Abstract

Manajemen pendidikan diakui sebagai salah satu aspek terpenting dalam pendidikan dewasa ini. Hal demikian karena manajemen pendidikan telah menjadi aktivitas penopang mutu pendidikan, bahkan telah menjadi ciri dan indikasi dari mutu pendidikan itu sendiri. Sekalipun manajemen pendidikan, bukan unsur utama pendidikan, tetapi pendidikan bermutu seringkali diukur dari aktivitas manajemen pendidikan ini. Oleh karena itu, manajemen pendidikan yang baik perlu diupayakan sebagai ikhtiyar mengembangkan mutu pendidikan.Keberadaan konsep dan praktik manajemen pendidikan dewasa ini dirasakan perlu ada sentuhan baru. Hal demikian karena manajemen pendidikan merupakan ilmu terapan manajemen dalam dunia pendidikan. Sebagai ilmu yang berkembang dari dunia bisnis, norma dan etika keilmuan manajemen tidak dapat dipisahkan dari motif-motif ekonomi, hubungan manusiawi, dan aspek-aspek organisasi. Padahal dirasakan ada hal-hal fundamental pendidikan yang tidak bisa sekedar dengan pendekatan bisnis. Bahkan sebagaimana lazim pada keilmuan barat, persoalan moral dan etika seringkali terlepas dari pengembangan ilmu manajemen itu sendiri. Tulisan ini lebih menekankan pada upaya menemukan alternatif bagi wajah baru manajemen pendidikan dengan memberi sentuhan nilai dan etika islami untuk mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan Islam

Abstract

This study aims to find and describe the learning process of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) based on contextual activities carried out at MI Alam Alfa Kids Pati. This study uses a type of descriptive qualitative research with a participatory approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document review. While data analysis used an interactive analysis model including data reduction, data delivery, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results and discussion of the study that PAI learning based on contextual activity is the learning of PAI contextualist reconstructive, namely the creative effort in PAI learning to bring it closer to real life, so that PAI becomes applicable and implementative in accordance with life's demands. To achieve this, an understanding of the following matters is needed: 1) Understanding the meaning of PAI-based activities that are reconstructive contextualists; 2) The ability to choose the types of activities that are reconstructive contextualists; 3) The process of recycling a reconstructive contextual education process. Abstract

Socio-cultural changes that occurred in the Samin community has changed gender relations and division of labor system Samin community. This paper aims to clarify the role of women in the past Samin and the role of women in the present Samin. In the past, the role of women Samin confined to household work, do not have public access, and restrictions on education. At present, women Samin has been engaged in productive and reproductive work, and has been active in social activities. Samin female gender relations shift occurs due to internal factors, namely a change of mind and improvement of the economy, as well as external factors namely the development of information technology and transportation in their lives. This shift in gender roles also occurred due to the role of several actors, such as village officials, religious leaders, and community agencies.

Abstract

This study tries to explore the srategy of mapping the service of Islamic Education Department of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of IAIN Surakarta by using business canvas model. The aim of this study is to describe and find business canvas model to map the service of Islamic education department. The result showed that the service mapping of Islamic education department can be used as a media for quality assessment of Islamic education department. Based on the scope of business canvas model which has been designed, analyzed, and finalized, it was found the service mapping of students, lecturers, staffs, FITK leaders, and Islamic education teachers. Abstract

This study aims to reveal how the concept of learning program design at the Islamic Science Camp (ISC), as well as to show the impressions of children and parents on the various ISC activities. This research consists of three stages, namely define, design and development. The trial subjects came from 11 elementary school (Islamic) institutions consisting of 28 students. The data were collected using (1) observation checklists; (2) documentation; (3) field notes sheets; and (4) impression sheets. Data analysis used tabulation techniques, narrative descriptions, and word cloud analysis. The science topics tested were related to (1) changes in the form of substances; (2) the concept of force and pressure; (3) matter and its classification; (4) the concept of energy; (5) aquatic ecosystems; and (6) plant morphology. Islamic values are emphasized in directing children's habituation activities, as well as providing children's motivation through Islamic figures in the fields of science and technology. Science projects include (1) a rotary ice cream making project; (2) launching a water rocket project; (3) making air freshener; (4) studying Islamic science; (5) building a ship and launching it; (6) river tracing and fishing; (7) making key chains from resin; and (8) making ecoprinting using pounding technique. Various positive impressions were obtained from the children and parents involved, and on the sustainability aspect, it was shown that there were repetitions and follow-up experiments by children outside the ISC program.Keywords: islamic science camp, science learning, love of nature, islamic science concept. ABSTRAK Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana konsep desain program pembelajaran pada Islamic Science Camp (ISC), serta menunjukkan kesan anak dan orang tua pada ragam akivitas ISC. Riset ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu define, design, dan development. Subyek uji coba berasal dari 11 instansi SD/MI yang terdiri dari 28 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan (1) daftar cek observasi, (2) dokumentasi, (3) lembar catatan lapangan, dan (4) lembar kesan. Analisis data menggunakan teknik tabulasi, deskripsi naratif, serta word cloud analyisis. Topik IPA yang diujicobakan berkaitan dengan (1) perubahan wujud zat; (2) konsep gaya dan tekanan; (3) materi dan klasifikasinya; (4) konsep energy; (5) ekosistem perairan; dan (6) morfologi tumbuhan. Nilai-nilai Islam ditekankan pada pengarahan kegiatan habituasi anak, serta pemberian motivasi anak melaui tokoh-tokoh Islam bidang sains dan teknologi. Proyek sains mencakup (1) proyek pembuatan es krim putar; (2) proyek meluncurkan roket air; (3) pembuatan pengharum ruangan; (4) kajian sains islami; (5) proyek pembuatan kapal dan meluncurkannya; (6) susur sungai dan tangkap ikan; (7) pembuatan gantungan kunci dari resin; dan (8) pembuatan ecoprinting dengan teknik pounding. Beragam kesan positif diperoleh dari anak dan orang tua yang terlibat, serta pada aspek keberlanjutan ditunjukkan adanya repetisi dan eksperimen lanjutan oleh anak di luar program ISC. Kata kunci: Islamic Science Camp, pembelajaran IPA, cinta alam, konsep islami sains.

Abstract

Discrimination in the education world is not only incidental under certain conditions. The injustice sometimes "deliberately" slips into policy products that are not accessible to all groups. Public space and humanity are important to formulating a humane and fair. Policy products that are ambiguous and insensitive to dynamic technological developments create uncertainty for policy executors in implementing policies in the field. This research dissects the products of inclusive education policies from time to time using the theory of power relations to find the dimensions of humanity, technology, and public space and capture the visible social impacts of the implementation of educational policies both in real space and virtual space. The findings of this research are: first, the existing policy products indirectly include elements of humanity in general, but on the other hand, they leave aside technological developments which are very dynamic. The two existing policy products do not provide input and evaluate the weaknesses and strengths of the implemented policies.

Abstract

This research analyzes the role of Islamic religious universities in maintaining local wisdom through integrating local wisdom with religious moderation. The existence of a state Islamic religious college in the community is the basis for the resilience of local wisdom in the environment where the college is located. The locus of this research is located at IAIN Kudus, Central Java. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach to uncovering phenomena and facts in the field. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a comprehensive picture of the implementation of religious moderation policies and local wisdom in Islamic institutions. Data analysis in this research seeks to identify challenges, opportunities, and the impact of this policy on inter-religious harmony, religious learning, and student character development. In addition, this research also evaluates the extent to which this policy reflects the principles of tolerance, diversity, and local wisdom in the context of Islamic higher education. Through an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of policies for implementing religious moderation and local wisdom at IAIN Kudus, it is hoped that this research can contribute to improving policies and more effective implementation at the institutional level, as well as providing a broader view regarding the harmonization of diversity in the context of Islamic education in Indonesia. The results of this research can be explained by the fact that the integration of local wisdom and religious moderation in the tertiary environment has proven to be able to realize the understanding and application of the importance of religious moderation values in tertiary institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Living Values Program (LVP) in enhancing religious moderation among special needs students at Achsaniyah Islamic Boarding School in Kudus. The research addresses the need for fostering tolerance, empathy, and peaceful coexistence within an inclusive educational setting. Using a qualitative field research approach, data were collected through observations, semi-structured interviews with teachers, students, and administrators, as well as document analysis. The Miles and Huberman interactive model was employed for data analysis, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.The findings reveal that the LVP was effectively adapted to accommodate the needs of special needs students. This research concludes that for teachers can develop universal values, namely cooperation, freedom, happiness, honesty, humility, love, peace, respect, responsibility, simplicity, tolerance, and unity so that if these values have been internalized in the teacher. The teacher will transfer and instill these values in students' habits and make living values a part of their lives. The value-based activities in the Living Values Education Program are designed to motivate students, in this case the Santri, to invite them to think about themselves, others, the world, and values in an interrelated way.

Abstract

Kasus kekerasan semakin meningkat di Pondok Pesantren disinyalir karena sistem pengasuhan yang terdesentraslisasi, tidak lagi langsung di tangani Kiai. Sementara belum ditemukan model sistem pengasuhan dengan pola model disentralisasi tersebut, apalagi pada santri usia remaja. Model kolegial dianggap lebih sesuai dalam pengasuhan untuk kelompok santri usia remaja, antara lain karena membuka ruang diskusi, mengacu pada prinsip kesetaraan antara santri dan pengasuh, dan sesuai tahap perkembangan usia remaja, namun implementasi dari praktik pengasuhan ini belum banyak dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen pengasuhan kolegial dan pencegahan kekerasan santri usia remaja di pondok pesantren, meliputi: nilai dasar, tujuan, sumber, dan langkah-langkah implementasi manajemen pengasuhan kolegial dan pencegahan kekerasan santri usia remaja di pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus di Pondok Pesantren Sulaimaniyah Turki di Jawa Tengah. Subjek dan informan penelitian ini yaitu Pimpinan Cabang, Para Abi, dan Santri. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pusposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik untuk menguji keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dengan teknik triangulasi. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa manajemen pengasuhan kolegial dan pencegahan kekerasan santri usia remaja di pondok pesantren yaitu suatu prinsip manajemen pengasuhan santri dengan menggunakan sekumpulan perilaku kolegial yang membuka ruang dialog, kesetaraan, dan menjadikan santri sebagai mitra untuk menuju kesempurnaan sebagai hamba Allah yang sholih dan bertakwa. Nilai dasar dari manajemen pengasuhan kolegial dan pencegahan kekerasan santri usia remaja di pondok pesantren ini ialah persuasi Islam kosmopolitan, humanisme global, dan perasaan senasib sebagai sesama murid Syekh Sulaiman Hilmi Tunahan. Tujuan dari manajemen pengasuhan kolegial dan pencegahan kekerasan santri usia remaja di pondok pesantren, yaitu: untuk menumbuhkan jiwa mandiri, jujur, bertanggungjawab, disiplin, dan sopan santun; untuk membangun kesadaran sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai akhlak karimah; dan untuk membentengi santri dalam menghadapi tantangan global yang lebih demokratis dan kosmopolitan. Sumber nilai nilai tasawwuf, nilai kemanusiaan, dan penyerapan terhadap budaya lokal. Sedangkan langkah-langkah implementasi yang dilakukan, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, monitoring, dan evaluasi.
