<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of ground water taxation in the Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. This research uses interview method and questionnaire. The author conducted an interview to the Head of Regional Revenue Service (Kadispenda) Pekanbaru City. For the questionnaire the author distributed as many as 20 respondents. This research indicates the existence of public ignorance of the enactment of local government regulation (Perda) Pekanbaru City No.112 of 2011 on Ground Water Tax (PAT). PAT collection in particular hotels located in Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru City there are still not paid PAT and also there are businessmen who have not register their business to Dispenda Pekanbaru City. Because they thought it was not necessary to pay for the PAT. PAT collection based on city regulation Pekanbaru number 12 of 2011 on PAT is one way to increase local revenue (PAD).Tujuan dalam penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pungutan pajak air tanah di kecamatan tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunanakan metode wawacara dan kuesioner. Penulis melakukan wawancara kepada Kepala Dinas Pendapatan Daerah (Kadispenda) Kota Pekanbaru. Untuk kuesioner penulis membagikan sebanyak 20 responden. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya ketidaktahuan masyarakat terhadap telah diberlakukannya peraturan pemerintah daerah (Perda) Kota Pekanbaru no.12 tahun 2011 tentang Pajak Air Tanah (PAT). Pemungutan PAT khususnya Hotel yang berada di kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru masih ada yang belum membayarkan PAT dan juga para usahawanada yang belum mendaftarkan usahanya ke DispendaKota Pekanbaru. Karena mereka mengira tidak perlu untuk membayar PAT terebut.Pemungutan PAT berdasarkan peraturan daerah kota pekanbaru nomor 12 tahun 2011 tentang PAT merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to analyze the role of the Consumers Satisfaction in Mediating the Effect of Product Attributes and knowledge Of Products Embroidery Minang on consumers buying decisions. The population is consumers who decide to purchase the products in Padang. The spreading questionnaires to the consumers who have bought and used to wear the embroidery Minang. The analysis was using descriptive, multiple regression analysis and statistical test tools by using Structural Equation Modelling SmartPLS 3. Finding indicated that the product attributes show positive not significantly effect on consumer decisions. Also knowledge indicate positive significantly influence on consumer decisions. Furthermore, Product attributes also tend to have a positive effect on satisfaction. Eventhough, Consumers knowledge have positive not significantly effect on consumers satisfaction and satisfaction has partially impact on consumers decisions. From this result it can be recommended that the industry of the Embroidery Minang should improve their attribute in term of design, style, color more unique that can be wear by all level of consumers and also the industries have to be more active in marketing and giving the knowledge of consumers.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the Effect of Training and Discipline on Performance of Civil Servants On the Department of Revenue Financial Management And Asset Regional District Limapuluh Kota. The number of population in this research is counted 78 people at once become sample in this research by using census method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires with the Likert scale model then tested to the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression method using SPSS 20.00 program. The results of this study are a). Training (X1) have a positive and significant impact on the Performance of Civil Servants On the Office of Revenue Management Finance and Asset Area District Limapuluh Kota b). Discipline of work (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants On the Office of Revenue Financial Management And Asset Area District Limapuluh Kota. C). Training and work discipline (X3) together have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants On the Office of Revenue Management Finance and Asset Region District Limapuluh KotaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Diklat Dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 78 orang sekaligus menjadi sampel dalam penelitian inidengan menggunakan metode sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan model skala likert kemudian diuji ke validan dan kehandalan dari kuisioner tersebut. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah metode Regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20.00.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah a). diklat (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota b). disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. c). <![CDATA[The Purposes of this Research aim to determine the effect of the Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Training in partially and simultaneously to the Employee Performance at Airpura District in Pesisir Selatan Regency. Metodhology of this research was used quantitative descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis wich used SPSS version 20.0. By using 50 samples, the result showed that Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Training partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influencing to the Employee Performance at Airpura District in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The regression equation for these three variables is Ŷ = 8.126 + 0, 301 X1 + 0,334X2.+ 0, 180X3. The magnitude effect of three independent variables as together to the dependent variable is 62,4 % and 37,6 % is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena terjadi perubahan dalam lingkungan bisnis seperti adanya pengembangan teknologi, persaingan global, dan pelanggan yang pandai khususnya dalam menentukan barang yang akan dibelinya. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai pelanggan dan citra perusahaan terhadap minat beli.Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pelanggan toko cermin simpang tiga pasar bedeng VIII kayu aro. Setelah dilakukan tinjauan pustaka, dan penyusunan hipotesis, data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner yang disebar kepada 42 orang responden dengan menggunakan metode sampling eksidental. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS ver.15.0 for windows. Kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan data yang ada menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi bergerak dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji f dan uji t sehingga terdapat persamaanY = 0,770 X1 + 0,011 X2 + 0,765 X3 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh nilai pelanggan dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh besar terhadap minat beli adalah nilai pelanggan dengan presentase sebesar 0,770 dan faktor yang paling kecil mempengaruhi minat beli adalah variable citra perusahaan adalah dengan presentase sebesar 0,011. <![CDATA[Indonesian government policy on regional autonomy, which began to be implemented effective on January 1, 2001 since the promulgation of Law No. 22 of 1999 which last revised by Act number 23 of 2014, a policy that is seen as a democratic and fulfilling aspects of decentralization of government real , Decentralization alone has the objective to improve the welfare and service to the community, the development of democratic life, justice, equity, and the maintenance of harmonious relations between the center and regions as well as between daerah. This study aims to examine the Original Regional Revenue on Regional Expenditure in Bungo District Year 2006-2014. The result of the research shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the sources of Local Original Income (X1, X2, X3, X4) on local expenditure (Y) in Bungo District. The amount of influence simultaneously between sources of Original Revenue (X1, X2, X3, X4) to local expenditure (Y) in Bungo District is shown with the value of R2 is 99.40%. ]]>

<![CDATA[Audit delays can be happen in any corporations. Audit delays are determined by the number of days that elapse from the end of auditees’ fiscal years till the date of audit report released. On time information will be quick reaction by investor. It is important to understand factors that influence audit delay since it directly affects the timeliness of financial reporting which is one of the most important qualitative attributes of financial statements. This research uses 534 firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchanges, which is selected by using purposive sampling method. Those selected firms announced their financial statements during the 2016. Based on the regression result of the research, those selected samples and qualified the selected criteria are 403 samples. The result of the research showed that the company size, audit complexity and industry classification have significant effect on the audit delays. Additional analyze of the research showed that audit delays has significant effect on the abnormal return to predict investor reaction. Keterlambatan penyelesaian audit dapat terjadi pada setiap perusahaan. Keterlambatan penyelesaian audit ditentukan dari jumlah hari yang berlalu sejak tanggal akhir tahun fiskal auditee hingga tanggal laporan audit diterbitkan. Hal ini penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan audit karena berpengaruh langsung terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan yang merupakan salah satu atribut yang terpenting dalam kualitatif laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 534 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Perusahaan yang dipilih melaporkan laporan keuangannya pada tahun 2016. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sampel yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian adalah 403 sampel. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, kompleksitas audit dan jenis industri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlambatan penyelesaian audit. Analisis tambahan penelitian menunjukkan keterlambatan penyelesaian audit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap abnormal return untuk memprediksi reaksi investor.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of liquidity as measured by LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) and Loan to Asset Ratio on the profitability (Return on Asset) of Rural Bank (BPR) in Padang City. The data used are secondary data obtained by documentation method taken from publication reports of Bank Indonesia and Rural Banks in Padang City during the period of 2010 - 2015 quarter. The population used in this study are all existing BPR in Padang city and sample selection Based on purposive sampling with the number of 93 observations. Data analysis was done by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the liquidity measured by the ratio of LDR and LAR did not significantly affect the profitability (ROA) of BPR in Padang City.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of regional financial performance on economic growth and its impact on unemployment rate in Riau Province. Measurement of regional financial performance are independence ratio, effectiveness ratio, and efficiency ratio. The economic growth is measured by using the growth rate of GRDP. For unemployment is measured by the percentage of unemployment rates. The sample is 12 Local Government in Riau Province for five years research that’s from year 2011 until 2015. Data analysis used in this research is path analysis method. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant influence between the independence ratio and effectiveness ratio of the region to the economic growth of Riau Province. As for the efficiency ratio, there is a significant influence between efficiency ratio to economic growth in Riau Province. In addition, the results of this study also shows that there is no significant influence between independence ratio and efficiency ratio of the region to the unemployment rate in Riau Province through the economic growth variable of Riau Province. As for the effectiveness ratio, there is a significant influence between effectiveness ratio to the unemployment rate through economic growth in Riau Province.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh kinerja keuangan daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan dampaknya terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Riau. Pengukuran kinerja keuangan daerah berupa rasio kemandirian, rasio efektifitas, dan rasio efisiensi. Pertumbuhan ekonomi pada penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan laju pertumbuhan PDRB atas dasar harga konstan dengan tahun dasar 2010 menurut lapangan usaha dengan migas. Untuk pengangguran diukur dengan persentase tingkat pengangguran yang ada di masing-masing daerah tersebut berdasarkan data tingkat pengangguran terbuka. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 12 Pemerintah Daerah di Provinsi Riau selama 5 tahun penelitian yaitu dari tahun 2011 hingga 2015. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara rasio kemandirian dan rasio efektivitas keuangan daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Riau. Sedangkan untuk rasio efisiensi, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara rasio efisiensi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Riau. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara rasio kemandirian dan rasio efisiensi keuangan daerah terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Riau melalui variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Riau. Sedangkan untuk rasio efektivitas, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara rasio efektivitas terhadap tingkat pengangguran melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Riau.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan. Pertama, menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja. Kedua, menguji pemoderasi dukungan organisasional persepsian pengaruh kecerdasan emosional pada kinerja. Subyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di instansi rumah sakit di Yogyakarta. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, didistribusikan ke 200 karyawan yang bekerja di instansi rumah sakit. Sebanyak 157 kuesioner berhasil diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif pada kinerja karyawan, sedangkan dukungan organisasional persepsian tidak terbukti memoderasi pengaruh positif kecerdasan emosional pada kinerja karyawan.
