Abstract

The Blood donation is an activity of taking blood from someone voluntarily to be kept as stock or given to patients in need. Blood donation activities are channeled through the Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD) of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) which is engaged in blood donation services for the community in their respective regions. Lack of public awareness of blood donation and ineffective blood donation activities during the pandemic caused the blood stock supply at PMI Sukabumi Regency to be running low and even empty. The purpose of this research is to create a blood donor inFormation system that is equipped with a website-based Geographic InFormation System. GIS is used to store and display inFormation on potential donors in a digital map. This study uses the Togaf Architecture Development Method approach which was developed using the PHP Version 7 programming language, MySQL 3.2.2 database and open source Leafletjs. The result of this research is a website-based geographic inFormation system for blood donors (SIGDORAH).

Abstract

The Environmental Office in the City of Salatiga is a government agency which engaged in the environmental sector. The employee data collection system currently used is still manual by recording data of employee with Microsoft Excel afterwards the data will be stored in a form of archive or printed. By using an ancient method this is certainly less effective due to it will take a lot of time and make the data will be lost easily. Therefore, we need a web-based information system to make all easier for officers to collect employee data. In this study a web-based employee data collection of information system was built using a Laravel Framework. The Laravel Framework is used to make a build system convenient to implement and already provides any kind of features such as database migration and integration unit testing support to supply an easiness for the developers to build applications. This study aims to create an employee data collection information system so that it can be used to facilitate the officers to collect the data of employees at the Environmental Office in the City of Salatiga. The result of this study is showed that by using this kind of application, performance of employee can be improved efficiently.

Abstract

Member scout identification, is an important identity for every Scout member. Nowadays, method of collecting data of member is conducted manually, and printed without saving the data of member owner, there is no system yet which could save the data of member card’s owner and update or remove the data if the member card was expired. And also the distance factor between Gugus Depan (School) and Kwartir Cabang, the place to register the prospective member, far enough, makes many potention data of scout members who are in the outlying place are not encoded. The aim of the research is to design and build a information system of the Scout Member Android Based in Kwartir Cabang Tasikmalaya City, o that it can solve the problem of saving and upgrading the potential data that can give the information fast and correctly. The collecting method uses observation and interview, while developing system uses waterfall model, which consists of stages analyst design, coding, and testing, also the helping tool to conduct the system program uses flowmap. While the implementation uses Android Studio and MySQL Database software. The result of this research is the Information of Scout Member’s System that makes the information process of scout member easier for the Scout members in Kwartir Cabang Tasikmalaya city.

Abstract

Paud Hidayatul Burhan is an Early Childhood Education which is located in Pasirtanjung Village, Lemahabang District, Karawang Regency. Currently, teachers are demanded to be creative in providing education to their students with various methods such as the rationalization of plant themes for fruits and so on. Due to the lack of educational facilities for this use of media, it is necessary to use technology to attract children's interest and motivation to learn. In this case, the fruit learning media still uses conventional methods such as books to see its shape in 2D. The method used in the application of augmented reality in this study is markerless, so that the black and white square markers are replaced by pictorial markers presented in the Augmented Reality Book (AR Book) containing strawberries, lemons and cherries. From the results of alpha testing, the application made can function properly. From the results of the marker test, the application can display 3D objects at a marker distance of 5 cm - 60 cm, with a marker tilt angle of 30 ° - 60 ° and the marker is blocked by other objects up to 75%. From the results of the questionnaire calculation using the Likert's Sumated Rating (LSR) method, a score of 85 was obtained, so the assessment range was very positive, which means that the application can be implemented properly. And also the calculations carried out by the author in the evaluation of students showed that Ho was rejected because there was no significant effect on children's understanding, while H1 was accepted because of a significant influence on children's understanding.

Abstract

The health center has a very important role because it can help care for and care for people who are sick and provide emergency room services (UGD). for immigrants in the West Jakarta area who still have not seen where the health center is and have to go through which route is closer to where they are. There are several algorithms that can be used to determine the shortest path, one of which is using the Dijkstra algorithm. Search for the shortest distance to the hospital in the West Jakarta area using the Dijkstra method. The problem of finding the shortest path on the graph is one of the optimization problems. The graph used in the search for the shortest path is a wighted graph, which is a graph where each side is given a value or weight. In determining the shortest path, Dijkstra's algorithm starts from the initial node to the destination node. Where each node has a predetermined distance value. The results of this study indicate that Dijkstra's Algorithm is the right method to produce the shortest route for finding the path to hospitals in the West Jakarta area.

Abstract

The development of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia continues to increase. with the continued increase in these cases causing panic among the public regarding the presence or absence of this corona virus, in the midst of this condition an effective and efficient communication pattern is needed in providing education and information about this corona virus, for example with social media Youtube. Many people's responses to this news are expressed in the comments column. Therefore, a sentiment analysis model is needed to classify public comments into Positive, Negative and neutral. In this study, the Naive bayes method is used to build a sentiment analysis model for public responses about the news on the development of the Covid-19 case on the Youtube page, precisely on the KompasTV Chanel. Accuracy is 74% with the number of comments Positive 361, Negative 800 and neutral 490.

Abstract

Twitter is one of the social media that is currently in great demand by internet users. The number of tweets circulating on Twitter is not yet known whether these tweets contain more positive, negative, and neutral opinions. For that we need a system that can process data by applying sentiment analysis. This study uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method to analyze the level of sentiment towards data carried out by crawling on Twitter. The data studied as a simple case study uses only 8 tweet data which is divided into 5 training data and 3 test data. The data is processed using the preprocessing stage, then classified using the NBC method, the calculation of performance uses confusion matrix techniques. This study resulted in a structured exposure to the process and results of NBC implementation and performance testing using the confusion matrix which obtained 82% accuracy, 93% precision, and 52% recall. However, these results are more focused on ease explaining for each stage and process in more detail, not on the numbers obtained. Research with larger data will be carried out later by developing a computer-based application system.

Abstract

The research conducted is testing the accuracy of the level of similarity of the management of STMIK Pelita Nusantara. The facial images tested were 17 images and 136 tests in each method (Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG), Canny, and the combination of LoG + Canny). Tests were carried out using Matlab R2017b. From the test results, the researchers concluded that the accuracy of the highest level of similarity is the Laplacian of Gaussian method, namely images 12 and 17 with a percentage of 99.85%, then the Canny method, namely images 4 and 7 with a percentage of 99.53% and the lowest is the combination of the two methods. (LoG + Canny) namely images 6 and 13 with a percentage of 98.14%. And the highest average accuracy of the similarity window is the Laplacian of Gaussian method with a percentage of 49.91%, then the Canny method with a percentage of 38.19% and the lowest is the combination of the two methods (LoG + Canny) with a percentage of 37.81%.

Abstract

The government through the Ministry of Religious Affairs canceled the departure of pilgrims from Indonesia in 2020. The decision was taken, considering the Covid-19 pandemic still plagues almost all parts of the world, including Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. "Saudi Arabia has never opened access for pilgrims from any country. As a result, the government could no longer have enough time to make its main preparations in the service and protection of Jemaah. Based on this fact, the government decided not to send pilgrims in 2020. Judging from the charts and data recorded from April to December 2020 there was a sharp increase. There were 743,198 confirmed cases of infection, 109,963 cases treated, 22,138 cases died and 611,091 were declared cured. This is a consideration of the government in taking the decision to lower the letter of cancellation of hajj departure in 2020. To retrieve this sentiment data the author took the data methodology from Twitter by using the data retrieval step using orange anaconda tools with the amount of data obtained as many as 670 tweets that have 3 variables that are positive by 37%, negative 12% and neutral 51%. To analyze sentiment data from Twitter the author used 3 classification methods and produced an accuracy value of KnN of 0.507, Random forest of 0.531 and Naïve bayes of 0.532. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the author that the response or comments of the public to the delay / cancellation of the hajj departure was reaped a neutral response and support the government's move. Of the 3 methods used, the most superior method is the Naïve bayes method because it uses probability and statistics.

Abstract

Aesthetic Dental Clinic is one of clinic in Karawang. To keep old patients and attract new patients visiting Aesthetic Dental Clinic, it is necessary to develop a new marketing strategy in promotion. The metodh of data mining classification can be used to help determine promotional strategies to attract customers. The Naïve Bayes algorithm can be helpful to predict customer interest based on promos given by the ADC Clinic (Aesthetic Dental Clinic). The Naïve Bayes algorithm is a data mining classification algorithm that can be used to support an effective and efficient promotion strategy. The result of this research is the application of the data mining algorithm, namely Naïve Bayes, which can provide important information such as prediction results in an effort to attract customer interest. The data used in this study is customer data from October 2020 - November 2020. The accuracy value generated by Naïve Bayes using Rapid Miner was 31.74% and the result of kappa value was 0.183. With the accuracy value obtained, it is hoped that it can help to support promotional strategies that have an impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of promotions and can increase the number of new customers.
