Abstract

The increasing human need for motorized vehicles has an impact on the number of trips made by humans using motor vehicles will increase. This condition is seen during peak hours, namely during working hours and returning to work so that research is needed to reduce congestion and accidents that occur. Calculation of performance intersection use MKJI 1997. File of this research that got from survey in two times on one day, those are morning and afternoon. The results of the intersection research for the existing conditions produce a degree of saturation (DS) of 1.07. This value exceeds the limit suggested by MKJI 1997 for unsigned intersections (DS <0.75). some alternatives are used to improve the performance of the intersection. Alternative I is an unsignalized intersection by giving a traffic signal and produces DS = 0.92. Alternative II with geometric widening of road and traffic signal generating value DS = 0.74 and delay 32.16 det / smp. Level of intersection service is at level C which means stable traffic, travel speed and freedom of movement has been influenced by the large volume of traffic so that the driver can no longer choose the desired speed.

Abstract

Concrete is one of the most common construction materials used for road pavement. In pavement concrete roads are required to have good flexural strength, providing sufficient comfort for drivers and durability. To answer the demands, it is necessary to conduct research and experiment, one of the ways is by using added materials (admixture). This study aims to determine the effect of the addition of fly ash, plastic dodol, mille scale and superplasticizer to the flexural strength of concrete. Concrete is planned with fc 29.05 or K-350 with fly ash as much as 10% of cement weight, plastic waste dodol waste 0.15%, 0.25% and 0.35% of sand weight, 5% mill scale of weight of sand and superplasticizer as much as 2% of the water weight. Testing sample at age 7, 14, 28 days, to know compressive strength and flexural strength by converting from result of tensile strength of concrete and absorption.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the productivity of structural workers in the Padina Soho & Residence Project and make the Quality Management System based on ineffective work as a tool to control the productivity of structural workers' performance. Data collection techniques are carried out by field observations and interviews. The method used to measure the level of productivity is work sampling. The productivity measure obtained from this analysis is the labor utilization rate (LUR). In this study there are three types of structural work observed, formwork, reinforcement work, and casting work. Furthermore, the development of the Quality Management System is based on ineffective work as a tool to control the productivity of structural workers' performance.

Abstract

Cikapundung River Restoration lies in a river border with a steep sloping slope and waves to the west - eastwhich is formed from the flow of the river cikapundung. Generally, the soil structure of the CikapundungRiver Basin slope is residual ground, corrosion stone and colluvial deposition,which caused vulnerable tolandslides. It was also separate and able to keep water. Therefore, shear strength is weak, especially if wateris saturated. In this case landslides always occur when it rains. In general, this is due to high rainfall with acertain duration, thus causing the stability of the slope is disrupted. Another cause is the non-functioningdrainage system because it is covered by some material from the slopes submitted by water. Therefore, thewater rubs the slope.

Abstract

Selection of a method is very important in the implementation of a construction project, because the right method can give maximum results, especially in terms of cost and time. For example the method of pile cap formwork where there are various methods such as conventional formwork, multiplex formwork, bekako batako, fiberglass formwork and knock down formwork. In this study, comparative cost and duration of multiplex formwork and brick to accumulate Manggarai station work station, by searching the area and volume of both methods. To calculate the cost of using HSP Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No.11 / PRT / M / 2013 by using unit price of materials and wages in DKI Jakarta, while for the period is calculated based on the coefficient of the two methods (OH). The results of this study obtained multiplex formwork cost for six times the use of Rp. 1.494.595.028 while the cost of building a brick is Rp. 2.298.269.374,84 more efficient 34.97% of the cost of making multiplex formwork and for the duration of the implementation of the formwork multiplex 46.69% faster than the brick formwork seen on the pylon P4 is 4.03 days and formwork brick 7.56 day.

Abstract

PT PJB BPWC as the manager of important buildings in the Cirata hydro power plant such as dams, dam control centers, spillway buildings, power houses, hillbones and others, in its operation requires monitoring to know the changes and behavior of the monitored buildings. Monitoring is done by observing certain locations regularly and continuously through the aid of tools / instruments or visually. PLTA Cirata installed about 20 types of instrumentation in the dam and underground power house which is used to monitor the security level of Cirata hydropower building structure. Monitoring and maintenance activities are intended to identify early symptoms of movement and changes that could endanger dam structures, other major structures, as well as to things that could threaten the safety of the human psyche so that preventive action can be taken to avoid further damage or loss big. Based on the fifth measurement of seepage instrumentation, inclinometer, piezometer, jointmeter, and crackmeter showed results that are in the range of values below the design boundary so it can be concluded that the safety conditions of the dam structure and underground power house PLTA Cirata are still safe.

Abstract

Marshland is a soft soil containing clays, silt and peat. The clay / silt is a type of plastic cohesive which hasadhesive properties between the grains and able to be permanently formed continuously with relativelymoderate pressure without breakage. However, clay or silt becomes inconsistent with loading, resulting in alarge decrease (instability). Marshland has an unstable behavior requires an effort to fix it. One of the effortsto repair the marshland chemically can be done by reusing waste wood and glass bottle waste as stabilizationmaterial. Waste wood is burnt to ash and the waste of glass bottles is recycled by being crushed to becomepowder. Waste wood and waste powder of glass bottles serve as fillers and binders on marshland.Based on the test result, the optimum percentage value of wood waste ash addition and powder of glass bottlewaste in marshland with mixture of 10% wood waste ash and 10% powder of glass bottle waste with 7 days ofcuring with CBR value of 4.5325%. This indicates that the land with the CBR value (CBR 3% - 7%) can beused as a subgrade layer for residential roads or local roads with low traffic

Abstract

Penstock of PLTA Siman had experienced several improvements such as leak repair with welding, rivet and coating replacement. Therefore, an assessment of PLTA Siman displacement is required. PLTA Siman displacement work must be reviewed comprehensively and up-to-date on operations, environmental, equipment, and risks of worker involved in replacing the penstock work. PLTA Siman is located in the last position of cascade 3 PLTA Selorejo - Mendalan - Siman with primary energy taken from Selorejo dam. From the Selorejo dam, in sequence water is used as primary energy in PLTA Selorejo, then PLTA Mendalan, and ended at PLTA Siman. The output of the PLTA Mendalan is accommodated first in the PLTA Siman pond. From the pond, water is flowed through a closed channel to the main valve, which has a primary function for isolating (via the main valve equipment) and for removing excess pressure (via surge tank equipment). From this main valve, water is flowed through a penstock before being split for 3 units of PLTA SIman generator turbine PLTA. The replacement planning of penstock PLTA Siman is done so that the implementation during the replacement work has covered all the risk that might arise so that mistakes of replacement work can be minimized. The type of joint is very influential on the result of this penstock replacement. From several type of penstock joint, Welded Lap Joint and Welded Butt Joint are the most effective and efficient for welding work of this penstock replacement. while from the topographical of the work area as well as proper material selection, it is helpful to anticipate the completion of possible friction due to contraction of temperature changes

Abstract

The construction project of the building is said to be one of the high-risk projects given the weight of workand the high structures to be built. The possibility of constraints during implementation of the project couldresult from resources that do not fit, the constraints of tools and materials, methods and poor management, aswell as nature and the environment that is difficult predict. Then affects the performance time, causing delaysin construction and project work directly detrimental to the owner of the Project and Konstraktor. InAvoiding the risk of delays, it is necessary to study on the risks of the construction of buildings.By usingquantitative descriptive method, through a questionnaire based on 30 respondents, then the data results of thequestionnaire will be tested instrument using SPSS version 24 and in the analysis based on the PMBOK.Anlisis of the results and findings of the dominant risk in the project Bhuvana Resort Ciawi, then do a riskresponse is based on the advice of experts to address the risks in order to improve the performance time.

Abstract

The geometry of the building, especially in the column, will affect the response of the structure when the earthquake load works. This study aims to discuss about the drift and inter-story drift of the Story buildings structure sloped due to lateral earthquake loads and ductility. The case under consideration is a three-dimensional Frame 10 story. Where will be designed 3 types of concrete structure building systems. These three 3D frame systems will be analyzed and compared their performance against earthquake loads by using computer program aids. The results of this research when Improved Peak ground acceleration (PGA) values ranging from 0.8g 1.2g to 1.5g show that Model 2 (HSB-2) has the largest drift (drift) or it can be said to have the smallest stiffness among the others. After analyzing the pushover on the building reviewed then got the ductility value of building model 1,2 and 3 respectively is equal to 1.75; 1.711; And 1.686. In terms of Ductility, HSB-1 Building has the best performance among the others.
