Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Banyuasri Market revitalisation program in Singaraja City. The evaluation is based on the dimensions of effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, and impact using Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) and Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (CEA). The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that the revitalisation program has not been fully effective in improving the competitiveness of traditional markets. Although the infrastructure has improved, traders' income has declined due to a significant increase in operating costs. The program's efficiency is also not optimal, as the investment does not match the economic results. The program's relevance is considered lacking, as it does not consider post-pandemic socioeconomic conditions. The impact of the revitalisation has even caused resistance among traders, mainly due to relocation and rising tariffs. Therefore, further evaluation and policy adjustments are needed so that the market revitalisation can provide optimal benefits for all stakeholders.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial attitude on financial management among female entrepreneurs in Sembiran Village. The research method used is quantitative with a saturated sampling technique involving 113 female entrepreneurs. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that, (1) financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Financial attitude also has a positive influence with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneous analysis of the variables of financial literacy and financial attitude on financial management shows a positive and significant influence on financial management, as evidenced by F count (38.625) > F table (3.080) at a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This result shows that the independent variables have an effect, both partially and simultaneously, on the dependent variable, namely financial management among female entrepreneurs in Sembiran Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and formulate the right digital marketing strategy to increase the competitiveness of creative economy actors, especially in the traditional woven cloth business "Bali Dewi" located in Buleleng Regency, Bali. The method used is a descriptive qualitative case study, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. Informants in this study consisted of business owners, related government agencies, and consumers. The results of the study show that the "Bali Dewi" business still relies on conventional marketing strategies such as word of mouth and participation in local exhibitions. Although it already has social media, its management is not optimal and is not integrated with digital sales systems such as marketplaces or websites. The inhibiting factors found include low digital literacy, limited human resources and infrastructure, minimal training, and the absence of an official online store. This makes it difficult for businesses to compete with competitors outside the region who have actively used digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of e-commerce in the digital era on the consumption patterns of Pancasakti Tegal University students. The development of internet technology has given birth to e-commerce that changes the way people shop, providing easy access without restrictions on distance, time, and energy to meet daily needs. The research method uses a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The research population is all active students of Pancasakti Tegal University totaling 6,298 students based on data from the Bureau of Academic and Student Administration (BAAK). The sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a result of 98.40 which was rounded up to 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity, reliability, normality, hypothesis, and t-test. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence of e-commerce on the consumption patterns of Pancasakti University students of Tegal. This proves that online shopping platforms in the digital era have significantly changed student consumption behavior, both in terms of frequency, type of product, and way of shopping. These findings indicate that the digitalization of commerce has become an integral part of students' lives and influences their consumption decisions substantially.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the rising phenomenon of consumptive behavior among adolescents, particularly high school students, which is influenced by modern lifestyles and a lack of financial management skills. The objectives of this study are: (i) to determine the level of pocket money management, individual modernity, and consumptive behavior among students, and (ii) to analyze the influence of pocket money management and individual modernity on students’ consumptive behavior both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The subjects of the study were 10th-grade students at SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung, with a total sample of 78 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results revealed that: (i) students' pocket money management was at a moderate level, individual modernity was categorized as high, and consumptive behavior was also at a high level; (ii) there is a negative and significant influence between pocket money management and consumptive behavior, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (iii) there is a positive and significant influence between individual modernity and consumptive behavior, with a significance value of 0.032 < 0.05; and (iv) there is a significant simultaneous influence of pocket money management and individual modernity on students’ consumptive behavior. This study recommends enhancing financial literacy education and fostering wise consumption attitudes among students to help them manage their finances rationally and avoid falling into consumptive lifestyle traps.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of rental price and service quality on traders’ satisfaction at Banyuasri Market. This research employs a quantitative approach with a stratified random sampling technique involving 88 active traders at Banyuasri Market. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that rental price has a positiveand significant effect on traders’ satisfaction, with a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05. Service quality also has a positive and significant effect on traders’ satisfaction, with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. Simultaneous analysis of the rental price and service quality variables shows a significant effect on traders’ satisfaction, as evidenced by an F-value of 115.373 > F-table of 3.10 at a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. These results demonstrate that the independent variables have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on the dependent variable, namely traders’ satisfaction at Banyuasri Market.

Abstract

The development of financial technology, particularly PayLater, has attracted the interest of students and made online transactions increasingly convenient. However, this convenience also carries risks when it comes to financial management, especially for the younger generation who are more consumer-oriented and less knowledgeable about finance. The purpose of this study was to examine how students' financial literacy and hedonistic lifestyle correlate with their use of the PayLater service. This study was conducted using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, reviewing eight relevant journals. The results showed that hedonism and financial expertise negatively impacted PayLater usage, while financial expertise had a positive impact. Students with a good financial understanding tended to use this service more selectively and wisely. Conversely, students who live a hedonistic lifestyle tended to ignore financial risks for the sake of ease of transactions. One way to mitigate the negative effects of a consumer-oriented lifestyle is to learn about finance.
