusion, political morality is the main foundation for strengthening the legitimacy of power and public trust. This paper offers a conceptual model of the relationship between morality, ethics, and power as a new contribution to governance studies. Future research should expand empirical analysis at the local level and develop more operational indicators for evaluating political morality.

Abstract

The increasing popularity of gamification strategies in marketplace platforms has led to a growing need for research on their effectiveness. Despite the growing number of gamification implementations, there is still a lack of research on the impact of gamification on customer engagement and loyalty in marketplace platforms. This study aims to fill this research gap by investigating the effectiveness of gamification strategies in improving customer engagement and loyalty in marketplace platforms. This research examines how to measure the effect of gamification on customer engagement and consumer loyalty in the Shopee marketplace platform on the DKI Jakarta users. Digital platforms are increasingly leveraging gamification to help retain users; this is a process where non-game activities are designed to include elements from video games like challenges, rewards, and interactive elements. By employing a quantitative method and examination of the survey results from 416 Shopee customers by using SmartPLS software, this study reveals that gamification has a substantial influence on customer engagement. At the same time, increased engagement significantly increases the consumer loyal-ty, which implies a strong mediating relationship. While gamification per se directly contribute to customer loyalty, its impact is increased significantly when engagement is considered as a mediating variable. These results indicate that gamification is not only a service packaging tool used for user entertainment or attracted purposes, but also a strategic force to reinforce the user relationship, the shopping satisfaction, the long-term benefit, etc. Consequently, marketplace platforms are in-centivized to build creative and customized gamification features for sustained commercial value.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of entrepreneurship education (EE) on the business performance (BP) of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Tegal Raya, Indonesia, with innovation capability (IC) as a mediator and policy support (PS) as a moderator. Although prior studies have widely examined the effect of EE on entrepreneurial intention and start-up behaviour, limited empirical evidence explains how EE translates into actual MSME performance through innovation-related capability building within a supportive institutional environment. This study addresses that gap by integrating the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Institutional Theory in a moderated mediation model. A quantitative, cross-sectional design was employed, and data were collected from MSME owners who had participated in formal entrepreneurship education programmes. Of 350 returned questionnaires, 310 valid responses were analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results show that EE has a positive and significant direct effect on BP (β = 0.39, p < 0.001) and a positive effect on IC (β = 0.51, p < 0.001), while IC also positively affects BP (β = 0.33, p < 0.01). In addition, IC significantly mediates the relationship between EE and BP (β = 0.17, p < 0.01), and PS positively moderates the relationship between EE and IC (β = 0.21, p < 0.05). These findings indicate that the impact of entrepreneurship education on MSME performance depends not only on educational content itself but also on the development of innovation capability and the presence of supportive policy conditions. The study contributes to the entrepreneurship and MSME literature by clarifying the internal and external mechanisms through which EE enhances firm performance in regional economies.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in strengthening regional economies by generating employment, increasing community income, and developing products based on local potential. However, SME development is frequently constrained by ineffective manual data management and the lack of integrated digital systems, hindering accurate monitoring and policy targeting. This study aims to analyze the current condition of SMEs in Denpasar City, evaluate the effectiveness of SME data management practices, and examine the role of stakeholders in implementing digital data collection and reporting systems to support more adaptive and competitive development strategies. Addressing an important research gap, previous studies have primarily emphasized financing and marketing, while paying limited attention to digital data integration and stakeholder collaboration at the local government level. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining field observations, questionnaires, structured and in-depth interviews, and document analysis to integrate quantitative patterns with qualitative contextual insights. The research involved 100 SMEs across four sub-districts, representing variations in business scale, sector characteristics, and geographical distribution. Findings indicate that SMEs demonstrate relatively strong internal stability, reflected in the education level of business actors, social status, and labor consistency. Nevertheless, external challenges remain significant, particularly among small-scale industries and service- and retail-oriented businesses, where digital marketing adoption remains low, and market expansion is limited. Statistical results show that a substantial proportion of SMEs still rely on manual reporting and fragmented data systems, reducing policy efficiency. Therefore, this study recommends implementing an integrated digital data collection and monitoring system linked with SIINas, strengthening digital marketing capabilities, and improving production capacity to enhance SME competitiveness and support sustainable market expansion in Denpasar City.

Abstract

This narrative review examines service recovery in the hotel industry from an organizational and operational perspective. Although service recovery has been widely studied, prior research predominantly emphasized customer evaluations, offering limited insight into the internal structures and managerial systems that shape recovery practices. To address this gap, this study synthesizes literature to explain how hotels design, implement, and institutionalize recovery mechanisms as part of their organizational capability. A structured narrative review methodology was employed, drawing on 50 peer-reviewed articles published between 2015 and 2026 and retrieved from Scopus using predefined keywords and screening criteria. The analysis indicates three interconnected aspects of recovery, namely, distributive (including compensation policies and empowerment), procedural (related to complaint-handling systems and workflow design), and interactional (employee communication, empathy, and competence). Findings indicate that the success of recovery processes depends on how much these dimensions are aligned in the formal governance systems, technological systems, and dominant service cultures. Therefore, service recovery is not a frontline action but a system of equity embedded within the network of hotel operations. The review concludes that internal recovery architecture fortification is an effective tool to increase the effectiveness of restoring trust, customer retention, and long-term service resilience in competitive hospitality environments. Practical implications from this study include the need to empower frontline staff, invest in continuous training, and integrate technology to support efficient recovery processes. Additionally, the review identified opportunities for future research, particularly mixed-method studies that compare customer and employee perspectives within evolving hospitality environments.
