<![CDATA[In this globalization era, a business will be successful if it is supported by technology. Many companies are competing to master of information technology, with the hope to dominate the market and gain loyal customers. Customer Relationship Management (CRM), which is a type of management that specifically discusses the theory about the handling of the relationship between the company and it’s customers with the aim of increasing the value of the company's attention in the eyes of customers. PT. PENTA ARTHA IMPRESSI require a proximity between the company and customers in order to prevent customers moving to the company's competitors and that customers feel cared for. Currently the handling of customer complaints is not maximized, because of the lack of good complaint management. This causes customer complaints had to do many times or even directly make a complaint directly to the higher order can be handled quickly and promotion made by the company could not be delivered to customers. <![CDATA[Tatung Electric Indonesia is a peripatetic company in manufacturing industry assembling of electro motor. So that product yielded by PT. Tatung Electric Indonesia can continue to fulfill requirement of customer, company try to improve the quality of its product by minimizing defect which during the time still happened. This defect arising caused by the existence of variation at yielded product and also that happened in the process. Six Sigma represent control technique or method to reach storey or level quality of 3.4 DPMO ( Defects Per Million Opportunities), which applied by Motorola company since year 1986. Applying strategy to be used is Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC). This Method represent recuring step and form a make-up of quality cycle. Calculations show the company is 3.641 sigma level with DPMO 15,830. The sigma levels are on the average level of sigma industries in Indonesia (3-4 sigma). Increased levels of sigma would happen if the company immediately continuous improvement over time. Conclusion of the application of Six Sigma is the DMAIC method in the assembly process of electro motors can analyze and reduce disability that occurs that will increase the quality of products.]]>

So the emergence of thought to create an application that can look around without having to be monitored within a close eye , the user can view the site conditions are monitored from a far distance area by utilizing information technology program uses a familiar interface and easy to use . Its main utilization is used for security systems , with the output data in the form of video , can be monitored from a long distance utilizing the mobile communication device that the camera captures a webcam and sent via e - mail to the user .]]>

<![CDATA[The research purpose is to help the end user which is the Undivided Ragnarok players to solve Minimum spanning tree (MST) of a journey from the player’s city to attack monsters in another place by using a graph. The Kruskal algorithm is often used to solve the graph problem of the Minimum spanning tree (MST). The minimum spanning tree (MST) problem is how to select or specify the minimum cost of a minimum spanning tree (MST) of each segment (edge) of a graph that does not form as a circuit, but form as a tree. The conclusion of this research is that the aspects of the graph on the Kruskal algorithm can be applied to solve the shortest path of a journey from the player’s city to attack monsters in another place by obtaining a minimum value of 2550 zeny.]]>

<![CDATA[One alternative solution handling the flood planned by the Government of DKI Jakarta is to do the construction of flood control tunnel or commonly called the sudetan to maintain the stability of the river volume or time so that the flood overflow does not occur. However the construction of flood control tunnel or sudetan done on implementation process must pay attention to the impact that may arise given the tunnel built under the surface of the ground and the surroundings of the housing of the population. The results of the study indicate the movement of land that occurs along the southern Shaft Arriving by 5 cm and a decrease in elevation advance groundwater during construction of Shafts Arriving 49,3 cm. However, both ground movement of face elevation and decrease in groundwater that occurs is still within the safe and does not affect the structure of the buildings around the site of the work so that the retaining walls of soils can function properl.]]>

<![CDATA[Tracer Study is an effective medium that is used to track the whereabouts and condition of alumni. The activities of alumni tracer study / survey carried out based on the desire to capture information from the alumni as an evaluation and development of the college. STT PLN general and Informatics Engineering program in particular by making use of the survey data, can find out about the absorption process and the position of graduates in order to improve the quality of continuous learning by improving the curriculum, improving the quality of teachers, and the adjustment and improvement of learning systems. Armed with a variety of information obtained from the state of alumni of the program of study / campus can prepare preventive measures in order to overcome the gap between graduates and the needs of users graduates. In the course of this year Tracer Study will be recorded graduation last 2 years that graduation 24 November 2012 and April 27 2013.Hasil survey conducted and analyzed and processed by using statistical methods to look at the behavior of alumni before and after employment. Alumni views based on questions contained in the link tracer STT PLN. The analysis will show a measure of value. <![CDATA[Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals (KARS) is an independent institution on assessment of the hospital as well as providing a recognition that will be given by the government on the management of the hospital , because it has met the standards set . In improving the international standard accreditation system should also be done on the development of information technology systems in order to tune and support business processes . In the development of Information Technology Systems required a strategic planning and information technology systems development as outlined in the IT Strategic Plan document. By combining the analysis method Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT), Critical Success Factor, External Environmental Analysis, Internal Environmental Analysis and IT Balanced Scorecard can produce a strategic plan for the development of information technology described in the KARS’s IT Strategic Plan document. The results of the strategic planning of information technology systems are KARS strategic planning document in the development of information technology so as to enhance the international accreditation standards, improve business processes and gain recognition from the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua) as an institution of international healthcare accreditation assessor.]]>

<![CDATA[Computer viruses can damage the nature example by destroying the data on the document, make computer users feel disturbed by its presence in a computer system, and does not cause deleterious effects at all. Antivirus or Virus Protection Software is a type of software that is used to detect and remove computer viruses from the computer system. Software process models used are linear or sequential process model Waterfall. Linear sequential model proposes an approach to software development that is systematic and sequential starting at the level and progress of the whole system analysis, design, code, test, and maintenance. The resulting software is virus and antivirus applications. Virus application can be called with Qvir, while for the antivirus can be called with antq. Qvir built with Delphi 7, while antq built with Visual Basic 6. Testing of the software is done by the method of blackbox. The objective of this antiviral is to determine the gaps that have the potential to be used viruses that could undermine the security of computer systems that are used, while the purpose of the antivirus that is to cover the gap from the computer system and the gaps not addressed by other antivirus, so that the virus can not be entry and damage to the computer system]]>

Indonesia along with population growth, this growth requires additional asset JTR pole (Low Voltage Network) and JTM (Medium Voltage Network) is adequate. So that all citizens can enjoy it. Location spread tiangpun increasingly widespread. The consequence is that asset management pillar good network and can simplify asset tracking. Implementation of asset management application using QGIS (Quantum Geographic Information System) is required to trace the whereabouts of all assets existing poles in the region.]]>

CS Finance , feasibility analysis in the credit decision-making is very influential in the business policy of the company , in the process of the feasibility of the customer on the PT . CS Finance based on the criteria set by the policy principles creditpolicy ( 5C ) . The current manual process mansih authors build intelligent systems based retrieval fuzzylogic for customer eligibility decisions and so the level of accuracy in decision making increases. The programming language used is Java and MySQL database . fuzzylogic application of basic concepts in this research to build intelligent systems to process information resulting in a more humane decision .]]>
