Abstract

Peer counseling is an alternative approach in counseling services to help individuals carried out by peers. Peer counseling is seen as important because in today's era, individuals talk more about the problems they face with their peers than with parents or teachers. Peer counseling makes it easier for individuals to talk more comfortably to peers. Therefore, this counseling is very suitable for individuals, especially those who have an introverted personality. Peers who do counseling require competencies that must be possessed to support the success of counseling and create good relationships with friends, especially individuals who have introverted personalities. The method used in this research is a literature study by collecting various kinds of journals related to the subject of the research. The results based on this study can be concluded that peer counseling is an alternative approach that has effectiveness for individuals with introverted personalities. By using these alternatives, individuals with introverted personalities have the convenience of telling stories and are able to overcome the problems they face.

Abstract

The basic thing needed by counselors in implementing a BK program is an assessment. The reality on the ground is that there are some counselors who still use that assessment and that's all. So there needs to be a re-understanding by the BK teacher regarding the basic concepts of the assessment itself. The method used is a literature study, which aims to help counseling counselors/teachers understand the basic concepts of BK assessment in the context of education. The novelty of this article is supplemented by analysis that will assist in understanding the context in which it is discussed. In conclusion, assessment is a basic thing that must be mastered by counselors in order to more easily classify programs according to client problems.

Abstract

Covid 19 became a pandemic disease in 2019, where handling and prevention can be done by observing health protocols. The implementation of the health protocol above will not be optimal if it is not supported by community compliance with the policy. The implementation of COVID-19 prevention and control efforts in the market really requires the leadership role of market managers and the involvement of cross-sectors and officials in controlling the discipline of the market community. The purpose of this literature review is to analyze the application of health protocols in suppressing the COVID-19 morbidity rate in the market. The method used is a literature study. The data used in this study are secondary data derived from national or international scientific articles and case reports in South Jakarta. The databases used are Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science direct Research Gate. Study results from 7 national articles that match the inclusion criteria and topics. This health protocol counseling must be carried out continuously in order to increase public awareness of the dangers of Covid-19 transmission using digital platform media instruments or posters so that the community takes part in disseminating the information

Abstract

One of the main tasks of students is learning because through learning students build critical abilities, add insight, improve the quality of knowledge, and hone their skills, namely social, psychological, affective, and cognitive abilities. Students are individuals who have an age range of 18-22 years. Referring to the developmental tasks at this phase, individuals should be able to take responsibility, commit, prioritize activities, manage themselves, and regulate the flow of their activities independently. However, the phenomenon of academic procrastination occurs in almost all students both outside and within the country so that this causes the behavior displayed by students to be contrary to the development that should be done. Academic procrastination is also caused by various factors, both internal and external. Academic perocrastination behavior also hinders individuals from achieving success in their academic life, such as decreased academic skills at school, late completion of lectures, and decreased quality of knowledge and insight in today's young generation.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, it's requires all students to do distance learning, the large number of assignments received make students depressed and anxious so that the substance of productivity in learning decreases, all forms of platforms are available starting from whatsapp groups, google classroom, to zoom and skype. Interactive learning armed with learning motivation makes students need services that are not burdensome to students and adjusted for efficient time, the need for counseling guidance services used in the learning process, classical guidance services are allocated in the new reality era, on internet use so that counselor's are required to be skilled in providing guidance. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This study aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of podcasts in providing learning motivation, after this research was carried out supported by secondary data and primary data. After doing research through google research from and online interviews. It can be concluded that podcast media is an alternative best partices media as an implementation of longdistance classical guidance.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the political issues of education that occur in Indonesia. The study of issues from the perspective of the importance of education to the dynamics of education in Indonesia, one of which changes the curriculum from year to year until now has not found the right formulation. Until now, the Independent Learning Campus Teaching (MBKM) policy is seen as the right formula, but it is still faced with fatal weaknesses that result in curriculum adaptation in each study program with adjustments to the policy. Solutions and recommendations regarding the political condition of education in Indonesia and the issue of MBKM will be discussed further.

Abstract

The case of sexual violence in Indonesia has now become a public discussion. The victims involved range from teenagers to even minors, girls and boys. Factors that influence a person to commit sexual violence include addiction to pornographic videos, lack of parental supervision, family conditions that are not harmonious (broken home). The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach, namely by using a literature review. The results of this study indicate that cases of sexual violence in Indonesia have increased significantly every year. This is evidenced by data findings in 2020, which show that sexual violence against women during the COVID-19 pandemic increased by 21% (1,731 cases). Meanwhile, according to data from the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA), there were 5,488 cases of sexual violence in Indonesia. Based on the Report of the Quantitative Study of the Gender Equality Barometer launched by the Indonesia Judicial Research Society (IJRS) and INFD in 2020, it is stated that there are approximately 33% of men in Indonesia experience sexual harassment. The conclusion of this study resulted in the finding that sexual violence did not look at age and gender. So, guidance and counseling are necessary as a preventive effort to increase cases of sexual violence in Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesia, as a multicultural country with diverse ethnicities, religions, teachings and understandings, opens opportunities for various understandings to influence it. The world of education is one of the potential targets for spreading the seeds of bullying. The notion of bullying pays attention to aspects of diversity (uniformity) and negates diversity (plurality). The condition of adolescence is a period that is vulnerable and sensitive to environmental influences. At this time, adolescents are identical with the period of identity and the desire to strengthen their philosophy of life. Guidance and counseling services are one of the services in the world of education that are very strategic in tackling the spread of bullying seeds. Counseling services through the concept of multiculturalism are considered indispensable in shaping the personality of teenagers who are able to respect each other in every difference. Therefore, this study intends to show that multicultural counseling is one way to foster civilized attitudes of students so that they are not trapped in the wrong understanding of differences.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview and alternative strategies that can be used by counselors or guidance and counseling services in providing independent learning. Learning is a basic obligation and need for all students. Many phenomena that describe students do not know the learning process in themselves. Because there is no self-regulation in the learning process. Self-regulated learning is the ability of students to regulate and manage the learning process such as planning, monitoring, participating, and actively participating in learning. In fact, many students have low self-regulated learning. So it needs the efforts of guidance and counseling teachers to provide services regarding independent learning. Classical guidance services provide facilities and infrastructure to create an independent learning environment. However, classical guidance services are still less effective due to lack of creativity and innovation. So we need an alternative learning that is blended learning. Blended learning is a combination of traditional learning with face-to-face learning. to increase self-regulated learning, it is necessary to learn that causes active participation from students. Project-Based Learning is learning that is carried out in project activities. Based on many studies, project-based learning can improve self-learning ability. So it is hoped that guidance and counseling can provide creative and innovative guidance and counseling services to improve independent learning.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to evaluate how the implementation of IBM program activities and services by BNN Kota Jakarta Utara and Recovery Agency officers in the North Jakarta area. The indicator seen is how the conformity between the program being run with the expected results as a benchmark of the success of the program in the field. This study was conducted on 6 (six) villages in the North Jakarta area as villages that have criteria to conduct P4GN programs, the research was conducted in 2021. Qualitative research methods are used to determine the quality or quality of service from a product-based perspective, with a formative evaluation approach or program evaluation. The conclusions of this study are used for the submission of means in accordance with eligibility standards. Product evaluation activities include program operational goal setting activities, measurement criteria that have been achieved, comparing them between the field realities of goal formulation, and rational interpretation.
