Abstract

The problem that is the focus of this research is Accountability and Financial Transparency which includes financial integration and reports on the validity and accountability of Karangrejo Village in Ngasem District, Kediri Regency. The data used as observations are the Village Funds Report in Karangrejo Village, and the sample is the Village Fund Allocation report in Karangrejo Village for the period of 2018/2019. The method used in this research is qualitative with interviews and document studies. Based on the analysis conducted, the results of the study are obtained: (1) Village fund program planning has applied the principle of accountable, transparent and participatory where the planning is carried out through the musrenbangdes forum (Village Development Planning Conference). (2) The implementation has implemented the principles of transparency, accountability and participation by involving the community in activities, especially physical development and the community also directly supervises development activities. (3) Accountability in reporting and accountability of village funds is carried out in accordance with the mechanism based on the provisions even though there are still village officials negligence and the activity management team

Abstract

This paper aims to increase knowledge about promotional media at small medium enterprises (SMEs). The project undertaken examines various variables regarding marketing communication and is applied to the product catalog as a communication medium. Product Catalog for SMEs is believed to be very meaningful because the condition of the printing sector of SMEs has not used this media much as a means of promotion and communication. This project is carried out through a qualitative research method through observation and interviews. Interviews were conducted with business actors, graphic design experts, and consumers. A literature review was carried out to complement the research data analyzed into three stages, namely; data collection, data processing, and data interpretation. The findings in this study state that consumers are greatly helped by the existence of a product catalog in their need for printing services. Other findings indicate that there are several important elements found as a complement to the catalog. Based on the results of the implementation of a cataloging project for SMEs, there are several elements in the catalog to become an effective medium in conveying information to consumers, including specific product information, proper design, comprehensive information, and capable of providing a positive image.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the root causes of poverty with a socio-ecological system approach. The analytical method used the Socio-Ecological System analysis based on the Burkhard Model and Spidergram Approach. The analysis results showed that aquaculture activities in ponds had a high relationship with ecological integrity. Aquaculture activities were carried out by converting mangroves so that they put pressure on the ecological system. The pressure on ecological systems impacted social systems due to the magnitude of connectivity. Besides, the pressure on the social system was indicated by a decrease in daily income for farmers due to reduced catch from wild shrimp, as well as a decrease in catch and an increase in fishermen's operational costs due to further distance fishing grounds. For the reasons, it was necessary to enforce the rules of spatial use that were parallel with improving the quality of the ecosystem and the coastal environment, as well as fostering recommended technology and community empowerment that was expected to help increase the income of coastal communities. Furthermore, through the provision of adequate educational, health, and religious facilities, thus it could improve the community welfare so that they leave out from poverty problems.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the phenomenon that the Regional Government-owned Regional Hospital, the focus is to serve the community in the health sector, so that pursuing profit is not a top priority for the RSUD, as a result sometimes service is slow, facilities, and administration are also slow. This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Distribution, and Bureaucracy on Employee for the performance of Regional General Hospital staff, either simultaneously or partially. This study explains the causal (cause-effect) relationship between variables and tests the research hypothesis. The technique of determining the data is done by using probability sampling technique. The analysis method uses SEM (Structure Equation Modeling). The results showed that there was a significant effect of Job Distribution, and Bureaucracy on employee job satisfaction by 62.53%. There is a positive and significant influence, either directly or indirectly from the distribution of jobs on employee job satisfaction (23.02%), and bureaucracy on employee job satisfaction (39,51). %),

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the contribution made by local taxes and levies to increase the Regional Original Income (PAD) of South Kalimantan. This study explains what efforts the government has made to optimize the regional income of South Kalimantan province. This research is an analysis of the contribution of local taxes and levies and the data analysis technique used to calculate the contribution of local taxes and levies is to compare the amount of local tax and levies revenues with the total local revenue. To increase the contribution of regional tax revenues and local levies to total PAD revenues and at the same time enlarge their contribution to the Regional Budget of the South Kalimantan’s government, several steps need to be taken, including increasing the intensification of collection of local taxes and levies, then extensification by imposing types of taxes and new levies in accordance with existing conditions and potential

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the existence of good service quality and price can affect GRAB customer satisfaction, especially in 2016 students of S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Singaperbangsa Karawang. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. The sample used was 193 respondents. Methods of data analysis using validity, reliability and normality tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of statistical testing, the following results were obtained: Service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality and price Simultaneously using the F test is known to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using GRAB online transportation services for students of the 2016 S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Singaperbangsa Karawang. Abstract

This study aims to determine cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, working capital turnover in influencing return on assets (ROA) in cement companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2019. This study uses an explanatory analysis method with a quantitative approach, namely a research method that intends to explain the position of the variable under study and the causal relationship between one variable and another through hypothesis testing and focuses on variable problems with concepts that have value and looking for relationships between these variables. Hypothesis test results show that cash turnover to ROA is tcount -1,204 <ttable 2,365 and sig t 0,268> 0,05, turnover of accounts receivable to ROA is calculated from tcount 0.078 <ttable 2.365, and sig t 0.940> 0.05, inventory turnover at ROA where the value of t count -1.099 <t table 2.365, and sig t 0.308> 0.05, and the turnover of working capital to ROA, the calculation is t count 0.628 <t table 2.365, and sig t 0.550> 0.05, which explains that all independent variables have no significant effect on ROA. While cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, and working capital turnover together (simultaneously) do not have a significant effect on return on assets, the calculation results show Fcount 0.672 <Ftable 4.120 and the significance is 0.632> 0.05. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, and working capital turnover on return on assets is 27.8%, the remaining 72.2% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Patoni, (2021). The Effect of Additional Employee Income, Organizational Commitment and Information Technology Expertise on the Performance of School Administration Personnel During the Covid 19 Pandemic in Purwakarta Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of additional employee income, organizational commitment and information technology expertise on the performance of junior high school (SMP) administrative personnel during the Covid 19 Panedmi era in Purwakarta Regency. The research method used was descriptive analytical. The research data were obtained from questionnaires distributed directly to 90 school administration personnel with the status of state civil servants throughout Purwakarta Regency spread across 53 SMPNs via google form, and data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 23.0 program. The results showed that partially additional employee income has a significant effect on the performance of junior high school administration staff in Purwakarta district by 32.42%, organizational commitment has an effect of 16.32 and information technology expertise has a significant effect on the performance of junior high school administration staff in Purwakarta district by 36 , 50%. Simultaneously, the significant effect of additional employee inclusion, organizational commitment and information technology expertise on the performance of junior high school administration staff in Purwakarta Regency is 56.70% and the remaining 43.30% is influenced by other factors not examined by the researcher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that have roles to patient satisfaction at the Bhakti Husada II Hospital Purwakarta. The variables used are service delivery elements (X1), service delivery elements (X2) on patient satisfaction (Y) and their impact on company reputation (Z) at Bhakti Husada II Hospital Purwakarta. This research is a quantitative research with survey method. The population in this study was inpatients at Bhakti Husada II Hospital Purwakarta. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study indicate that the two independent variables significantly influence patient satisfaction. The variable service delivery element and service operation variable variable with a significant level of 0,000.

Abstract

Football is a game sport that is very popular with the Indonesian people. many also make football a hobby and an aspiration. based on the survey football has a rating of 47.6%. Seeing the great opportunity for the large number of people who love soccer, the ForY sport Karawang store started a business selling soccer equipment. From the many competition for sports equipment stores in Karawang, the ForY sport shop to win the competition, the ForY sport shop must be able to provide special treatment for its consumers. Online promotions carried out by ForY sports stores, namely holding give away, giving discounts, and serving customers well, aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction which will have an impact on repeat purchases. Data collection using a questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents who live in Karawang, have visited and bought at least once at the ForY sport shop, aged at least 17 years using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique in this study uses SPSS with quantitative analysis methods (validation and reliability tests), verification analysis (t test, F test, coefficient of determination, and descriptive analysis. The results of this study are 1) Online Promotion has a significant effect on customer repurchase intention at ForY Sport stores 2) Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on customer repurchase intention at ForY Sport stores 3) Online promotions have a significant effect on customer satisfaction in customers at ForY Sport stores. future suggestions for stores It would be nice if the variety of promotions be increased again so that in the future it can be more convincing in the decision of consumers to buy apparel and sport shoes so that consumers are satisfied when shopping at ForY sports stores. Maintain the quality of the product being sold. Make sure the quality of service provided is further improved and pay more attention to the waiting room for consumers so that they feel comfortable.
