The consumer behaviour in making purchasing decisions can be influenced by three factors including internal factors, external factors, and the decision-making process. The study entitled "The Influence of Reference Group and Culture on the Decision to Become a Member of the Dance Studio aims to analyze the influence of X1 and X2 on Y" has a population of 329 people and a sample of 100 people. By using a quantitative approach and descriptive analysis, in the variable X1 the dimension of value expression obtained the highest average score with a percentage of 51.82%, in the X2 variable the highest was the view of 59.50%, in the variable Y the highest was personality at 25.57%. Whereas in the verification analysis, the relationship between X1 and X2 is 0.426 which means that the correlation is moderate. For 5% error the two-tailed test and df = n - 3 = 97 is 1.66071. Because the t statistic> from t table (4.328> 1.66071), Ho is rejected. The significant column number is 0.000 or the probability is far below 0.05. So it means that X1 and X2 partially have a significant effect on Y.From the ANOVA test or F test, it is found that the F count is 19.714 with a significant level indicating a value of 0.000 which means less than 5%, it can be concluded that X1 and X2 are Simultaneously affects Decision Y. Holistic marketing mix variables have a significant effect on customer loyalty savings, namely: product, price, people and performance, while the variables that have no significant effect are: promotion, place, process and program. The coefficient of determination or R is 0.955, this indicates that the holistic marketing mix is able to affect customer loyalty savings by 95.50% of which 4.50% is influenced by other variables not examined. Banks can focus on 4 (four) significant variables by improving the performance of product, price, people and performance variables, namely in terms of making strategies, business plans and work programs to increase savings customer loyalty, so as to increase benefits and profits for banks both for the time being. this time and in the future, meanwhile, banks can improve the performance of promotion, place, process and program, so that they can contribute positively to savings performance.

From the results of the correlation test that product variations have an influence on purchasing decisions with a correlation value (r) of 0.550, a coefficient of determination of 30.2% and a significant test value of 5.537. Thus it can be concluded that product variations have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. If product variety is increased, consumer decisions will also increase

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out what factors can influence consumers satisfaction. In this study used two independent variables Waiting Time (X1), and Location (X2), while Customer Satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable. After reviewing the literature and formulating hypotheses, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 97 consumers at Gemah Ripah Purwakarta Restaurant who had carried out the purchase using non probility sampling techniques. For analysis and elaboration of data using SPSS version 21. Then there are several tests performed in analyzing data, such as measuring instruments, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis found that the two independent variables have a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable. Waiting time variable has a positive effect of 0.488 with a significance level of 0,000. Location variables have a positive effect of 0.566 with a significance level of 0.000. Adjusted R Square of the three variables is 0.662 or 66.2% which means that the two variables are able to explain the variation in the dependent variable of 66.2 percent with 33.8 percent explained by other variables not used in this study.
