Abstract

Tracer Study is an effective medium that is used to track the whereabouts and condition of alumni. The activities of alumni tracer study / survey carried out based on the desire to capture information from the alumni as an evaluation and development of the college. STT PLN general and Informatics Engineering program in particular by making use of the survey data, can find out about the absorption process and the position of graduates in order to improve the quality of continuous learning by improving the curriculum, improving the quality of teachers, and the adjustment and improvement of learning systems. Armed with a variety of information obtained from the state of alumni of the program of study / campus can prepare preventive measures in order to overcome the gap between graduates and the needs of users graduates. In the course of this year Tracer Study will be recorded graduation last 2 years that graduation 24 November 2012 and April 27 2013.Hasil survey conducted and analyzed and processed by using statistical methods to look at the behavior of alumni before and after employment. Alumni views based on questions contained in the link tracer STT PLN. The analysis will show a measure of value. The analysis will show a measure of value and description of the mapping of the Informatics Engineering program alumni STT PLN as the guidelines issued by the Directorate General of Higher Education.

Abstract

Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals (KARS) is an independent institution on assessment of the hospital as well as providing a recognition that will be given by the government on the management of the hospital , because it has met the standards set . In improving the international standard accreditation system should also be done on the development of information technology systems in order to tune and support business processes . In the development of Information Technology Systems required a strategic planning and information technology systems development as outlined in the IT Strategic Plan document. By combining the analysis method Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT), Critical Success Factor, External Environmental Analysis, Internal Environmental Analysis and IT Balanced Scorecard can produce a strategic plan for the development of information technology described in the KARS’s IT Strategic Plan document. The results of the strategic planning of information technology systems are KARS strategic planning document in the development of information technology so as to enhance the international accreditation standards, improve business processes and gain recognition from the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua) as an institution of international healthcare accreditation assessor.

Abstract

Computer viruses can damage the nature example by destroying the data on the document, make computer users feel disturbed by its presence in a computer system, and does not cause deleterious effects at all. Antivirus or Virus Protection Software is a type of software that is used to detect and remove computer viruses from the computer system. Software process models used are linear or sequential process model Waterfall. Linear sequential model proposes an approach to software development that is systematic and sequential starting at the level and progress of the whole system analysis, design, code, test, and maintenance. The resulting software is virus and antivirus applications. Virus application can be called with Qvir, while for the antivirus can be called with antq. Qvir built with Delphi 7, while antq built with Visual Basic 6. Testing of the software is done by the method of blackbox. The objective of this antiviral is to determine the gaps that have the potential to be used viruses that could undermine the security of computer systems that are used, while the purpose of the antivirus that is to cover the gap from the computer system and the gaps not addressed by other antivirus, so that the virus can not be entry and damage to the computer system

Abstract

Power distribution network continues to grow all the time without stopping. Indonesia along with population growth, this growth requires additional asset JTR pole (Low Voltage Network) and JTM (Medium Voltage Network) is adequate. So that all citizens can enjoy it. Location spread tiangpun increasingly widespread. The consequence is that asset management pillar good network and can simplify asset tracking. Implementation of asset management application using QGIS (Quantum Geographic Information System) is required to trace the whereabouts of all assets existing poles in the region.

Abstract

Credit general , individual , selective and aimed at enhancing the natural flowering entities on leasing financing in PT . CS Finance , feasibility analysis in the credit decision-making is very influential in the business policy of the company , in the process of the feasibility of the customer on the PT . CS Finance based on the criteria set by the policy principles creditpolicy ( 5C ) . The current manual process mansih authors build intelligent systems based retrieval fuzzylogic for customer eligibility decisions and so the level of accuracy in decision making increases. The programming language used is Java and MySQL database . fuzzylogic application of basic concepts in this research to build intelligent systems to process information resulting in a more humane decision .

Abstract

The purpose of writing is to be able to know the performance of the service based on the parameters of Quality of Service (QoS) in Computer Networking Infrastructure Sumbawa Barat Regency Government, where the research begins with the building in the Existing Scenario Simulator OPNET version 14.5 and Design Simulation results were compared with the design of the new Computer Network Infrastructure , while the process of analysis and design of the network infrastructure is built using Network Dev0elopment Life Cycle (NDLC). In the study, the data was taken based on the results of observation, interview and documentation study, which found problems in the implementation and management of e-Government in Sumbawa Barat Regency Government in the form of Condition Data exchange within and between SKPD up to this time using the media of the use of the Internet Service Provider and Computer Network Infrastructure as a whole has not been integrated. Results of the comparison Existing and Simulation Design Simulation in 3 test scenarios, simulation results show that the design has a delay, jitter and packet end to end delay is low and a high response time. Thus concluded in this study, that by using Computer Network Infrastructure Design new ones can provide convenience in the development of e-Government applications.

Abstract

Web service has an open service for the benefit of data integration and collaboration of information that can be accessed via the internet by various parties using technology owned by each user . Tata Laksana Computer Laboratory is based on client-server application that is implemented in a LAN network. With this application, the assistant and lecturers can convey information related to lab activities for students. The purpose of this paper is to design a mobile-based application program (android) and ASP.NET web service that is used as a link media between android application with a database. So that students can get information whenever they want.

Abstract

Professor Toshiko Kinosita stated that Indonesia's human resources are still very weak to support industrial and economic development. The reason is because the government has never put education as the most important priority. Education is not placed as the most important priority because the people of Indonesia, ranging from the layman to politicians and government officials, are only pursuing money pursuits to enrich themselves and never think long. The opinion of the Japanese Waseda University Professor is very interesting to study considering that the Indonesian government is now starting to look at education as a long-term investment, after all this time education has been neglected. One indicator is that the MPR has agreed to prioritize the education budget of at least 20% of the APBN or APBD. This step is an initial awareness of the importance of education as a long-term investment. This study measures the extent to which the correlation and impact of the use of Information Technology in the teaching and learning process on student achievement in SMA Negeri 8 Tangerang. This research also modeled a learning media with Multimedia method which we named Delta Multimedia Edutainment (DME) which is a local web-based learning media school. The target to be achieved is an increase in interest and student achievement in SMA Negeri 8 Tangerang. The results of this study are useful for schools in improving school performance and maintaining the quality of graduates.

Abstract

In the system of reliability of electric power distribution that is concerned is good and stable voltage quality, because although the continuity of the supply of electrical energy is reliable, but still there will be a voltage drop. Another factor that affects the system voltage change is the power loss caused by the impedance of the conductor channel series, this power loss causes a voltage drop. Consumers who are located far from the service point tend to receive relatively lower stresses, when compared to the voltage received by consumers who are located close to the service center. The existence of a voltage drop on the receiving end pole can cause the network current to be high so that losses that occur in the network increases. To overcome these problems then performed network repair by building substation distribution insertion so as to improve the quality of the voltage and minimize the loss of power on the network. From the calculation of the percentage value of the voltage drop in PT. PLN Area Cikupa before the installation of the substation is 10.6% for the S phase 1 and 11.7% for the S phase 4, the value is not in accordance with SPLN No. 1 of 1995, the tolerance limit of service voltage variation as a result of voltage loss is a maximum of + 5% and a minimum of -10% at the service side. After the installation of the substation was installed, the voltage dropped to 5.1% for the S phase 1 and 6.1% for the S phase 4, where the value was in accordance with the standard.

Abstract

This study analyzes the acceptance of the E-Personal System at the Maros Center for Veterinary Medicine using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. In TAM, it is mentioned that two beliefs, namely perceptions of usability (POU) and perceptions of ease of use (PEU) determine interest in behavior to use the Information System. Beliefs about the use of systems that will improve performance are called perceptions of usability (POU), while beliefs about system ease in their use are called perceptions of ease of use (PEU). Analysis of E-Personal acceptance in this study is the context of acceptance by the user. What the user in this study meant was an employee at the Maros Veterinary Center who had the obligation to run E-Personal. The analysis is focused on the user's perception of the E-Personal that they must run. The perceptions of the users analyzed were user perceptions about the ease of use of E-Personal and the user's perception of the benefits of E-Personal. The study was conducted at the E-Personal of the Maros Veterinary Center. The respondents of this study were 48 respondents from various levels of rank and class. The results showed that Perceived Usefulness affected the use of E-Personal, while the Perceived Ease of Use did not affect.
