Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of organizational change in the structural aspect that has been carried out by Kompas Gramedia Group of Retail and Publishing (GoRP) through the 7S McKinsey Framework. The informant selection technique in this study was purposive sampling. The research method used is a qualitative approach that uses the principle of Data Triangulation. Data collection techniques that are used in this study are interviews, questionnaires and document studies. The interview technique used is in-depth interviews with informants. in-depth interviews were conducted with the Manager of Organization & Talent Management, Digital Supervisor and Publishing Staff. In this study, it was found that the leadership style of Kompas GoRP, which was directly involved in change and the existence of shared values, had an important role in the success of accepting change. These changes have an impact on the work system, improving employee skills and facilities. However, it has not been seen that the organization provides adequate facilities to meet the high demands. Overall, the effectiveness of the structural changes carried out by Kompas GoRP cannot be seen because it is still in the transition phase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keputusan pembelian berulang (Y) yang dilakukan oleh para konsumen, yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel harga (X1), kualitas produk (X2) dan citra merek (X3) terhadap produk susu Bear Brand di Kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan menetapkan masyarakat Kota Malang sebagai populasi penelitian berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi. Berlandaskan populasi yang telah ditetapkan diambil 210 responden penelitian yang dinyatakan sebagai sampel dengan rumus Malhotra. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam menetapkan karakteristik sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sedangkan upaya analisa data digunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan riset yang dilakukan maka didapatkan hasil bahwa keputusan pembelian berulang pada produk susu Bear Brand dipengaruhi oleh harga, kualitas produk dan citra merek secara simultan. Harga dan citra merek juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian berulang susu Bear Brand di Kota Malang secara parsial, akan tetapi variabel kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian berulang susu Bear Brand secara parsial. Semakin bersaing harga dengan kompetitor serta memiliki kesesuaian dengan kualitas yang ditawarkan dan mampu menjaga citra positif akan sebuah merek maka akan terjadinya peningkatan pembelian berulang pada produk susu Bear Brand di Kota Malang.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of institutional ownership and growth to firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable in agriculture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017, with a research sample 19 companies using path analysis. The results of the study showed that institutional ownership had negative and significant effect on capital structure and firm value, growth has no significant effect on capital structure and firm value, capital structure has no significant effect on firm value, and capital structure can not mediate institutional ownership and growth of firm value.

Abstract

Lean Startup is a method for developing products and businesses in a short time. The form of the research method that will be used is qualitative research. From the results of this study, it shows what has been done by MAXIMALLFOOTWERE in conducting business processes digitally and what is the effect of the processes taken by the company to improve business efficiency. In addition, MAXIMALLFOOTWEAR also still needs to improve its management performance by considering some better ideas. Therefore, it is important for lean startups to improve the company's internal systematics, it is very necessary and improved in order to increasingly provide better services. Therefore, the MAXIMALLFOOTWEAR company still needs to improve its business efficiency and effectiveness from customer support to its production process which needs to be improved by considering the feedback obtained from customers.

Abstract

His study aims to determine and analyze the partial or simultaneous effect of motivation and discipline on the performance of Public Health Center employees in South Tambun District. This type of research is a type of quantitative research with descriptive verification research methods. Samples of Puskesmas employees in South Tambun sub-district were taken 145 employees. The sampling technique in this study used the saturated sample technique. The analytical tool used in this study uses SPSS 22 software for windows. The analysis model in this study uses a path analysis model. Based on the results of the study, it showed that there was a partial effect of motivation on the performance of Puskesmas employees in Tambun Selatan District of 27.5%. While the partial effect of Discipline on the Performance of Public Health Center Employees in Tambun Selatan District is 25.4%. The simultaneous influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance is 86.7%. The influence of other variables outside the model is 13.3%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of stock trading volume, dividend yield, earning volatility, firm size, and exchange rate on stock price volatility. The sample data used in the study amounted to 114 of 23 companies indexed by LQ45 in the 2016-2020 research period. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research, it can be concluded that stock trading volume has a positive and significant effect on stock price volatility, firm size has a significant negative effect on stock price volatility, while other variables have no effect on stock price volatility.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Real Money Trade Phenomenon on Purchase Decisions and Its Implications on Customer Satisfaction Virtual Item Counter-Strike: Global Offensive in 2020. This research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing and perform hypothesis testing, and make conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using the Hairs in Ferdinand method and the Non probability sampling technique and then resulted in a sample of 150 respondents. The analytical technique used is Likert scale analysis technique and path analysis with the tools of Method Of Successive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Office, and SPSS version 18.0. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out this research proves that the Real Money Trade phenomenon shows an average value of 604.4 with the criteria agree, Purchase Decision shows an average value of 575.1 with the criteria agree, and Customer Satisfaction shows an average value of 546, 8 with agreed criteria. The partial effect of Real Money Trade Phenomenon on Purchase Decisions is 72.2%, Purchase Decisions on Customer Satisfaction is 56.5%, Real Money Trade Phenomenon on Customer Satisfaction is 76.9%, it can be stated that Real Money Phenomenon provides more contribution to customer satisfaction compared to other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of communication and organizational culture on employee performance at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Karawang Regency. The research method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 100 employees, using saturated sampling technique. The analysis used is path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is a correlation between Communication and Organizational Culture of 0.833 which means there is a very strong relationship. The results of the partial hypothesis test that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the hypothesis that simultaneously Communication and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on employee performance. R2 Test of Communication and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance obtained R Square of 0.704, meaning that 70.4% of Employee Performance is influenced by these two variables, while 29.6% of Employee Performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

Backdoor Listing is a process for companies to enter the stock exchange. This process is still a rare practice in Indonesia. However, with the increasing number of technology companies that want to proliferate, the number of companies carrying out backdoor listings may increase in the future. This study aims to see the impact of the backdoor listing process, especially on investors. One indicator of the success of the backdoor listing is the increase in the company's value after the backdoor listing process. The method used in this study is mixed, namely qualitative methods and quantitative methods. Qualitative method using literature study. The existing literature, especially those that study backdoor listing that occurs in various countries. The quantitative method is seen by looking at the financial performance of companies that carry out backdoor listings. This study shows that companies that carry out backdoor listings experience an increase in value. In general, backdoor listings can create value for the company.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is entitled The Zakat of Crab Trading according To Imam Asy- Syafi’i and Imam Ibn Hazm (A Case Study of Tanjungbalai Asahan).Alms is one of Islamic pillars. Our worship will be accepted by Allah SWT, our wealth will be cleaned from dirty. Generally, there are three animals allowed for animal alms, such as cows, goats, and camels. Other than those animals are optional. How about crab trading as alms? This crab trading alms was proposed by UD SULTHAN enterprise located in Tanjungbalai Asahan. The owner said that paying alms was a mandatory. He does it every year. I choose this topic for my article by analyzing it from two different points of view from Imam Syafi’i and Imam Ibn Hazmin. The method used in this research was Library Research to see how the trading was practiced in the society and comparative method to compare two mazhab experts opinion. The data collection was done through an interview and related books as references.
