Eye disease today is no longer a rare disease suffered by humans. Many symptoms encountered makes people become confused if the types of eye diseases from which they suffer. Type of eye disease that often affects people of Indonesia according to the Ministry of Health is conjunctivitis, Pterygium, Cataract and Glaucoma. It's no secret if in a meeting with the ophthalmologist will cost not less. Expert systems are computer-based systems that use knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques in solving problems that normally can only be solved by an expert in the field. Forward chaining inference engine used in this study to chronicling the symptoms are inconclusive, then the certainty factor method so that we can determine what percentage of the disease in the suffering of patients through the results of the count in the method. Application web-based expert system created to provide information to people with eye disease illness is entered in accordance with the symptoms.

The process of analyzing and classifying comment data done by reading and sorting one by one negative comments and classifying them one by one using Ms. Excel not effective if the data to be processed in large quantities. Therefore, this study aims to apply sentiment analysis on comment data using K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method. The comment data used is the comments of the participants of the training on Udiklat Jakarta filled by each participant who followed the training. Furthermore, the comment data is processed by pre-processing, weighting the word using Term Frequency-Invers Document Frequency, calculating the similarity level between the training data and test data with cosine similarity. The process of applying sentiment analysis is done to determine whether the comment is positive or negative. Furthermore, these comments will be classified into four categories, namely: instructors, materials, facilities and infrastructure. The results of this study resulted in a system that can classify comment data automatically with an accuracy of 94.23%

PT Matahari Department Store Tbk is one company that stands in the fashion world. At this time in measuring customer satisfaction is still managed manually by using a piece of paper called VOC (Voice Of Customer). The data can be stored in the VOC map (Voice Of Customer) record can be stored in a different place. This results in not taking a while when making a subscription to follow up in improving service to customers. System design in measuring customer service to improve work efficiency and can be useful in helping work creativity and progress in services that are increased by the company takes precedence. The method that can be used to measure customer satisfaction is one of them is the servqual method. This method makes a comprehensive customer satisfaction assessment for services in the department store field. Assessment is carried out on the quality of 5 dimensions of service quality, namely: Tangibles or direct evidence, Reliability or reliability, Responsiveness or responsiveness, Assurance or guarantee, Emphaty or attention. Customer dissatisfaction arises because of the gap between customer expectations and the reality of service performance felt.

Motorbikes supply and distribution is one of the important work activities for the development of PT. Jagat Karya Abadi. In its development, there are many problems arise, such as the difficulties of obtaining fast, precise and accurate inventory information. As for the emergence of these problems is the frequent occurrence of errors in recording motorbike data entry, motorbike demand and motorbike expenditure until the making of reports.The use of technology and computerization are have a big contribute so the tasks and work are carried out properly. It aims to avoid and reduce errors in recording, lack of accuracy, and others. Motorbikes supply and distribution system at PT. Jagat Karya Abadi with the FIFO method is one solution to overcome existing problems. The inventory and distribution system at PT Jagat Karya Abadi implements PHP programming languages, database and MySQL.

With the increasing need to store large amounts of unstructured and semi-structured data, the database that used to be mostly using SQL technology, began using the NoSQL database. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a literature study of the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of SQL and NoSQL databases. This literature study shows that there are differences in SQL databases and based on characteristics (ACID for SQL vs. BASE and CAP for NoSQL); data model (relational for SQL and key-value for NoSQL); data structure (structured for SQL and non- or semi-structured for NoSQL); process (subquery, join and grouping / aggregation and complex queries faster only for SQL); and the number of servers used (single large server for SQL and multiple multiple levels for NoSQL). A literature review for further SQL and NoSQL applications is needed in the future.

According to the history of coding (or encryption) data and information were carried out during the time of Julius Caesar, who used simple cryptographic techniques to protect his messages from the eyes of the enemy. In this paper a study will be conducted on the issuance of ISSN (International Standard of Serial Number) 10 sample journals The Scientific Information and Documentation Center (PDII) LIPI has the duty and authority to monitor all periodical publications published in Indonesia. As part of these responsibilities, PDII publishes an International Standard of Serial Number (ISSN), which is a unique identifier of each periodic publication that applies globally. The ISSN is granted by the ISDS (International Serial Data System) which is based in Paris, France. The ISSN was adopted as the implementation of ISO-3297 in 1975 by Subcommittee no. 9 of the Technical Committee no. 46 of ISO (TC 46 / SC 9). ISDS delegates the provision of ISSN both regionally and nationally. The Asian region is centered on the Thai National Library, Bangkok, Thailand. PDII LIPI is the only ISSN National Center for Indonesia. To do the validity test the E-ISSN code uses the Modulo algorithm.

The limited development of power plants in the last five years has an impact on electricity supply in several regions in Indonesia. If you want to continue to feel electricity in Indonesia, one of the things that electricity users in Indonesia must do now is to save electricity. Media and technology can now be used by the government to promote electricity saving. The rapid development of the Internet requires a counterweight in maintaining connectivity and network stability. connectivity becomes one of the aspects that take priority in a network, and therefore the Internet connection on demand to always be stable and interference free, but not always a connection running smoothly and stable. Usually there are a variety of disorders within a network, hence the need for bakcup management of the network that are running so that if one impaired then there will be a backup. One that can be done is by using load balancing. Subyek taken in this study to focus on the implementation of the source network backup or backup Internet from the dependence of the internet service provider or ISP provider. Load balancing method using Equal Cost Multi-Path, research methods that used are library research, observation and interviews network of PT.Nipindo. As for the design begins with installing mikrotik here in after may be applied load balancing. Technical test carried out by using a ping test is performed to determine whether the connection is running well or not. The result of applying load balancing method shows ECMP load balancing goes well. Load balancing does not change the physical structure of an existing network, so it can produce optimal connections when an increase in traffic due to the balanced distribution of bandwidth.

Broadband Wireless Access is new standard of Wireless LAN (WLAN) developed by IEEE which standard is 108.16.The significance of BWA is wide area coverage, more users and without Line of Sight in some situation. This research is using literature study and observation, design and build WLAN network using BWA Wimax. The goal is build wireless network between two offices separate by remote area until fifty kilometres. Summary of this research is two location can be connected using WiMAX Broadband Wireless Access (BWA).

The use of solar modules in converting solar energy into electrical energy is something interesting to study. In this case the 200 WP solar module is used as an experiment to see the symptoms produced during a certain time. The material of the solar module is silicon oxide crystal (SiO2). The process of converting solar energy into electricity can be affected by the angle between the rays that come with the solar module field. If the position of the solar module does not change throughout the day, this angle depends on the position of the sun or time. In this case, it is necessary to study how the angle that produces the most electricity is adjusted to the change in time in one day. The energy produced by solar tracking systems is more optimal than that of solar modules in an immovable state. Changes in the position of the solar module should be done once every half hour with a slope angle of +50 from the initial position of the clock change. At the position of the solar module is not moving, the maximum power is at 12:30 a.m. which is 5.129 watts
