Abstract

Every education institution especially Islamic education institution properly provides the best learning services in developing the effort of student quality. Services in education is an absolutely student needs, especially services in developing learning quality, moreover seeing the needs of competitive era. Student’s competence will compete with another competence both in own country and global world particularly in ASEAN region. To undertake the best services in every Islamic education institution, each circle academician of education needs to know the best service concepts. By knowing it that is expected all circle academicians could provide the optimal services for implementing qualified learning. Abstract

Islamic elementary school is a based Islamic elementary education institution that gives students basic competencies to continue their study to the more higher level. Recently the society’s trust toward the school is getting increase. One of the factors affecting the increase of the society’s interest toward the Islamic elementary school is the quality of the teachers who have integrity, comitment and competencies. This research was intended to analyze and find out: 1) planning of Competence Based Human Resource Management in Islamic Elementary School; 2) developing strategies of Competence Based Human Resource Management in Islamic Elementary School; and 3) the effects of developing Competence Based Human Resource Management in Islamic Elementary School. This study used a qualitative approach by with multi-case study using multisite research design. The data were collected using in-depth interview, participant observation, and documentation. The results of this research revealed that: 1) planning of Human Resource in Islamic Elementary School is religious-based competency approach. The steps are: a) need analysis, b) the determination of the standard qualification of teachers (academic, religious, experience, motivation and ‘dakwah”); c) selection, with open system selection, d)apprenticeship and evaluation, include: competence, motivation and commitment of devotion. 2) Developing strategies of Competence Based Human Resource Management in Islamic Elementary School by synergizing the continuous training and development (CTD), performance evaluation and build a spirit of integration ‘dakwah’ and education. Goal of human resources development in the aspects of: a) improving the commitment and internship through giving compensation, career development, personal and family guidance, and building good cooperation ; b) improving academic and spiritual competence through training and socialization, supervisison, further studies, motivation that working is religious good deeds, praying together, and gettingclose to Allah (al qiyadah); 3) the effects of developing human resource were teachers have high motivation, they became models for the students, they are loyal and committed to serve and give attention to the students. From the findings above it can be concluded that the human resource management at Islamic elementary school is spirituality based human resource management.Key Words: Human Resource Management, based competence, Islamic Elementary School.

Abstract

Management Information Systems (MIS) is a field that began to develop since the 1960s. Although there is no single consensus, it is generally defined as a driver's license system that provides information used to support the operation, management, and decisionmaking in organization. Prainformasional in the community, the people in it using a rigid paradigm assisted by intuition, the basis used by them to select the types of information needed is often not obvious because it is colored by the subjective nature of perception. But then in today's modern society, in addition to the paradigm shift that uses a creativeapproach to merger, also using the scientific paradigm that enables the selection of information can be done quickly and accurately. In the world of education though, MIS become one of the important factors to improve services at the same time saving for education. With advances in the development of education in Indonesia, both from anadministrative or technological aspect, the process of education services in Indonesia should be done effectively and efficiently. Abstract

Prophet Muhammad PBUH is a role model in every aspect of life. Many valuable lessons can be learned from his life. From the point of view of strategic management, every strategic decision that has been made by Prophet Muhammad PBUH in his dakwah in all kinds of diverse internal and external environment conditions is very much in line with modern strategy management science. This article tries to explain how strategic management applied by Prophet Muhammad PBUH especially in his da'wah so that now the Islamic religion spread all over the world.

Abstract

Every organization has a goal to be achieved. Therefore, the vision, mission, and strategy are structured with the support of organizational structures, formulas and systems that must be implemented, in order not to be wasted. The amount of funds, the amount of time, energy and thoughts poured in the organization is also a matter of free if there is no commitment of all employees in implementing the structure and system of the organization. Building employee commitment is mandatory to implement and can be done with two main things: embed the values of the organization or company and align the organizational goals and objectives of the employee.The values of organization or company that must exist include integrity, professionalism, innovation, teamwork that can shape or change the behavior / culture of employees and become an organizational work culture. Implementation of these organizational values must be followed by several critical success factors. The most important thing is thealignment of the company's desire to achieve effectiveness and efficiency with the desires of individual employees in relation to their personal well-being in an effort to improveintegrated performance and as a result of continuous improvement, development and learning through the application of Total Performance Scorecard (TPS).This literature review aims to increase knowledge and insight in building employee commitment in an effort to achieve organizational goals, especially in the public sector.Additionally, it adds an understanding of how to improve employee relationships with companies or organizations actively because employees who show a high commitmenthave a desire to provide more energy and responsibility in supporting the welfare and success of the organization where they work.Keywords: organization goals, employee commitment, Integrity, Professionalism, Innovation, Teamwork, Total Performance Scorecard.

Abstract

Education is an important part of the national development process that helps determine the economic growth of a country. Education is also an investment in human resourcedevelopment, where the improvement of skills and abilities is believed to be a factor supporting human efforts in navigating a life full of uncertainty. The variety of school environment conditions and the varied needs of students in the learning process coupled with Indonesia's highly complex geography, often can not be fully appreciated by the central bureaucracy. Therefore, in the process of improving the quality of education needs to find an alternative model of school management. This led to the birth of the concept of school-based quality improvement management. The purpose of this discussion is to describe the concept of management in accordance withthe needs of schools.Key Word: Development, School Based Management

Abstract

Madrasah as the oldest institution, constantly have to innovate for the sake of maintaining the quality of education. To meet the leadership of the madrasa has a share fully in developing and advancing the whole element of education, ranging from human resources to management. This research was descriptive qualitative approach to the leadership of Madsarah Ibtidaiyah Roudlotul Khuffadz of West Papua in extending the educational system through the transformative leadership patterns that are very dynamic and democratic, developing human resources simultaneously, process leadership (planning, organizing, moving and cordinatoring), encourages the occurrenceof sincere work. Finally, other efforts are implemented memorizing the Qur'an, mapping the talents of interest of students, evaluation of each program and pay attention to accountability and transparency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the foundation of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System in improving the quality of learning in the Faculty ofTarbiyah and Teacher Training (FITK) UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, the results can be summarized as follows: 1) Making the concept of “Ulul Albab” as a jargon that would be manifested in the form of an educational program under the umbrella of “Ulul Albab”. 2) Realizing a scientific structure that integrates science and Islam with the Treeof Science Metaphor. 3) Trying to anticipate the challenges of higher education both on the national macro and global competition. 4) Realizing organizational health (organization health), to develop academic freedom, innovation, creativity and knowledge sharing. 5) Applying quality assurance consistently. 6) Determined to apply quality culture by implementing QMS ISO 9001: 2008 as international standard quality standard. 7) Implementing the International Quality Management System Organization for Standardization (SSNI ISO) 9001: 2008 to achieve the quality standard of education. 8) Conduct internal audit for continuous improvement of quality (continual improvement). 9) Anticipate various organizational changes at any time and periodic. 10) The ability of leaders to have the vision and confidence to realize his vision. 11) Making the values of the Qur'an (the concept of ihsan: doing better) as the cornerstone of the implementation of the quality management system. 12) Implement the main principles of the quality management system: "Write down what is done and do what is written". 13) Implement a systematic and continuous quality assurance system. 14) The purpose of quality assurance to ensure: compliance, certainty, and relevance. 15) Stipulate the quality points refer to the quality of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. 16) Determined to make quality assurance in academic service.Keywords: Platform, Thought, QMS, Quality, Learning.
