Jurnal ini mempublikasikan artikel hasil penelitian tentang pendidikan dan pengajaran, dan artikel yang masuk hendaknya bukan hasil plagiat dan belum dipublikasikan di tempat lain. Abstract

This study aims to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers in preparing assessment administration through academic supervision. In this research, the type of research used is school action research. This research consists of the stages of planning the action, implementing the action, observing, and reflecting. Class observation technique used in data collection techniques. The teacher ability assessment tool (APKG) is in the form of a learning administration assessment instrument using an observation instrument. The comparative descriptive analysis technique is used in analyzing the data by describing it in words or explaining the quantitative data obtained. The results showed that academic supervision could improve the ability of teachers to arrange administrative assessments in learning at SDN 31 / IX Sei Landai by 26.2% as indicated in the results of the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe; (1) Text-based Scientific Writing syllabus model, and (2) Text-based Scientific Writing teaching materials model. The research method used is the EDDIE model development research method. Data were collected using a questionnaire technique, for the students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Jambi University, class of 2017/2018 as many as 40 respondents for the experimental class and 40 for the control class. The results of the study consisted of the syllabus and material. After being tested, it turned out that the teaching materials produced were suitable for use. Research conclusions; (1) The contents of the course syllabus for Writing Scientific Reports that are produced are in accordance with the needs of students. (2) The contents of the scientific report writing teaching materials produced from this study are very suitable to the needs of students. And (3) The syllabus and teaching materials for writing scientific reports produced in this study are feasible and effective in learning Scientific Report Writing at the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, FKIP, Jambi University.

Abstract

The background of the problem in science learning, teachers do not involve students in investigations, students are less trained in developing work (products). The concepts that are mastered by students are only given rote by the teacher, students are not taught through a problem-oriented discovery process in everyday life. Based on this problem, the most appropriate solution is to implement a smart card media with a PBI model. In particular, it is improving teacher skills, student activities, and learning outcomes in science learning for class IV SDN 211 / IX Mendalo Darat. This research is a classroom action research, and uses a Problem Based Instruction model with smart card media in three cycles. Consists of two meetings and four stages in each, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results showed: (1) the skills of the teacher in obtaining an average score of the two meetings in cycle 1 were 21.5 with sufficient criteria; cycle 2 obtained a score of 27 with good criteria. The score obtained in cycle 3 is 30.5 and is included in the good category. (2) The activity of students obtaining an average score from the two meetings in cycle 1 was 21.85 with sufficient criteria; In cycle 2, a score of 24.35 was obtained with good criteria. For cycle 3, obtained a score of 31.2 good categories. (3) The learning outcomes of students obtaining an average percentage of classical completeness from the two meetings in cycle 1 was 55.41%. Obtained the percentage of classical completeness in cycle 2 is 68%. The percentage of classical completeness in cycle 3 was 81%. The indicators of success that have been achieved in the results of this study indicate that this research is declared successful. Through the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) model with smart card media, the conclusions of this study can improve teacher skills, student activities and learning outcomes of grade IV SDN211 / IX Mendalo Land. It is recommended for teachers that before starting learning with the Problem Based Instruction model with smart card media the teacher needs careful preparation

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of problem-based learning models on writing skills by exposition of grade X students of SMA Negeri 1 Muara Bungo. This type of research is quantitative research using experimental methods. The type of experiment in this study is quasi experiment. The population of this study is grade X students of SMA Negeri 1 Muara Bungo. Sampling is done in simple random sampling. This research instrument is in the form of questionnaires and performance tests. This research data is in the form of test scores of work performance skills writing essays exposition. The data was analyzed using liliefors normality test, variance homogeneity test, hypothesis test using t test, and two-way anova test. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion found two test results of writing skills written by exposition of students who were taught using a problem-based learning model better than students who were taught using conventional models. One, this hypothesis is accepted because th > tt with α=0.05. So it can be said that there is a significant influence of a problem-based learning model on the writing skills of exposition essays. Two, There is no interaction between problem-based learning models of exposition writing skills. This hypothesis is accepted because fh < ft with α=0.05. So it can be said that between problem-based learning models are not interrelated in influencing the writing skills of exposition essays.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: The Effect of Tangibles, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance on Patient Satisfaction. This type of research is descriptive and associative research. The population and sample of this study were all patients who came for treatment at Sungai Sariak Public Health Center in Padang Pariaman Regency who used BPJS as many as 96 people. The instrument used for the study was a closed questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and inductive analysis: classic assumption test, model feasibility test and path analysis test. The results showed that: 1) tangibles had a significant effect on patient satisfaction. 2) empathy has a significant effect on patient satisfaction. 3) reliability of patient satisfaction. 4) responsiveness has a significant effect on patient satisfaction. 5) assurance has a significant effect on patient satisfaction. It is recommended to Sungai Sariak Puskesmas Padang Pariaman Regency to provide quality services to all patients without any difference in social status so that patients do not feel any difference to go to the Sungai Sariak Puskesmas.

Abstract

this research was conducted at SD 081 / IX Air Itam. This research aims to determine the effect of using single-use plastics on environmental pollution. The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection technique used primary data in the form of a test of knowledge about the use of single-use plastic waste and pollution in SD 081 / IX Air Itam. The population in this study were students of class V and VI SD 081 / IX Air Itam, totaling 97 students. Data analysis techniques in this study using simple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 24.0, with the provisions of Sig <α (0.05), H0 is rejected with H1 accepted (significant regression coefficient). Sig> α (0.05), H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected (the regression coefficient is not significant). The results of the overall research X variable  (Use of single-use plastic) the majority of respondents got a score of 57 to 73 or 60.82% of the number of respondents. This means that the use of single-use plastics for grade V and VI SD 081 / IX Air Itam is quite good. In the Y variable (Environmental Pollution) scores 74-100 or 94.84%. This means that the understanding of pollution in the environment at SD 081 / IX Air Itam is quite good.

Abstract

Based on observations made by researchers, there are four problems that occur in the classroom, namely: the students are less enthusiastic in participating in historical lessons, students are less responsive when giving responses and answers, students are less active in asking and answering teacher questions and learning also still uses the approach teacher center. The method used is the method of researching classroom actions carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Jabung Timur class XII IPS 1. In the first cycle students have not implemented the brainstorming method properly but, after the researcher learned from the first cycle, among them the teacher provided motivation by giving rewards, and making media that attract students 'attention, the results are in the second third cycle, and in the four categories the ability to express students' opinions at a good level. Because students are enthusiastic in anticipating questions, looking for ideas or ideas, finding ideas and ideas, formulating opinions and proposing opinions in history learning.

Abstract

This research based from the low quality of science learning in fifth grade students of SDN 111 / IX Muhajirin Village. This is indicated by the discovery of several problems including the teacher is not optimal in guiding students to search and find the concept of learning material independently, so that students have not been motivated and facilitated to independently learn the subject matter with their own pemenuan, teachers are less guiding students in providing problem so that students are not accustomed to thinking critically and analytically, it is supported by low student learning outcomes data with classical completeness reaching 45%. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted in three cycles. Each cycle is carried out in one meeting consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were teachers and students of class V SDN 111 / IX Muhajirin Village with a total of 36 students. The results showed the skills of the first cycle teachers received a score of 25 with sufficient criteria, the second cycle obtained a score of 34 with very good criteria and cycle III obtained a score of 36 with very good criteria. Activities of students in the first cycle obtained an average total score of 18.9 with sufficient criteria, second cycle obtained an average total score of 26.4 with good criteria and cycle III obtained an average total score of 30.5 with good criteria. Learning outcomes of students in cycle I obtained an average score of 62.56, cycle II obtained an average score of 71.61 and cycle III obtained an average score of 78.22. The percentage of classical completeness learning outcomes of students in cycle I percentage 56%, cycle II percentage 78% and cycle III percentage 83% . So that it can be concluded that guided inquiry model assisted by audio-visual media can improve the quality of science learning in class V students of SDN 111 / IX Muhajirin Village.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know how the Effect of The Technique Probing to Students Learning Outcomes in Study Conception Wave and Vibration. This Research has been at class x Nursing Assistant Departmen SMKN 11 Muaro Jambi To get the data, the research took 24 students as a sample by using Purpsive Sampling technique, after that the class was divided into two group, i.e. experiments and control classes. The instrumentation of this research used an objective multiple choice test. This test was consisted of four options, and the result of this test had been tested through t- test statistic. The calculation of tcount was 2,10 and ttable was 1,99; and 0,05 on the significant level or tcount > ttable. The conclusion is Ha that explained there are any Effect of The Technique Probing to Students Learning Outcomes in Study Conception Wave and Vibration accepted or agreed. This indicated that Effect of The Technique Probing brings the significant influence to the learning output.
