Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan otokratis, lingkungan, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melibatkan 108 pegawai departemen produksi PT. Indonesia Epson Industry Cikarang sebagai reponden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2019 dan program SPSS versi 26. Penelitian memperoleh hasil bahwa gaya kepemimpinan otokratif, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.This study aims to determine the influence of autocratic leadership style, environment, and work motivation on employee performance. The research was carried out by involving 108 employees of the production department of PT. Indonesia Epson Industry Cikarang as a repondent. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression using Microsoft Excel 2019 and the SPSS version 26 program. The study obtained results that autocratic leadership style, work environment and motivation had a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bahwa Work Form Home (WFH), fasilitas dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja Dosen Universitas Islam Kadiri pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden yang merupakan Dosen Tetap di universitas Islam Kadiri, Kediri. Hasil dari penelitian ini Work Form Home (WFH), fasilitas dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktifitas kerja.This study aims to find out that Work Form Home (WFH), facilities and work environment affect the work productivity of Kadiri Islamic University Lecturers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method using multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples in this study were 96 respondents who were permanent lecturers at the Kadiri Islamic University, Kediri. The results of this study are Work Form Home (WFH), facilities and the working environment have positive effect on work productivity.
