Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap koperasi berjenis KPRI (Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: 1) tanggapan responden terhadap motivasi anggota, komitmen anggota dan kinerja anggota KPRI di Kota Sukabumi, 2) pengaruh secara simultan motivasi anggota dan komitmen anggota terhadap kinerja anggota KPRI di Kota Sukabumi, 3) pengaruh secara parsial motivasi anggota dan komitmen anggota terhadap kinerja anggota KPRI di Kota Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pengambilan sampel berjumlah 100 anggota KPRI yang diambil dari 31 koperasi aktif berjenis KPRI (Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia) yang telah melaksanakan Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) pada tahun 2017 dan terdaftar di Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian (Kopdagrin) Kota Sukabumi dengan menggunakan metode proporsional random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan skala likert untuk analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji-F dan uji-t. Hasil pengujian menyimpulkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial variabel motivasi anggota dan komitmen anggota berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota KPRI di Kota Sukabumi.Kata Kunci: Motivasi Anggota, Komitmen Anggota, Kinerja Anggota Koperasi.

This study aims to determine the response inpatients jamkesda card holder on the quality of services on the RSP DR. M. Gunawan Partodigdo Cisarua Bogor, either simultaneously or partially. Forms of verification research, test instruments used. The testing was conducted on the validity and reliability test. Reliability testing is used to measure the consistency of responses. Test of validity is performed to determine whether all the questions (instrument) study to measure the research variables are valid. Criteria testing is done with a Cronbach Alpha sampling method using Non-Profitability sampling (random sampling), while the technique is simple random sampling. The samples used were 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The results showed the average responses of respondents in tangible dimension of service quality (enough); empathy (well, seriously); reliability (good); responsiveness (enough) and assurance (good). Average responses of respondents on patient satisfaction JAMKESDA card holder (satisfied). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the F test that simultaneously affect the service quality patient satisfaction jamkesda participants, T-test results showed that the tangible (X1) and reliability (X3) has a significant effect on the level of patient satisfaction JAMKESDA cardholders at home pain, whereas empathy (X2), responsiveness (X4) and assurance (X5) there is no significant effect on the level of patient satisfaction JAMKESDA on the RSP card holder DR.M. This study aims to determine the responses of members and the influence of physical evidence and process for loyalty members in the Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Baetur Rahman Kabupaten Bogor and the object of this research is a member of the Cooperative of 100 members sampled. The method used is verification, Validity, Reliability Test, using multiple regression analysts, analysis of correlation coefficients and coefficients of determination (R2) were subsequently tested by the F test and t test. Based on the recapitulation of respondents to the physical evidence is quite agree, disagree and loyalty process that members do not agree. The multiple regression analysis of the F test states that the simultaneous physical evidence and process and partial t test physical evidence and process real and positive impact on loyalty members of Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Baetur Rahman Kabupaten Bogor, of the product moment correlation analysis states that the existence of a strong relationship between physical evidence, process with loyalty members, determination of the results of the analysis states that 60.2% of the contribution of physical evidence and process the loyalty of members and of the results of the t test states that the physical evidence and partially process significantly affect the loyalty members of Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Baetur Rahman Kabupaten Bogor.Keywords: Physical evidence, process, loyalty members

Penelitian bermaksud memahami dampak Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) juga pengawasan kerja pada kinerja karyawan operasional (studi pada pada PT. XYZ Bogor di Bogor). Metode analisis deskriptif dengan Skala likert untuk analisis desktiptif, sedangkan untuk analisis verifikatif menggunakan koefisien determinasi, korelasi berganda, dan pengujian regresi. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 100 orang karyawan. Kuesioner teruji dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan juga asumsi klasik. Hasil riset menggambarkan jika simultan keselamatan kesehatan kerja dan pengawasan kerja pengaruhi positif juga signifikasi pada kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ Bogor. Sedangkan secara parsial keselamatan kesehatan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. XYZ Bogor dan pengawasan kerja memiliki dampak positif juga signifikasi pada kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ Bogor. Kata Kunci : Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Pengawasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

This research is descrptive and verification which aims to determinee the effectoof the implementation of education and training programs to work performance of emplooyes at Balitnak Ciawi, Bogor. Population in this research were 30 employes who had attended training and education. Data was collected by questionnaires. All variables in this ressearch is valid and reliable, and feasible to use explain the work performance variable. Results of research conducted shows that eduucation and training simultaneously and partially positive and significant impact on the performance of employees Balitnak. Education variable training has an average score of responses at 4.17, which means both categories, and work performance variable have an average score of responses at 4.32, whicch mean excellent category. it is clear that educatiom and trainiing have a close relationship with job performace.Keyword: education and training programs, work performance of employes.

This research is conducted to determine the condition of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial mental to entrepreneurial spirit in Vocational High School students at Bogor city and its influence. The population research is the eleventh grade students fromVocational High School (SMK) in Bogor city and it uses quantitative descriptive method. 100 samples are taken from 17,908 populations. The samplings use purposive and probability stratified random sampling technique. The results of the study show that the condition entrepreneurial motivation of students is high enough, the mental condition of the student is strong enough and they have good condition in entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial mental variabel have a positive effect to the entrepreneurial spirit variabel partially with t-count equal to 6.335 for entrepreneurial motivation variable and 2.711 for the entrepreneurial mental variabel, with a t-table 1.661 and simultaneously with the F-count 116.077 and F-table 3.09. For the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient is equal to 0.840 which means it has a very strong relationship. While the results of the coefficient correlation analysis are obtained a value of 0.705 which means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 70.5% and 29.5% remain is influenced by other factors outside the research. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui serta mengidentifikasi pengaruh motivasi anggota, manajemen keanggotaan, dan partisipasi anggota secara simultan maupun secara parsial kepada keberhasilan usaha koperasi wanita di Kabupaten Subang. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu memakai metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Hasil penelitian yang sudah dilaksanakan memperlihatkan bahwa variabel motivasi anggota, manajemen keanggotaan, dan partisipasi anggota secara simultan maupun secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan Koperasi Wanita (Kopwan) di Kabupaten Subang. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) ialah aset yang sangat penting, terutama bagi organisasi maupun perusahaan. Mengingat besarnya peran dari Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam suatu organisasi maupun perusahaan, sudah sepantasnya apabila suatu organisasi atau perusahaan memperhatikan semua aspek-aspek mengenai Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja berbagai cara dapat dilakukan misalnya, dengan pemberian kompensasi dan promosi jabatan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Perwita Margasakti. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan perusahaan yang secara keseluruhan berjumlah 79 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan promosi jabatan dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.Kata Kunci : Promosi Jabatan, Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

In general, every company wants to achieve success in business, in the sense of always trying to get their business survival remain successful and running smoothly. National automotive industry in the modern era is experiencing significant growth, this affects the increasing number of manufacturers of four-wheeled vehicles are vying to grab a large market share. The aim of this study was to investigate and analyze brand equity as a planning tool in the marketing strategy of the brand Toyota Avanza four-wheel vehicles in the city of Bogor. In this study, analysis tools used are: Spearman-Brown validity test, reliability test, Cochran's test and Likert scale. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of consumers in the city of Bogor to the four-wheeled vehicle brand Toyota Avanza by measuring the level of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty. Based on the results of the questionnaire study of 100 respondents. These results indicate that the four-wheel drive brand awareness types of low Mpv four-wheel vehicles as the Avanza brand top of mind. Analysis of brand association brand Avanza currently has nine attributes forming the brand image. Results of analysis of quality brand Toyota Avanza perceived as a whole shows that the quality of performance (the consumer's perception of the quality of the product) which is lower than the quality importance (of respondents to the expectations of the product). Brand loyalty for four-wheeled vehicles may be said Avanza brand loyal to the level like the brand.Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Consumer Perception and Brand Loyalty

The objectives of the research are: 1) to analyze the development of selling price of product promotion cost and sales volume at PT Dragon Indonesia product; 2) to know the effect simultaneously effect of product selling price and promotion cost to sales volume at PT Dragon Produk Indonesia; 3) to analyze the effect of partial influence of selling price of product and promotion cost to sales volume at PT Dragon Produk Indonesia. The result of research shows the selling price of selling price of mop and broom during the year of 2015 from February to December fluctuated due to less stable market condition. Promotion costs for mop and broom during the year of 2015, from January to December continue to increase due to the company wants a maximum sales volume or profit. Sales volume, especially mop equipment within a year from January to December continued to fluctuate, ie in January sales of mops and brooms and in February decreased by 9 percent. Factor of selling price and promotion cost have positive and significant influence simultantly and partially to sales volume variable.Keywords: Price, Promotion, Sales Volume
