Abstract

Social media is currently an online media that is widely accessed in the world. Microblogging services such as Twitter allow users to write about various things they experience or write reviews of a product, service, public figures and so on. This can be used to take opinion or sentiment towards an entity that is being discussed on social media such as Twitter. This study utilizes these data to determine public opinion or sentiment regarding public perceptions of the issue of rising electricity tariffs. Opinion taking is based on three classes namely positive, negative and neutral. Users often use non-standard word abbreviations or spelling, this can complicate the process and accuracy of classification results. In this study the authors apply text-preprocessing in handling these problems. For feature extraction, n-gram and classification methods are used using the Naive Bayes classifier. From the results of the research that has been done, the most negative sentiments are formed in response to the issue of the increase in basic electricity tariffs. In addition, from the results of testing with the method of cross validation and confusion matrix it is known that the accuracy of the naïve Bayes method reaches 89.67% before applying n-gram, and the accuracy rate increases 2.33% after applying n-gram characters to 92.00%. It is proven that the application of the n-gram extraction feature can increase the accuracy of the naïve Bayes method.

Abstract

Warts is a skin health problem that is generally characterized by the appearance of small, rough-textured lumps on the skin surface caused by a virus that is human papilloma virus (HPV). One technique of treatment of wart disease is immunotherapy, this method is a treatment by boosting the immune system to overcome the disease of warts. Naive bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) is a method of data mining algorithm used to classify. The aim of this study was to compare the Naive bayes algorithm with Support Vector Machine (SVM) in predicting the success of immunotherapy treatment method in the treatment of wart disease. Tests conducted using the method of Naive bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) using the R programming language, then the results are used to do the comparison. The results of this study revealed that the Naive bayes method has superior prediction capability compared to Support Vector Machine (SVM) because Naive bayes can predict all class instances correctly with the accuracy level of 1.

Abstract

Museum Sang Nila Utama is a cultural museum which has 3,819 collections covering geology, biology, ethnography, archeology, historica, numism, philology, ceramics, art and technologics. This museum as one of the cultural center and tourism of Riau Malay. Visitors are usually from schools and local tourists. Current museum visits are declining, leading to a lack of museum services and yet no creative strategies to improve it. Plus the thought that the museum is ancient, boring and unkempt. To handle the problem, it needs promotion media in the form of creative media based on technology. Besides, there is still a lack of promotion media in the introduction of museum cultural objects. One of the needs of interactive media applications and technology-based promotions. Applications as a Mobile-based promotional media with Virtual Reality 3D objects tailored to the museum with various collections. This application uses research methods during the modeling process, VR, Mobile and users. This application is modeled using Blender and then processed its VR using Unity Engine. By making the Museum as one of tourist destination and culture of Riau Riau will bring many regional and foreign tourists. Abstract

Information systems become an important part in all areas of life, one of which is a hospital that uses information systems as a support for business processes. The level of user acceptance of the information system in the hospital needs to be reviewed and analyzed as a way to improve service because the main factors that play an important role are users. This study analyzes the factors that influence the acceptance of users of information using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). This study uses employee data as a sample, 30 respondents used to test the validity and reliability, from the number of 1436 employees used 112 respondents and the questionnaire returned was 94 questionnaires. Determination of the number of respondents based on Slovin formula shows the number used is 94 respondents. The research methodology includes literature study, determination of research variables, data collection and observation, hypothesis determination, instrument development, questionnaire distribution, data processing and analysis of results. In the development of instruments found 6 variables with 32 indicators, and 35 question items. Based on the validity test found 5 indicators that are not used and Cronbach's alpha value of 0.912 which means that the value is greater than 0.6 so that the instrument is reliable. Research shows that the correlation of the final results shows that the significance level is below 0.05 and shows that the independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable, so it can be concluded that user acceptance of the technology in Sidoarjo Regional General Hospital is good.

Abstract

Job performance is one of the needs in a company. The demand for these needs aims to foster consumer confidence in the services provided. In service business activities such as the sale and service of professional motorbikes, mechanical work is needed. In determining the best mechanic, there are many criteria that the mechanic must fulfill. These criteria include efforts to overcome problems, years of service, education and discipline. The selection of the best motorcycle mechanics is done to help improve the mechanical workability to be better than before. To assist with the determination or selection in determining someone who deserves to be the best motorcycle mechanic, a decision support system is needed. In this study a case will be raised which is looking for the best alternative based on the criteria that have been determined by using the Multi Objective Optimization Method On The Base Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). The research was conducted by looking for weight values for each attribute, then ranking process was carried out which would determine the optimal alternative, namely Yamaha Alfascorfii motorcycle mechanics.

Abstract

Internet of things (IoT) is a hardware (Raspberry Pi) that can connect to the internet with the aim to expand the internet network that is connected thoroughly to the hardware. The development of the Internet of things (IoT) has been widely used, especially in this day and age, one of the utilization of this IoT technology is the control of electronic room light equipment through global network controlled via smartphone that can be operated remotely. This research aims to build a remote-control device by utilizing internet technology to perform the process of controlling the lights based on the Internet of things (IoT). This research is done by building a prototype with mobile based application using python and php programming language. In this research there is a feature of controlling the room lights with the first condition of control of one lamp used to turn one room light and the second condition is used to turn the lights simultaneously.

Abstract

The more advanced technology can make it easier for someone to do their work. Included in it in terms of making graphics that can be done using computer assistance. Where computers can represent human work functions. This study aims to create an application graph for the determination of the composition of the aggregate mixture and provide the results of the calculation of the percentage of each aggregate and provide recommendations whether the composition of the aggregate mixture is feasible or not to be used. The results of this study are a graphical application for determining the value of the composition of the aggregate mixture. This application has been tested using DOSBox and TURBO C ++. Based on the results of these trials it can be concluded that the application of graphs to determine the value of aggregate mixture composition can be used as a tool for making graphs of aggregate mixtures and determining the value of aggregate composition and providing recommendations in the form of recommendations.

Abstract

Economics is one of the most important aspects in the world. Economics greatly determines the progress and development of a country. However, there are still many countries with low economic levels. Therefore the aim of this study is to predict and determine the level of the main indicators of the world economy as one of the anticipatory steps to further increase the level of the country's economy. World Economic Indicator Data to be used is sourced from Bloomberg and Bank Indonesia. To find out further developments, it is necessary to research the existing data. The algorithm used is Backpropagatian Neural Network. Data analysis was carried out using artificial neural network method using Matlab R2011b software. The study uses 5 architectural models. The best network architecture produced is 3-43-1 with an accuracy rate of 86% and the Mean Squared Error (MSE) value is 1.336593.

Abstract

Water flow distribution to home residents from the artesian well is affected by infrastructure. The more houses that distributed makes decreased amount supply of artesian water in every house. the longer of pipe leight and many branches traversed makes decrease of water supply because there will be many possible pipeline leaks. The more pipes used make the more expensive infrastructure cost. This problem occurs in Jubung area. These problems is one variation of the minimum Spanning Tree problems. This problem can be solved by the shortest path optimization route. It uses network method by implementing graph theory through kruskal algorithm. The first step is determined the nodes and sides. Nodes represent house and the sides represents the connecting pipes between houses. Kruskal is chosen because the kruskal focuses on the side and the graph is incomplete. focus of this study is the length optimation of the connecting pipe that is represented by side. In the pipe infrastructure figure map is representing of an incomplete graph because there are several nodes that are not connected to all nodes because it is adapted to the contour of the land that is not possible traversed the pipe. The results is there are several paths that are changed, especially the side to connect between node 1-4, 4-12, 19-20, 21-6 dispensed because forming cycles. The result of this research is kruskal can make decreasing infrastrukture cost Rp.7.535.500 with length of 201,5 meter so can save Rp.4.401.000 from Rp Rp.11.936.500.

Abstract

Deli Serdang Regency has a complete and unique topography because there are coastal areas, lowlands and mountainous highlands with an area of 2,497.72 Ha consisting of 22 sub-districts, 380 villages and 14 villages. The main potential of the Deli Serdang regency are agriculture, smallholder plantations, large plantations, fisheries, aquaculture, livestock, industry, trade and tourism. Based on this big potential, Deli Serdang District Region has a large potential income tax. Planning and regional income tax management system of Deli Serdang Regency are carried out at the Regional Revenue Department of Deli Serdang Regency. Based on achievement data of tax revenue which is posted on Regional Deliberation Separtment of Deli Serdang Regency website, rate of regional income is still slow. The target line graph and the realization of regional revenues indicate that the targets have to be achieved are still far, because until June 2017 achievement only Rp. 56,950,403,904.02, - while the target to the end of December 2017 is Rp. 484,520,000,000. To achieve the annual target as expected need a strategy. Association analysis is also known as one of the data mining techniques basis of various other mining data techniques. By using the Apriori Algorithm, an analysis of the obstacles in achieving targets can be done to find interesting rules that are useful in supporting the system of achieving local tax targets. The implementation of Association Rule to support the achievement of the tax target is expected to help the process of achieving the target of regional income tax, especially in the Regional Revenue Department of Deli Serdang Regency.
