Abstract

For a country whose exports are very limited, the government is always trying to find other sources that can be expected to increase the country's foreign exchange income. Such is the case with the Province of Bali. One effort to increase foreign exchange earnings is to develop tourism as a strategic core in order to create investment and accelerate economic growth. The research objective is to determine the effect of the number of foreign tourist visits, length of stay of tourists, export volumes of handicraft commodities and foreign exchange earnings in the previous year on foreign exchange earnings in Bali simultaneously and partially. This research uses the times series data 1994-2019 with the Partial Adjustment Model method. This study found the fact that the number of foreign tourist visits, the length of stay of tourists, the volume of exports of handicraft commodities and foreign exchange earnings in the previous period had a significant effect simultaneously on foreign exchange earnings in Bali Province. Partially, the volume of exports of handicraft commodities and foreign exchange earnings in the previous year had a positive and significant effect on foreign exchange earnings in the Province of Bali during the analysis period, while the length of stay of tourists did not significantly influence foreign exchange earnings in the Province of Bali in 1994-2019. Local Governments need to take concrete policies regarding the handling of the problem of foreign exchange earnings, for the coming period should the variables raised in this study need to be considered as strategic real indicators that affect foreign exchange earnings. Increased foreign exchange earnings should be strived to be absorbed in all sectors to accelerate the growth and economic development of Bali in order to realize a prosperous society.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang sanggup untuk memposisikan CSR dan aspek perpajakan ke dalam sebuah jalinan rencana sistematis dan strategis akan memperoleh manfaat pada peningkatan kadar competitive advantage perusahaan tersebut. Perencanaan pajak dan aktivitas CSR yang telah dikolaborasikan bermanfaat dalam mendukung pengimplementasian rencana strategis perusahaan dengan menanamkan nilai di benak masyarakat dan konsumennya sekalipun penghindaran pajak ataupun CSR menjadi motivasi awal perusahaan melakukan strategi yang dimiliki. Desain penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Data penelitian adalah laporan keuangan tahun 2016-2018. Objek penelitian adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi linier berganda. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh penghindaran pajak terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap penghindaran pajak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penghindaran pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap CSR dan CSR berpengaruh positif terhadap penghindaran pajak oleh sebab perusahaan dengan tingkat agretivitas tinggi pada aspek perpajakan akan cenderung mengungkapkan informasi CSR secara berlebih, baik untuk tujuan menguntungkan korporasi ataupun pengalokasian dana kepada aktivitas bernilai tambah.

Abstract

This study aims to develop audio visual learning media based on the Canva application. This study uses a Research and Development approach with the stages of initial analysis, material identification, product preparation, and testing. After the product is developed, a feasibility assessment is carried out by the expert to see the feasibility of the media design, match between content, design completeness, and attractiveness. Based on the results of expert judgment, the design of audio visual learning media based on the Canva application obtained a score of 82.28 percent with the very feasible category. The results of limited student responses obtained a score of 86.73 percent with the very feasible category. From the results of expert and student assessments, it means that the Audio-visual learning media based on the Canva application is suitable for use in pilot schools. The results of the first cycle 1 field trials were 67.13 percent and second cycle  was 88 percent. The percentage of student learning outcomes shows an increase. This shows that it is easier for students to master labor material using audio-visual learning media based on the Canva application with very good criteria. Thus, the media developed can be used in online and offline learning.

Abstract

Dana Desa have been widely used to increase the village income. However, at present, there is a fairly high PADes gap between villages. This study aim to analyze PADes and financial management of Dana Desa. The research method uses descriptive. Data was collected using surveys and direct interviews with the Perbekel (headman). The results of the study stated that the PADes consisted mostly of village business in the tourism sector. Whereas for the small PADes, they could not take advantage of the village potential so that the source of PADes was from bank interest. In addition, the difference in PADes is due to utilization of Dana Desa on indicators of local potential utilization and community empowerment. Village PADes is high because Dana Desa have focused on programs of utilizing local potential and community empowerment.

Abstract

The study aims to known  what motivation which underlie the business founder to choose  social entrepreneurship in establishing Koperasi Wanita (Kopwan) Srikandi, how the implementation of social entrepreneurship implemented on the activities of Kopwan Srikandi, and the impact appeared of the implementation social entrepreneurship in Kopwan Srikandi. The study was used qualitative approach with case study design. The techniques of collecting data used in this study are observations, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques used in this study was by collecting data, data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The result of this research show that in the establishment of Kopwan Srikandi, it underlie by the consciousness of the founder in seeing and identifying the social problems in society, then implemented in a business entity that is a cooperative with a social mission which is expected to solve the problems. Kopwan Srikandi have two business units, there are saving and loan unit and production unit in which both of them implement the social entrepreneurship. It can be seen from the existence of cooperative entrepreneurs and type of activities that contain a social values. The impacts of social entrepreneurship appeared in Kopwan Srikandi are the improvement of human resources, the development of local natural resources and the improvement of the economic activities of the community.

Abstract

The focus of developing this international economics textbook is to reflect on the global economy. The assessment of global economic conditions is an achievement of international economic learning. The learning process will be directed at the student's ability to think critically and systematically to achieve learning goals. International economics books have several advantages including 1) This book is in accordance with the economic education study program curriculum, 2) This book is presented contextually so that it can reflect the international economic system in accordance with existing developments. The purpose of this research and development is a reflection of the global economy on national economic conditions. By using the Research and Development (R&D) method, researchers can develop this book according to existing needs. This book has 5 chapters of discussion. The results of the implementation of the application of the international economics book obtained a "very good" score.

Abstract

This study was aimed to examine the effect of simultaneous and partially promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction of Grab-food service users on the Grab application in Singaraja. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents, the sample technique used purposive sampling. The data method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study showed that (1) promotion and service quality has a positive and significant effect simultaneous on customer loyalty with a contribution influence of 62.1% and other variables was 37.9%. (2) promotion has a positive and significant effect partially on customer satisfaction with a contribution influence of 33.6%. (3) service quality has a positive and significant effect partially on customer satisfaction with a contribution influence of 11.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to study and reveal the entrepreneurial behavior of the millennial generation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is a study with a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire and completed with interviews with millennials who have businesses, in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of entrepreneurial behavior. There are four aspects measured in this study, namely entrepreneurial interest, creativity, innovation, and product marketing strategies carried out by millennials during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population in this study were millennials who have businesses and are domiciled in South Sulawesi Province, West Sulawesi Province and Southeast Sulawesi Province with purposive sampling of 31 people. The results of this study show that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the millennial generation still has an interest and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship. This is shown by even though they are currently in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, millennials still have entrepreneurial behavior, such as creativity, innovation, and marketing strategies to sustain their business during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Mind mapping, or the term Mind Mapping and Problem Based Learning, both researchers apply as a model in the examiner class and the monitoring class in this research learning. This research is aimed at notifying whether or not a significant difference can be found between the two or not in economic lessons that are focused on student learning outcomes. In the class of examiners who use Mind Mapping as a model in learning, the researcher uses X IPS 1 in this research. Meanwhile, in the review class that used Problem Based Learning as a model in learning, researchers used X IPS 3 in this research. Quasi-experimental design, or a method that is designed without randomizing the examiner class and the monitoring class in the research and is only given a post-test after being given treatment, otherwise known as the Non-Equivalent Post-Test Only Control Group Design which the researcher uses as this research method. . All students in class X totaled 90 people, each of whom was divided into 3 classes into the population in this research. Sampling technique , known as Simple random samplingSimple Random Sampling, is also the researcher's choice of in this research, from 3 population classes, the researcher chooses X IPS 1 and class X IPS 3 to be the sample. The post-test was chosen as the data collection method, after the post-test data was obtained then the data would be analyzed using a technique from the t test (partial test) which in English is known as the independent sample t-test. Researchers received the results from the computer statistical program SPSS 24.0 for Windows with the results of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. In order to support this research, the significance value must be <0.005, and that means the result of the Significance value in this research is 0.000 <0.005. The results of these researchers used as evidence of acceptance of the research hypothesis in this research, namely that there was a significant difference between student learning outcomes in economic subjects using thetype of cooperative learning model and Mind Mapping student learning outcomes in economic subjects usinglearning models Problem Based Learning in class. X SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja, 2020/2021 academic year.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of product quality and brand trust both simultaneously and partially on the buying interest in Wardah Lipstick products in Buleleng District. The research design used was causal quantitative research. Determination of the sample in this study used purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) Product quality and brand trust have a significant effect on buying interest in Wardah Lipstick products. (2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Wardah Lipstick products. (3) Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Wardah Lipstick products
