Abstract

Suatu negara dipandang sejahtera ketika memiliki sistem ekonomi yang baik dan tertata, ketersediaan sumber daya, teknologi yang maju, efesiensi pengelolaan, serta memiliki pendapatan yang mencukupi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan anggaran pada aktivitas ekonominya. Malaysia dikenal sebagai negara yang memiliki kinerja makroekonomi yang stabil, serta inflasi dan tingkat bunga yang rendah. Keberhasilan pengelolaan moneter ini menjadi kunci keberhasilannya dalam menggerakkan aktivitas sektor riil. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan sumber pendapatan negara dan alokasi belanja dari negara Malaysia dalam konteks keuangan publik Islam. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa Malaysia menghasilkan sumber pendapatan negaranya berasal dari penerimaan pajak, non-pajak, zakat dan wakaf. Dimana sektor zakat dan wakaf sangat berkembang di Malaysia hingga pemerintah mengintegrasikan keduanya dengan memberikan pengurangan pajak penghasilan atas zakat yang telah dibayar oleh umat Islam. Sedangkan alokasi belanja negara digunakan untuk menyediakan berbagai macam infrastruktur yang mendukung peningkatan aktivitas ekonomi pada ketiga sektor layanan publik yaitu pendidikan, kesehatan dan fasilitas publik.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the extent of the influence of marketing mix on sales rate. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection methods using the questionnaire method. The subjects in this research are consumers in CV. Irwan Shop. The object of this research is the marketing mix and sales rate in CV. Irwan Shop. The population in this study were consumers of CV. Irwan shop, consisting of 132 consumers who have been netted for 2 months, with a sample of 30 respondents. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, documentation, and a list of questions. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, validity and reliability, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, multiple correlation and linear regression. The hypothesis test used is the T test (partial test) and the F test (simultaneous test). From the results of data analysis, it was found that the partial product was positive and had a significant effect on product sales rate in CV. Irwan Shop. Product is the most dominant variable affecting sales rate. Price has a positive and significant effect partially on product sales rate in CV. Irwan Shop. Some promotions are positive and have a significant effect on product sales rate in CV. Irwan Shop. Place partially has a positive and significant effect on product sales rate in CV. Irwan Shop. Simultaneously product, price, promotion, and place have a significant effect on product sales rate in CV. Irwan Shop. Doing business in an online shop needs to maintain product quality, price conformity, innovation in promoting and all placed in an effort to boost sales rate.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the price and quality of service, how far the relationship with consumer satisfaction Bookstore Bandung Book Center. This study uses the associative method with a quantitative approach. Obtaining data from respondents through questionnaire answers. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire, namely through direct distribution with consumers at the Bandung Book Center Store. The population in the study amounted to 100 consumers. The sample taken is 50 consumers with random sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Price (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) and Service Quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Other results, that together price and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Companies must be able to ensure that they provide prices and quality services that match the wishes of consumers so that the company can survive and grow rapidly.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out how much influence the quality of the product has on the interest in buying cloth masks in Saveme Bandung. Using a quantitative approach, survey methods were selected for use in the study. As a data collection tool, the dissemination of questionnaires that have been compiled based on eight dimensions of product quality and four indicators of buying interest. In this study, the population used was a customer who bought cloth mask products at Saveme Bandung in December 2021, and got as many as 41 populations calculated using the slovin formula to find out how many samples can be taken. The results of the questionnaire are then carried out various tests such as, validity and reliability tests, heteroskedasticity tests, normality tests, coefficients of determination, so that they contain the required data and processed using the application of statistical analysis program, namely SPSS. In addition, the t test (partial test) and a simple linear regression test showed the positive effect of variable X on Y. Then it can be known that the quality of cloth masks in Saveme Bandung is influenced by the quality of the product up to 56%. The remaining 44% is affected by variables other than this regression or untested variables.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors that influence Muslim community interest in the products of Baitul Mall Wa Tamwil (BMT) Sidogiri Branch of Batang Batang And Credit Union (CU) equatorial community service at the Batang Bay KP. This research uses descriptive methods in a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 38 respondents based on the specified characteristics. The sample also 38 people, the technique used to collect data is a questionnaire, while to analyze the data researchers use regression analysis to find answers to the factors that affect the interests of customers and members of the products offered that affect it namely the attractiveness of advertising / promotion, sales force / employee competency and customer value. The data analysis tool is multiple linear regression in the SPSS version 22.0 program. The results of the data analysis are done, the researcher concludes the factors that affect the interest of the Customer / BMT and CU members of the products offered, the results of the data analysis show that the research model has a corresponding well and all research hypotheses can be proven. The conclusion drawn is the attractiveness of advertising / promotion, sales force / employee competence and customer value significantly influence interest. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of literacy on investment decisions in the millennial generation in Pontianak City. Based on the results of the study indicate that the value of the regression equationis Y = 2.210 + 0.521X. The value of the simple correlation coefficient (r) is 0.633 which means the relationship/correlation between financial literacy on decisions Pontianak's millennial generation investment is strong. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is equal to 0.400, meaning the influence of financial literacy on variations in the ups and downs of millennial generation investment decisions in the City Pontianak is 40.00%, and the remaining 60.00% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. The results of the Simultaneous Test (Test F) show the value of 65.383 (F count) > 3.94 (F table) with a significance value of F which is 0.000 which value is less than 0.05. This means that a simple regression model can used to predict the investment decisions of the City's millennial generation Pontianak which is influenced by financial literacy. Partial Test Results (t Test) shows the value of t count > table (8.086 > 1.98), so Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means that there is a positive and partially significant effect between financial literacy variables on millennial generation investment decisions Pontianak City. Abstract

Marine Geological Institute (MGI) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) becomes a government agency that implements Public Service Agency (PSA). This study aims to obtain the results of the analysis of the influence of stakeholders and their optimization efforts in improving the performance of PSA MGI for 2019.Data processing methods are influence - interest diagram and net-map toolbox. The influence - interest diagram will distinguish four types of stakeholders, namely promoters, defenders, latents and apathetics. The net-map analysis toolbox describes the relationship map as a framework for cooperation, and discussion as the substance. As a results, five new stakeholders were obtained or an increase of 112% who supported the implementation of activities and plans for future cooperation. The impact of optimizing stakeholders' activities is an increase in the performance of PSA MGI. From August to October 2019, additional work contracts were obtained, which increased by 185.4% in total from January until October 2019.

Abstract

Organizations need employees who not only have a high level of satisfaction at work, but also have a high commitment, are involved in running the organization's business and have high loyalty and have a sense of ownership in the organization or have a level of citizenship towards the organization. This study aims to examine employee engagement at the Apparatus Training Center of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. Through this study, it can also provide an overview of aspects that need to be improved by the organization in order to increase employee engagement. For research purposes, the method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Descriptive research is used to describe or analyze the condition of each variable. While quantitative is intended to analyze the results of data collection and processing. The technique used to analyze employee engagement of the Apparatus Training Center of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is based on the results of filling out a questionnaire with a Likert scale range. The results of the study indicate that the average employee of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Apparatus Training Center is in the engaged category. This means that all employees have high enthusiasm, commitment, loyalty and dedication to the organization.

Abstract

Employee performance is the work achieved by a person or group of people in accordance with the authority or responsibility of each employee during a certain period. Many factors affect employee performance, including quality of work life and organizational commitment. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach which aims to analyze the effect of quality of work life and work commitment on the performance of PDAM Tirtanadi employees, Padang Bulan Branch, Medan. The population is all employees of PDAM Tirtanadi Padang Bulan Branch totaling 137 people. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula so that there are 58 samples. Data analysis used multiple linear regression which included simultaneous F test, partial t test, R2 determination test and regression equation. The results showed that the quality of the work environment partially gave a significant influence on employee performance. Organizational commitment partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The qualities of work environment and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is suggested to PDAM Tirtanadi Medan to pay more attention to aspects that affect employee performance such as the quality of the work environment and organizational commitment so that employee performance can be further improved.

Abstract

"The Influence of Customer Reviews and Ratings, Service Quality, and Prices on Consumer Buying Interest in the Shopee Online Market for Students in Pontianak City. Shopee is an e-commerce (web based buying and selling) in light of portable applications, which is right now creating in Indonesia, shopee offers fun, free and confided in web based trading through cell phones. With the shopee application, you can enlist selling items and shop for different appealing proposals at the most minimal costs and free delivery all through Indonesia. Shopee is an internet trading office that gives an assortment of items to help our every day exercises which incorporate style, devices, restorative devices, electronic gadgets, leisure activities and assortments, photography, athletic gear, auto, nutrients and enhancements, home apparatuses, food and drinks, trinkets and gatherings, to vouchers. This study aims to determine customer reviews and ratings, service quality, and prices on consumer buying interest in the online shopee market. This research is a survey research. The population used in this study were students in the city of Pontianak. The sample used was 100 respondents who were carried out with non-probability techniques. The method used is the associative method with a quantitative approach. The instrument validity test used Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and the reliability test used Cronbach's alpha. The analysis used is multiple regression path analysis, hypothesis testing using the coefficient of model accuracy or determination (R^2) partial testing (t test) and simultaneous (f). The data in this research are primary data taken using a questionnaire. Data testing was carried out with the help of the SPSS 16 program. The results of this study found that: 1) client audits and assessment factors didn't have a huge fractional impact on purchasing revenue in the shopee online market, (2) administration quality factors didn't significantly affect purchasing revenue in the shopee online market, (3) the value variable significantly affects purchasing revenue in the shopee online market.
