Abstract

Pengembangan kompetensi guru pendidikan agama Islam merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi kelembagaan. Guru mempunyai ragam nama dalam perspektif khasanah Islam telah menambah nilai-nilai keislaman dan performa guru. Manajemen merupakan alat untuk mengembangkan keselarasan konsep kompetensi, nilai-nilai dan penampilan guru. Guru merupakan bagian dari sistem kelembagaan membutuhkan manajemen yang mengelola lima kompetensi guru. Lima kompetensi itu adalah kepribadian, profesional, pedagogik, sosial dan kepemimpinan. Kompetensi tersebut mesti menjadi kekuatan dari kelemahan pengembangan kompetensi guru dan kompetensi itu menjadi peluang dari pada hambatan guru dalam menghadapi tantangan eksternal.

Abstract

Agency theory looked at the relationship between the owner (the principal) and management (agent). Compensation given to overcome problems in the theory of agency, ie the difference between the interests of owners and agents. Compensation system is designed organization aims to motivate employees to improve their performance and retain competent employees. In order to work incentivecompensation, corporate boards must choose a level measurement and precise performance. Performance-based Reward twofold benefit: informing and motivating.The purpose of this paper is to review how compensation as a performance enhancement tool. The research method uses literature study and its conclusions are: 1. The compensation was given to address the problems in the theory of agency (the difference between the interests of owners and agents). 2. The compensation system is designed organization aims to motivate employees toimprove their performance and retain competent employees. 3. To work incentive compensation, corporate boards must choose a level measurement and preciseperformance. The measurement system there are two traditional compensation (use of accounting profit that measure the past) and the stock price (measuring thefuture).

Abstract

The high capability for managing Higher Education (HE) is necessary which include adopting of modern management principles that focus on quality, continous improvement and customer satisfaction. Globalization era is competation era, so HE must based quality in any of its processed. The students of HE that still studying need a product of motivation and double communication that are; science, academic title, skill, experience, belief and good behaviour on the contex of balance. All of them need to work in workplace expected a better life in this world is systematic attempt to increase human resources quality. There are four points on education field, namely; average and opportunity of education, relevancy with development, quality and efficiency. Therefor HE needs to support a certain aim to increase their level lecturer qualification with next educational level or non-degree course in order to enhance a quality of human resources resulted automatically will support a quality of education at HE.Keywords:  Gap, Pendidikan, Dunia Kerja, SDM

Abstract

Globalization challenging blows the life of university, tertiary educational institution that has main activity in high educational conversation with academic activity which commonly has universal concepts and adoptive ability in order to balance with the condition and Indonesia situation. Now days, tertiary educational institution is focused on the real big transformation era and it can not be denied anymore that the university must accept it if want surviving, striving, and developing. Solving those problems, many ideas are explored, such as economic concept and decentralization. The other opinion as the alternative is Interpreneurial University (EU) that is the university which has entrepreneurship character. Nevertheless, whatever concept and development management strategy of university that has already been tested is able to be applied therefore basically; everything must be based on efficiency principle. Abstract

 There are various requirements in becoming the leader of madrasa in Islam, such as the existence of justice, honesty, resposibility, emphaty, and so fort, which are pertinent to the expert theories about leadership. It is preferrable that the leader of madrasah come from generous generation because, indirectly, it affects the leadership quality of the leader. Once a person become a leader in madrasa, he must be able to perform very well because it means that he deal with responsibility in the world and in the hereafter. Rasulullah saw. saw forbade people to  ask to be a leader, especially when they do not own most leadership aspects. If people insist for that responsibility, Allah swt might will not bless that job, and futhermore, there might be bad things happen in the future, such as students’ failure in national examination, lack of school achievement, lack of society reliance, and so forth. These might be happen since basically, Allah swt will not help people who ask for position.Keyword: Leader, Madrasa, Alquran, Hadits

Abstract

Spiritual leaders are leaders who influence people led by inspired, enlighten, awaken, enabling, and empowering through the approach of spirituality or religious ethical values. This research was conducted in three boarding students, in student boarding Ulul Albab, Ulul Yaqin and Ulul Hikam in Malang, East Java, using a qualitative approach. This study was designed wearing a multi-site study. Once the data as a whole has finished checking, the data collected were analyzed, with analysis of the site as well as inter-site analysis. From the research result shows that: (1) Perspective spiritual leadership is a boarding student. (2)Spirituality actualization of leadership in the assembly caregivers (3) Typology of leadership tends to behavior leadership of participative colleguelike – democratic - spiritual religion (4) Decision-making (5) Settlement of individual conflicts (6) The development team (7) Variety of spiritual leadership in organizational culture (8) The value system of spiritual leadership, and (9) There are several obstacles and solutions in spiritual leadership at the boarding (pesantren) students.

Abstract

Manajemen pendidikan diakui sebagai salah satu aspek terpenting dalam pendidikan dewasa ini. Hal demikian karena manajemen pendidikan telah menjadi aktivitas penopang mutu pendidikan, bahkan telah menjadi ciri dan indikasi dari mutu pendidikan itu sendiri. Sekalipun manajemen pendidikan, bukan unsur utama pendidikan, tetapi pendidikan bermutu seringkali diukur dari aktivitas manajemen pendidikan ini. Oleh karena itu, manajemen pendidikan yang baik perlu diupayakan sebagai ikhtiyar mengembangkan mutu pendidikan.Keberadaan konsep dan praktik manajemen pendidikan dewasa ini dirasakan perlu ada sentuhan baru. Hal demikian karena manajemen pendidikan merupakan ilmu terapan manajemen dalam dunia pendidikan. Sebagai ilmu yang berkembang dari dunia bisnis, norma dan etika keilmuan manajemen tidak dapat dipisahkan dari motif-motif ekonomi, hubungan manusiawi, dan aspek-aspek organisasi. Padahal dirasakan ada hal-hal fundamental pendidikan yang tidak bisa sekedar dengan pendekatan bisnis. Bahkan sebagaimana lazim pada keilmuan barat, persoalan moral dan etika seringkali terlepas dari pengembangan ilmu manajemen itu sendiri. Tulisan ini lebih menekankan pada upaya menemukan alternatif bagi wajah baru manajemen pendidikan dengan memberi sentuhan nilai dan etika islami untuk mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan Islam
