Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan. Pertama, menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja. Kedua, menguji pemoderasi dukungan organisasional persepsian pengaruh kecerdasan emosional pada kinerja. Subyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di instansi rumah sakit di Yogyakarta. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, didistribusikan ke  200 karyawan yang bekerja di instansi rumah sakit. Sebanyak 157 kuesioner berhasil diolah dan dianalisis  menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif pada kinerja karyawan, sedangkan dukungan organisasional persepsian tidak terbukti memoderasi pengaruh positif kecerdasan emosional pada kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: kecerdasan emosional; dukungan organisasional persepsian; kinerja

Abstract

This research has two objectives. First, to examine the effect of emotionalintelligence on employees’ job performance. Second, the moderating of the influenceperceived organizational support on emotional intelligence to job performance. Thesubject of the research is employes who work in hospitals in Yogyakarta. The data iscollected by using questionnaires, distributed to 200 employees. However, 157questionnaires were returned and then analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis(MRA) to test the hypothesis.The results of this study are emotional intelligence haspositive effect to job satisfaction and perceived organizational support does not moderatethe influence emotional intelligence on job satisfaction.Keywords : emotional intelligence; perceived organizational support; job satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the direct effect of empathy and social support on the social entrepreneurship intention at Bung Hatta University students. A total of 208 samples were used in this study. The results of research testing show that empathy has no effect on interest in social entrepreneurship. While social support shows a positive and significant effect on social entrepreneurial interest. Discussions on the model of forming social interest in entrepreneurship among students were discussed in this study.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya angka pengangguran yang berasal dari tingkat pendidikan lulusan SMA/sederajat. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jambi bahwa Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) pada bulan Februari 2018 sebesar 3,65 persen. Dimana dilihat dari tingkat pendidikan TPT untuk tingkat SMK sebesar 6,18 persen. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan mengenai motivasi diri (minat) untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh siswa SMA N 5 Merangin Kabupaten Merangin Provinsi Jambi sebanyak 100 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan yang bersifat tutorial, diskusi dan monitoring. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memberikan tanggapan dan respon terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan yaitu seluruh peserta (100 persen) menyatakan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan motivasi untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi memberi manfaat dan  sebanyak 88 persen menyatakan berminat untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi sedangkan terdapat 12 persen peserta yang tidak berminat untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi (kuliah) setelah diberikan pelatihan. Abstract

Applying the conceptual framework of value-attitude-behavior relationship, this study investigates self-confidence as mediating effect on the relationship between perceived educational support on entrepreneur intention. Using linier regression analysis, we investigate the role of self- confidence, perceived educational support on entrepreneur intention. In this paper, we used 160 students of economic faculty at Bung Hatta University. These results suggest that perceived educational support and self-confidence have positive effects on entrepreneur intention, and perceived educational support has positive effect on entrepreneur intention. This result shows self-confidence play an important role as a mediating variable on the relationship between perceived educational support on entrepreneur intention.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of web portal on electronic satisfaction to Bung Hatta University Student. The Method used in this study is a quantitative method, using survey. The technique of taking sample is by using convenience sampling. Data was taken as primary data by spreading questionnaire and was measured by using Likert scale method. Methode ofanalysis used descriptive analysis and data was prosessed by using SEM SmartPLS tools. In this paper used 381 student of Bung Hatta University. The result showed that the content usefulness, adequacy of information, accessibility have not positive significant on electonic satisfaction, while usefulness and interaction have positive significant on electronic satisfaction.

Abstract

There has been tight and steep competition in Indonesian universities for prospective students due to the increasing growth of private higher education or universities in all regions. Bung Hatta University as one of the largest universities in the Higher Education Service Institutions (LLDIKTI) region X also faces the impact of this competition. This study aims to analyze and measure the effectiveness of promotions that have been carried out by Bung Hatta University in attracting new prospective students. This research is a descriptive study that aims to describe, explain, and validate research findings. This study found that the main source of information for students obtaining information about Bung Hatta University, including all faculties available, was the nuclear family or close family at 37.99%, the second source of information with a proportion of 19.55% was promotions on social media, internet and websites. Information from students currently studying comes in the third place with a proportion of 12.99%. The fourth place is alumni with a proportion of 8.84% , the fifth place is information from friends or neighbors, as much as 7, 82%, the sixth place is from electronic media at 5.17%, the seventh place is from Senior high school teachers in which the students study 2.09%, the eight source is from the visit of the university promotion team is 1.96%, the ninth source is from mass media, 1.96% and the last one, in the tenth place is information from employees or lecturers of Bung Hatta University is 1.54%. Several factors that encourage students to study at Bung Hatta University are the first one is the image of Bung Hatta University as Higher Education with a proportion of 60.20%, secondly is the economic aspect of 16.62%, the third factor is the student activities with a proportion of 14.11% and the fourth place is the physical aspect with the proportion of 9.08%.

Abstract

Abstract. The present study aims at identifying the social entrepreneurial intention among undergraduates students in Bung Hatta University context by using the theory of planned bahaviour as the research framework. A 10-questionnaire was responded by 150 studens of Bung Hatta University. The data were collected by purposive random sampling method. The questions measured perceived social support, attitude towards becoming a social entrepreneur, and social entrepreneurial intention. The result shows that attitude towards becoming a social entrepreneur full mediation between perceived social support to social entrepreneurial intention. Perceived social support and attitude towards becoming a social entrepreneur showed the positive significant relationship with social entrepreneurial intentions. This research study contributes to the social entrepreneurship literature by introductiong perceived social support and attitude towards becoming a social entrepreneur as antecedents that also explains social entrepreneurial intention formation. Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of webportal on individual impact and satisfaction as mediating variable. Sample in this study are 381 respondents. This study is using survey. The technique of taking sample is by using convenience sampling.  The hypothesis testing was conducting using multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The result showed that webportal has positive and significant on individual impact. Webportal also has positive and significant on satisfaction. Satisfaction partial mediation the positive influence of webportal on individual impact.
