Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) knowing organizational climate, leadership and employee performance; 2) the effect of organizational climate and leadership partially on employee performance; 3) the effect of organizational climate and leadership simultaneously on organizational performance. The population in this study were all employees amounted to 75 people with a sampling method using Non-Profitability Sampling (random sampling). Data collection techniques with questionnaires, interviews and observations while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and statistical test (F test and T test). Results of the research is that there is a strong relationship between organizational climate and leadership with employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the organizational climate and leadership contributed 62.6%, while 37.4% are influenced by other factors such as the system of compensation, organizational structure, job design and reward systems. Based on statistical test concluded that organizational climate and leadership simultaneously and partially real effect on employee performance.Keywords: organizational climate, leadership, performance

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial experiental Marketing terhadap minat membeli produk berbahan talas di Bogor. Sampel  penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif asosiatif dan alat analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan sense, feel, think, act dan relate memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap minat beli. Pengaruh variabel tertinggi adalah variabel act, sedangkan yang terendah adalah variabel feel. Uji signifikansi dengan uji-t menunjukkan feel, think, act dan relate mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan  terhadap minat beli sedangkan sense tidak berpengaruh signifikan.Kata kunci : Experiential marketing, sense, feel, think,  act, relate dan minat beli.

Abstract

Makalah ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana caranya menerapkan ilmu pemasaran dalam bidang politik khususnya ilmu pemasaran jasa yang berdimensi TERRA untuk memasarkan seorang kandidat Kepala Daerah di DKI Jakarta. Pembentukan tim pemasaran atau tim kampanyenya serta penekanan program pemasaran seorang Cagub DKI yang seharusnya dilakukan dan bagaimana menanggapi respon masyarakat sebagai calon pemilih di Pilkada. Selain itu pembahasannya juga menyinggung tentang suasana persaingan dan tema program apa yang harus disampaikan pada pasar calon pemilih ini. Hal lain yang dibicarakan yaitu berkaitan dengan survey tentang keinginan pasar tentang produk jasa apa yang diharapkan dari seorang Cagub yang jika sesuai dengan harapan mereka tentu akan menjadi pilihan di Pemungutan Suara Pilkada DKI 2017. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of financial ratios to bankruptcy prediction (Altman Z-Score) food and beverage industry are listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia 2009-2011. The population in this study is a food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange consists of 23 companies. Sampling of the 16 food and beverage companies conducted by purposive sampling. Analysis of the data using the model Altman Z-Score to predict bankruptcy and multiple linear regressions to determine the effect simultaneously and partially. The results showed that there were four companies that could potentially bankrupt, 3 companies with predicate gray area and 2 companies with healthy predicate and the remaining seven companies each predicate is not potentially bankrupt 1 and 2 times during the three years of research from 2009 to 2011. In this study variables Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), Retained Earnings (RETA), EBIT to total assets (EBTTA), Market Value of Equity to Total Liabilities (MVETL), Sales to Total Assets (STA) simultaneously significant effect on prediction bankruptcy and partially only variable Market Value of Equity to Total Liabilities (MVETL) that no significant effect on bankruptcy prediction.Keywords: financial ratios, bankruptcy prediction

Abstract

The aims of this research is to identify the individual’s characteristics, the leadership style and the culture of organization effect on organization commitment at Secretariat DPRD regency Bogor. There are 69 respondents as the sample that were taken. The methods that used in this research are survey method, the form of description and quantitative. Observation, interview and questionnaire are used to collect the data of this research. The test of this research that used are the validity test, reliability test and assumption classic test with likert scale for the double linear regressio and the hypotheses test. The result of this research is all the indicators had valid and reliable as well as fulfill rules and regulations on the assumption classic is simultaneously the individual’s characteristic (X1), the leadership style (X2), and the culture of organization (X3) influential in positive and significant toward organization commitment (Y). In the partial the individual’s characteristic (X1), the leadership style (X2) and the culture of organization (X3) influential in positive and significant toward organization commitment (Y), while leadership style (X3) has not influential in positive and significant toward organization commitment (Y).Keywords: : the individual’s Characteristic, the leadership style, the culture of organization, organization commitment

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the perception of employees against transfer and promotion 2) simultaneously and partially the effect of mutations and promotions on employee performance. The research method used descriptive and verification method. Test instrument data using product moment to test the validity and reliability with Cronbach alpha. Methods of data analysis used multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis and analysis of determination and hypothesis test F-test and t test. The results showed that the variables of personnel transfers and promotions of powerful positions simultaneously (together) on employee performance. Partially personnel transfers influence on employee performance and promotion effect on employee performance.Keywords: Mutation, Promotion, Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh standar pelayanan minimum (SPM) terhadap loyalitas penumpang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Setelah data dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, digunakan uji regresi linear berganda untuk mengukur pengaruh SPM pada stasiun dan SPM dalam perjalanan terhadap loyalitas penumpang. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji F dan uji-t untuk mengetahui pengaruh SPM pada stasiun dan SPM dalam perjalanan terhadap loyalitas penumpang. Hasil dari semua indikator valid dan reliable. Secara simultan SPM pada Stasiun dan SPM dalam Perjalanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas penumpang. Selanjutnya, secara parsial semua indikator berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas penumpang. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh lebih besar yaitu SPM dalam perjalanan. Kata Kunci : Standar Pelayanan Minimum pada Stasiun, Standar Pelayanan Minimum dalam Perjalanan dan Loyalitas Penumpang

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) gambaran customer experience pada destinasi wisata  kota Bogor, 2) gambaran revisit intention terhadap destinasi wisata kota Bogor, 3) pengaruh customer experience terhadap minat berkunjung kembali (revisit intention) pada destinasi wisata kota Bogor. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara mendalam  dan observasi. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, regresi berganda, uji F dan  uji-t. Secara simultan variabel comfort, educational, hedonic, novelty, safety dan beauty memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pada destinasi wisata kota Bogor. Hasil pengujian secara parsial (uji-t) menyimpulkan bahwa faktor comfort, hedonic, novelty, safety  dan beauty berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali (revisit intention), sedangkan faktor educational tidak berpengaruh. Kata Kunci : Customer Experience, Minat Berkunjung Kembali

Abstract

Sector of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) substance in the Indonesian economy contribute fairly important, not only in terms of profitability and constructive in improving the welfare of society, but also in terms of its role in employment (human resources). The research objectives: 1) to analyze the influence of individual personality factors, self-efficacy and locus of control simultaneously on the performance UMKM; 2) analyze the influence of individual personality, self-efficacy, and locus of control partially on the performance of UMKM; 3) what factors inhibiting and driving on the performance SME. The object of this research is 30 UMKM flagship product of questionnaires as much as 60 questioner with descriptive research methods and verification. Tests conducted are validity, reliability and classical assumptions as well as the size of the Likert scale for multiple linear regression. Results of research simultaneously and partially individual personality factors, self-efficacy and locus of control influence on the performance of SME. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh intellectual capital dan partisipasi anggota terhadap keberhasilan koperasi pada KOPDIT BINEKAS Cicurug Sukabumi. Obyek penelitian adalah anggota koperasi. Koesioner dibagikan kepada 100 responden anggota koperasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Uji yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, skala likert untuk uji regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi (R2) yang selanjutnya di uji melalui uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa semua instrumen pada semua indikator dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Secara simultan intellectual capital (X1) dan partisipasi anggota (X2) berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan koperasi (Y) pada KOPDIT BINEKAS. Sedangkan secara parsial semua variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan koperasi (Y) pada KOPDIT BINEKAS. Kata Kunci : Intellectual Capital, Partisipasi Anggota, Keberhasilan Koperasi
