<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of suitability of compensation, information asymmetry, and organizational commitment on the tendency of accounting fraud at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Tampaksiring District. This research is a causal quantitative research using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 102 respondents from a total population of 181 respondents. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) Appropriate Compensation, Information Asymmetry, and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on the Tendency of Fraud Accounting (2) Compensation Appropriate has a positive and significant effect on the Tendency of Fraud Accounting (3) Information Asymmetry has an effect positive and significant towards the Tendency of Fraud Accounting (4) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on the Tendency of Fraud Accounting.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of conducting this research is to find out how the work environment and work commitment actually affect the performance of employees at the Village Credit Institution (VCI), which is precisely located in the Tejakula District area. This research process activity is included in the scope of causal quantitative research using total sampling techniques or the use of saturated samples to carry out the process of determining the number of samples. The number of samples used in this activity was 68 respondents from the recorded population of 104 people. The instrument used by the researchers in the process of data collection activities was in the form of questionnaires using data analysis techniques and also using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of carrying out research activities are: (1) work environment and work commitment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, (2) the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and (3) Work commitment produces a positive and significant influence on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[In carrying out this research activity, the objectives were to test: (1) the influence exerted by entrepreneurial knowledge on student entrepreneurial interest, (2) the influence exerted by social media on student entrepreneurial interest, and (3) the influence exerted by entrepreneurial knowledge and social media on student entrepreneurship interest. This type of research uses causalitative research. The population used was in the form of students from the Faculty of Economics who had succeeded in obtaining existing entrepreneurship courses in the 2019 to 2022 school year with a total of 1,842 people, so that the sample was ultimately used with a total of 329. The sample technique that the researchers used was a simple random sampling technique. The method used in carrying out the process of data collection activities is in the form of a questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis. In the final stage of testing the hypothesis in the form of a t test and F test which are processed with the help of an application called SPSS 25 for windows. The results of research activities show that: (1) entrepreneurship knowledge has an influence that leads to positive results and also significant results on student entrepreneurship interest, (2) social media has an influence that leads to positive results and also significant results on student entrepreneurship interest, and (3) entrepreneurial knowledge and social media have an influence that leads to positive results and also significant results on student interest in entrepreneurship.]]>

<![CDATA[Study This aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, adversity intelligence, and creativity towards entrepreneurship interests of Unesa Faculty of Economics and Business students. The sample in this study were 239 students from 8 study programs Class of 2019. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique usingsoftware IBM SPSS Statistics version 24. The results of this study indicate that the variable entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, adverisity intelligence has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, creativity has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship and the three variables simultaneously influence interest in entrepreneurship for FEB Unesa students class of 2019. In the t test, it was found that the calculated t value generated on the entrepreneurship education variable was 4.068 with a sig of 0.000. Means that individually the variable of entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship variable. The calculated t value is generated on the variableadversity intelligence ( is 3,301 with a sig of 0.001. It means that individually variable adversity intelligence significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship variable. The calculated t value generated on the creativity variable is 6.934 with a sig of 0.000. Means that individually the creativity variable has a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship variable. value on the regression model of 0.713 (71.3%) can be interpreted that the ability of the regression model variable entrepreneurship education, adversity intelligence, and creativity explains the variable interest in entrepreneurship (Y) of 71.3% and the remaining 28.7% is influenced by other independent variables.]]>

<![CDATA[The term "financial technology" (Fintech) is used to describe the application of innovative ICTs to the financial sector, namely to the processing of financial transactions and the promotion of new financial goods and services. Payment processing is just one of the many financial services that can be facilitated by fintech. Other examples include stock trading, financial regulation, funding and forecasting, and wealth management. In this study, we focus on fintech's application as a means of payment. The ability of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) actors to modify their activities, especially in the non-cash payment system, will be essential in the face of current technological improvements. Because the long-term success of the MSME sector could be jeopardized if industry actors do not execute the necessary reforms. As a corollary, MSME players will almost certainly be unable to compete with more developed enterprises in terms of sales transactions.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesian teachers is low. This is a problem that must be faced by educational institutions to review the implementation of PPG in improving teacher pedagogic competence and professionalism. This research was conducted by examining more deeply the report on the results of the implementation of teacher pedagogic competency and professionalism tests. This study also explains the teacher's pedagogic and professional competency maps and the urgency of the role of the PPG program in Indonesia in improving the quality of education. This study maps pedagogic and professional competence in the low, medium and high categories based on the balance of education from the results of teacher competency tests throughout Indonesia in 548 regions in Indonesia in order to describe teacher potential as a basic basis for analysis. An urgency analysis was carried out by comparing the competence of teachers before and after participating in PPG based on the data sources in the articles. Based on data that has been mapped, the pedagogic competence and professional competence of teachers in Indonesia are in the medium category. The results of the literacy study found that PPG has so far been able to improve teacher pedagogic and professional competence, so the implication of this paper is to provide a view for higher education institutions as PPG organizers to prepare programs that are able to improve pedagogic and professional competence through the involvement of government support to evaluate implementation PPG program in producing quality education.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out the effect of the use of learning videos on learning outcomes. The sample technique used in this study was a saturated sample of 71 students. The data collection method in this study uses test instruments. Data analysis techniques using T test. The results of this study showed that the utilization of learning videos has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. The completion value of the learning outcomes in the control class was 19.44% and the completion value of the learning outcomes in the experimental class was 77.14%. There are significant differences in learning outcomes taught by utilizing learning video media and without utilizing learning video media with a significance value of 0.000.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the effect of the tax collection system and tax services on taxpayer compliance with the gelis sambul service as a moderator. The research was conducted on the taxpayers of the Joint Samsat Office of Buleleng Regency. The number of samples as many as 99 people using the slovin technique. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the tax collection system and service tax authorities have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. The gelis sambul service variable is also able to moderate the effect between the tax collection system and taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, the effect of the tax service on taxpayer compliance was not moderated by the gelis sambul service]]>

<![CDATA[Saving behavior is an action to reduce consumption, that is, individuals can consume it in the future. A bad money management attitude will make it difficult for individuals to save and are afraid to save, it will even make them accustomed to the luxurious lifestyle that constantly occurs in everyday life. It is suspected that the importance of thrifty behavior in adolescents can reduce waste in consumption activities carried out. This research method is a library search or search by library search. In this study it was found that good financial knowledge would be able to increase the saving behavior of young people. Suggestions from this study, it is hoped that financial literacy programs can be improved and integrated into learning materials at various levels of study, in order to improve the right attitude in financial management, namely saving, investing, understanding financial features and services, and even making financial decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[The results of this study will provide an understanding of Corporate University how it affects competence, the implementation process is and how knowledge management (KM) is in the implementation of CorpU. The research method used is SLR by identifying, analyzing, based on the results of previous research obtained through google schoolar and scopus. The search process is used to obtain relevant sources to get answer research questions (RQ). The data is in the form of secondary data, The keywords in the literature search are "Corporate University, and Knowledge Management". The results showed that there was an effect of CorpU implementation on employee competence. In building CorpU, there are several stages that can be carried out starting from the preparation stage (organizational diagnosis), providing facilities and infrastructure, building collaboration to implementing CorpU. One of the important pillars in CorpU is (KM) where the important benefit of KM is that it allows knowledge assets to be stored properly and can be reused when needed. CorpU is the right solution in reducing the competency gap. From many studies, CorpU implementation is able to improve organizational performance because learning in the organization is integrated.]]>
