Abstract

The catering and decorating process in Sumbawa is still conventional. So that the service procedure which applied for now are still less effective and efficient. This process incude to the owners of catering and decoration that could does a mistake, among others, the double order, the order making was not in order due to the accumulation of order notes, especially when crowded customers ordered by telephone or short message which could occur human error such as forgetting the order customer, and pen or order paper that runs out. The software is built by using the programming languages PHP, MySQL, Java and Android Studio. The purpose of making this ordering system is to help the owner of catering nusiness and decoration in Sumbawa besar to improving the quality of their business in the eyes of customers. This ordering system has a service that makes customers know the that location of the place of residence of the business owner as to minimize the occurrence of customer concers for message that are not served. The method used is a method of data collection and software development. The software development process model is used in the waterfall model which consist (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) coding, (4) program testing, (5) maintance.

Abstract

With the rapid technological development, the growing number of Internet clients over time, the internet access response is slow and it takes filtering of a few websites that can harm users. For that required cache proxy server to speed up internet access time and website filtering. The use of proxy servers usually still use the standard configuration on the proxy server. This configuration can be set or modified (tuning) in such a way as to create a proxy server that is reliable and have better performance. The play on the proxy server is done by changing some parameters that are inside the proxy server application and adapted to the needs of usage on the internet network. The application used to create this proxy server is squid that runs on raspberry pi3 with a rasbian operating system. Squid applications are mostly used in local and internet networks for storing web cache, blocking multiple websites, managing bandwidth up to access restrictions.

Abstract

Wireless technology has developed very rapidly both in terms of providing infrastructure and supporting technology that is on the side of the mobile computing device that has been widely used by people. Charging the battery is one of the primary needs of modern society. To support community activities that the higher the level of mobility, power bank is a solution. However, the ability of power banks are still limited in terms of charging. Thus, the wireless charging technology, or better known as the Wireless Power Transmission (WPT). Wireless Power Transmission is a technology that allows electrical energy from the power source to an electrical load is transmitted without any interconnection. Wireless Power Transmission especially useful for devices connected to the cable dangerous. This is new technology but the market has seen demand increase significantly. Various types of applications, that the technology Wireless Power Transmission (WPT) is applied, the expected and the study of the current WPT is underway. Also, ongoing standardization activities in several standardization organizations.as well as the issuance of Wireless Power Transmission Regulations in some countries so expect the harmonization of rules / law in the implementation of Wireless Power Transmission in everyday life, Clarity and certainty of legal framework for the implementation of the regulatory function of the business operations of Wireless Power Transmission.

Abstract

Astrido Jaya Mobilindo is one of Toyota's authorized dealers engaged in the automotive field which includes the sale of goods and services. Almost all existing systems are computer based. However, in its implementation there are still deficiencies in helping employees such as the absence of a report system in the form of graphs to facilitate the head of the workshop in analyzing the performance of the workshop and the inequality of work provided by each technician because the foreman cannot monitor the work of each technician. Therefore, the improvement of services in work must continue to be improved. The author makes a web-based vehicle service recording system with the waterfall method, where this method helps in the system development stages that are running there. Toyota's web-based service registration system has the advantage that the distribution of work to technicians is more faired and equitable with a monitoring display and can more quickly display service productivity reports because direct reports are displayed in graphical form and produce more accurate information with the smallest possible risk of error and more effective and efficient in data manipulation.

Abstract

PLTS performances as a power plant does not only convert energy, so that electricity is generated, but in the study of power systems it becomes a major element that has an important role in the study of power systems. As a power system element, the PLTS acts as an element of electricity generation in this study modeled as a PV system and connected to the network, so it must meet the requirements of the electric power network operation. Through MATHLAB / SIMULINK modeling and simulation, a 100 kW peak PLTS power plant has been modeled connected to the network. From the simulation and analysis obtained, this PLTS model shows that the connected load affects the voltage condition but does not affect the frequency. The load power factor also affects the network, namely with a lower load power factor, it affects the voltage on the network.

Abstract

In this globalization era, a business will be successful if it is supported by technology. Many companies are competing to master of information technology, with the hope to dominate the market and gain loyal customers. Customer Relationship Management (CRM), which is a type of management that specifically discusses the theory about the handling of the relationship between the company and it’s customers with the aim of increasing the value of the company's attention in the eyes of customers. PT. PENTA ARTHA IMPRESSI require a proximity between the company and customers in order to prevent customers moving to the company's competitors and that customers feel cared for. Currently the handling of customer complaints is not maximized, because of the lack of good complaint management. This causes customer complaints had to do many times or even directly make a complaint directly to the higher order can be handled quickly and promotion made by the company could not be delivered to customers. Abstract

Tatung Electric Indonesia is a peripatetic company in manufacturing industry assembling of electro motor. So that product yielded by PT. Tatung Electric Indonesia can continue to fulfill requirement of customer, company try to improve the quality of its product by minimizing defect which during the time still happened. This defect arising caused by the existence of variation at yielded product and also that happened in the process. Six Sigma represent control technique or method to reach storey or level quality of 3.4 DPMO ( Defects Per Million Opportunities), which applied by Motorola company since year 1986. Applying strategy to be used is Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC). This Method represent recuring step and form a make-up of quality cycle. Calculations show the company is 3.641 sigma level with DPMO 15,830. The sigma levels are on the average level of sigma industries in Indonesia (3-4 sigma). Increased levels of sigma would happen if the company immediately continuous improvement over time. Conclusion of the application of Six Sigma is the DMAIC method in the assembly process of electro motors can analyze and reduce disability that occurs that will increase the quality of products.

Abstract

It is natural that every human being wants guaranteed security of themselves and the surrounding environment , due to its higher level of crime that occurs not only outside, but also inside the home . So the emergence of thought to create an application that can look around without having to be monitored within a close eye , the user can view the site conditions are monitored from a far distance area by utilizing information technology program uses a familiar interface and easy to use . Its main utilization is used for security systems , with the output data in the form of video , can be monitored from a long distance utilizing the mobile communication device that the camera captures a webcam and sent via e - mail to the user .

Abstract

The research purpose is to help the end user which is the Undivided Ragnarok players to solve Minimum spanning tree (MST) of a journey from the player’s city to attack monsters in another place by using a graph. The Kruskal algorithm is often used to solve the graph problem of the Minimum spanning tree (MST). The minimum spanning tree (MST) problem is how to select or specify the minimum cost of a minimum spanning tree (MST) of each segment (edge) of a graph that does not form as a circuit, but form as a tree. The conclusion of this research is that the aspects of the graph on the Kruskal algorithm can be applied to solve the shortest path of a journey from the player’s city to attack monsters in another place by obtaining a minimum value of 2550 zeny.

Abstract

One alternative solution handling the flood planned by the Government of DKI Jakarta is to do the construction of flood control tunnel or commonly called the sudetan to maintain the stability of the river volume or time so that the flood overflow does not occur. However the construction of flood control tunnel or sudetan done on implementation process must pay attention to the impact that may arise given the tunnel built under the surface of the ground and the surroundings of the housing of the population. The results of the study indicate the movement of land that occurs along the southern Shaft Arriving by 5 cm and a decrease in elevation advance groundwater during construction of Shafts Arriving 49,3 cm. However, both ground movement of face elevation and decrease in groundwater that occurs is still within the safe and does not affect the structure of the buildings around the site of the work so that the retaining walls of soils can function properl.
