Assessment of company performance based on financial information is not sufficient for stakeholders in making decisions. Stakeholders need other information, such as non-financial information, namely economic, enviromental and social aspects contained in sustaiability reports. The aims of this research is to anylize the influence of the ESG Score on the financial performance of companies indexed by the IDX ESG Leader from 2020 to 2022. The number of samples in this research is 39 which was determined using the purposive sampling method. Data was processed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the ESG Score influences the financial performance of companies listed on the IDX ESG Leader Index from 2020 to 2022.

The economy in Indonesia is experiencing a slump due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The problems caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in the real sector or the business world have the potential to cause problems in the banking sector. Banks in Indonesia still rely a lot on their operating income from lending. With the current economic conditions, it is feared that there will be many bad loans, and this will affect the level of profitability. This study aims to analyze the level of profitability before and during the covid-19 pandemic (case study on banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange). The research method used is a quantitative method with the object of research being the financial data of banking companies listed on the IDX. The sampling technique used in this research is the purposive sampling method, and the data collection method used is the documentation method. The data analysis technique used the paired sample t-test, which was processed with SPSS 22 for Windows. The study uses financial data for the 2019-2020 period. The results showed that there was a significant difference in ROA between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic with a significance value of 0.00. While ROE and NPM there are no significant differences between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic in banking companies listed on the IDX.

This study aims to find out the factors that affect the interest of students of class XII IPS following extracurricular accounting economics. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population and sample used are 144 students of class XII IPS SMAN 1 North Kuta. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using factor analysis techniques. The results showed that the factors that affect students following the extracurricular accounting economics consist of two factors, namely physical internal factors, intelligence, talent, maturity, and motivation, and external factors consisting of attention, family environment, and school environment. The most dominant factor influencing students' interests is motivation.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of online learning based on Google Classroom in SMAN 1 Kubu, Kubu District, Karangasem Regency is reviewed from the dimensions of context, input, process and product. This study uses evaluative research design with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all teachers in SMAN 1 Kubu which amounts to 43 people. The sampling technique used is a jenuh sampling technique. The data collection method uses questionnaires and documentation analyzed using the Z-score and T-score descriptive tests and then the analysis results are converted in the Prototype Glickman quadrant. The results of this study showed that in the context dimensions are positive (+), inputs are negative (-), processes are positive (+), and products are positive (+). The results showed that the evaluation of Online learning based on Google Classroom in SMAN 1 Kubu, Kubu District, Karangasem Regency was categorized as quite effective.

This research was conducted to test: (1) the influence of creativity on student entrepreneurship interests, (2) the influence of entrepreneurial motivation on student entrepreneurship interests, and (3) the influence of creativity and entrepreneurial motivation on the entrepreneurial interests of economic education students at Ganesha University of Education. This type of research is causal research. The population in this study is students of the Economic Education study program for the 2018 to 2021 school years, which amounts to 277 students. The sample technique used is a simple random sampling technique. The method of data collection in this study is to use questionnaires and documentation with data analysis methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test using t-test and F-test processed with the help of IBM SPSS 25.00. The results of this study show that (1) there is an influence between creativity and entrepreneurial interests, partially with a signification value of 0.000<0.05, (2) there is an influence between entrepreneurial motivation and student interests, partially with a signification value of 0.000<0.05, and (3) there is an influence of creativity and entrepreneurial motivation on the entrepreneurial interests of students of Economic Education at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha simultaneously with a signification value of 0.000<0.05.

This study aimed to examine the effect of capital adequacy and cash turnover on profitability. This study used causal quantitative research. The population in this study was the Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) in the Tegallalang district, within the total number of 45 LPD. The sample size of this study was 39 LPD, and the sampling technique being used was purposive sampling, so the type of useable data was quantitative data, secondary data sources, and data aggregation. Multiple linear regression was the analysis technique in this data. The results showed that (1) cash turnover affected profitability. (2) Capital adequacy affected profitability. (3) The level of cash turnover and capital adequacy affected profitability simultaneously. The higher the cash turnover, the more the cash re-entry through sales could be used to fund the company's operational activities. Therefore, the financial condition of LPD would be maintained, and the profitability also would be increased. This showed that the higher the capital adequacy, the more LPD will be able to take the existing risks and be able to avoid the company from existing losses.

This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of motivation and communication on staff performance at BUMDes Eka Budi Sakti in Seraya Village. This is an example of a causal study. The population of this research consisted of 38 BUMDes Eka Budi Sakti personnel. The sampling strategy used a saturated sample, in which the whole population served as the study sample. Observation and questionnaires are used during data collection. Multiple linear regression analysis, including the t-test and F-test, is utilized to analyze the data with the assistance of SPSS version 26.0 for Windows. This research indicates that motivation and communication have a favorable and substantial impact on employee performance at BUMDes Eka Budi Sakti in Seraya Village, either partly or concurrently. 64.2% of employee performance at BUMDes Eka Budi Sakti in Seraya Village is impacted by motivation and communication, whereas the remaining 35.8% is influenced by factors outside the scope of this research.

The "Nonequivalent Control Group Design" is a quasi-experimental research design. This research was conducted to determine the effect of the talking stick learning model assisted by PowerPoint media on the social studies learning outcomes of VIII-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Gianyar. 441 students were used as the population in this research, and the sampling was carried out with certain considerations, namely purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 40 students in the 8H class as the experimental class and 40 students in the 8J class as the control class. The data collection method used is the test method at the time of the test which is then analyzed using t-test analysis. The results demonstrated an effect of using a talking stick learning model assisted by PowerPoint on the social studies learning achievement of VIII-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Gianyar. The result of the t-test shows a score of t 5.664 with a significant value of < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), so Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected.

Research in this case is aimed at determining the partial influence of gender and pocket money on the level of financial literacy of class XI accounting students of SMK Negeri 1 Seririt, as well as determining the simultaneous influence of gender and pocket money on the level of financial literacy of class XI accounting students of SMK Negeri 1 Seririt. This study is classified as a causal study. The research population, namely class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Seririt majoring in Accounting, was 66 people. The total sampling technique was used as a sample determinant in this study, so that the entire population was a sample. Questionnaire instruments are used in the method of data collection. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as a tool to obtain research objectives with a t-test and an f-test as a hypothesis test. Based on data analysis, results were obtained, namely (1) gender has a significant effect on students' financial literacy levels, (2) pocket money has a significant effect on students' financial literacy levels, (3) gender and pocket money simultaneously have a significant effect on students' financial literacy levels.

The aims of this study are 1) to determine the factors that influence the interest of class IX students at MTs Al-Ma`'arif in the selection of secondary schools and 2) to determine the most dominant factors influencing student interest in the selection of secondary schools. This type of research is factorial research. The population in this study were 72 students of class IX MTs Al-Ma `arif. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique so that the entire population was used as a sample. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and interview instruments. The analysis used in processing the data is descriptive analysis and factor analysis. The results of this study are (1) the factors that influence the interest of class IX students at MTs Al-Ma' arif in the selection of secondary schools are physical, psychological, fatigue, family, school, and community, and (2) the most dominant factors influencing interest in students in the selection of secondary schools are psychological, with a variance value of 65.841 and a loading factor of 0.988.
