Abstract

Abstract: The development of Islamic modern theology becomes moral obligation for us which live as the biggest Moslem in the world. Fazlur Rahman laid stress on his discussion on the problem of God as the funnctional existence, the Quran as moral source and value, and the prophecy as concrete evidence of Allah’s affection, and the human as the creature to be responsibility for.  Similarly he discussed on the universe to be processed, satan as as test for mankind, and the hereafter life as the place for mankind liability. All themes were discussed in a discourse which for specific boundaries show the dynamic. Acccording to Rahman there are some problems of theology if they related to ethic in the Quran. It is not perfect discussion that can be carried out except if we willing to end with disclosure of all the contents of Quran. Having relation to this issue, he offered to read the Quran with the Quran itself. Abstrak: Pengembangan pemikiran teologi modern Islam semakin terasa menjadi kewajiban moral kita yang hidup sebagai bangsa muslim terbesar di muka bumi ini. Abstract

Background: Extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL) is an enzyme produced by certain Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae. ESBL can induce theantibiotic resistance for betalactam antibiotics such as penicillin, cephalosporin, etc. Frequent utilization of carbapenem may induce the risk for carbapenem resistant against ESBLs producing microorganisms. This stud aimed to communicate Aminoglycocides as an alternative antibiotic therapy against urinary tract infection in children.Case Presentation: We present a case of 4 years child who was admitted to the state hospital of Madiun with main complaint of 10 days high fever accompanied by phimosis appearance. Laboratory results based on urine culture show the ESBL positive Escherichia coli. Results: We have used aminoglycoside for treating the patient. Clinical presentation in this patient start showing an improved clinical response and negative bacteriuria in the second urine test after the aminoglycoside therapy. Conclusion: Aminoglycosides such as gentamicin can be considered to be one of the best options for treating an ESBL infection beside carbapenem in order to reduce the carbapenem trend In clinical setting of the urinary tract infection caused by ESBL Eschericia coli. Keywords: Aminoglycosides, Carbapenem, Extended-spectrum β-lactamase, Gentamicin, urinary tract infectionCorrespondence: Muhammad Pradhika Mapindra. Abstract

This article examines traders perceptions and behaviors when it comes to weighing merchandise. The importance of this research stems from the fact that many traders still cheat their scales today. Cheating on the scales appears to be a common practice in trading because it is the result of classical economic thinking, namely taking as much profit as possible. At this level, the author examines the perceptions and behavior of traders in the Pusat pasar Medan when it comes to weighing their goods. The author uses surah al-Muthaffifin as a reference to describe the perceptions and behavior of traders according to Islamic standards in order to determine the main idea. Surah al-Muthaffifin was chosen as a reference because there are values in Islamic trading that are related to ethics and social values. This research employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological approach. In this article, data collection techniques such as interviews and observations are used to generate raw data, which is then processed using data analysis techniques to ensure validity. The perceptions and behaviors formed in Surah al-Muthaffifin regarding weighing merchandise are actually quite well understood, however, perceptions are not fixed, so there are a variety of factors that can damage these perceptions. In reality, Pusat Pasar traders understand and adhere to trading ethics, though there are some traders who disregard the ethics, particularly when weighing.
