Abstract

The Policy for the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities at the Salatiga City level greatly affects the company's activities in Salatiga City. In this case, it is necessary to have transformational leaders and employee readiness to make changes so that the organization commits to adapt to the current new normal era. The purpose of this study is to examine how transformational leadership affects organizational commitment with readiness to change as mediation for company employees in Salatiga City. Sampling in this research uses the calculation with the Slovin formula with a sample of 100 employees. Sampling using snowball sampling. There are 3 measuring tools for data analysis in testing the hypothesis: Simple Regression Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Sobel Test through Classical Assumption Test and Model Goodness Test. The resulting analysis model is declared good. The results of hypothesis testing are transformational leadership has a positive effect on readiness to change, readiness to change has a positive effect on organizational commitment, and transformational leadership affects organizational commitment through readiness to change.

Abstract

This study discusses how product differentiation, product innovation and customer relationship management affect the marketing performance of local products of MSMEs, food types in Ternate City. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of product differentiation, product innovation with the role of competitive advantage as a mediation in influencing marketing performance. The sampling technique used a random sampling technique with a total of 190 respondents who were citizens of Ternate city, both business actors and consumers of local food products of MSMEs in the city of Ternate. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS v.3.0 with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that product differentiation not significant on competitive advantage, product innovation has a positive and significant on competitive advantage, competitive advantage has a significant effect on marketing performance,

Abstract

Freight forwarding services have become one of the most shining businesses amid a pandemic that has hit the world. The habits of face-to-face consumer and producer transactions are forced to change drastically into online transactions to maintain public health and make social restrictions a success. Another impact of this booming business is the competition that all business delivery services must face. This study aims to determine and analyze the service factors that influence consumer decisions in choosing goods delivery services. Further, from the solutions to the problems that have occurred so far, it is hoped that research can be taken. The research method uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach in the case study design. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence consumers in choosing delivery services at DPL Translogistics are 1) on-time delivery, 2) security of delivery of goods, 3) image/brand, 4) ease of access to location, 5) service price, 6) area/destination of delivery, 7) monitoring of delivery of goods, 8) insurance, 9) speed of service, 10) response to consumer complaints, 11) various services, 12) various packing and re-packing services, 13) employee empathy, 14 ) employee competence, 15) employee professionalism, 16) office facilities, 17) easy access to contact persons, 18) employee appearance, and 19) fleet variation. To be able to maintain market share and maintain service excellence and customer satisfaction, DPL must always understand the changing needs of customers, especially in terms of competitive prices/shipping rates and better service quality. DPL must also follow developments in the digital world by improving website connections and adding digitalized services.

Abstract

Economic development at this time is not without the role of previous leading scientists. Where concepts and ideas remain used in any economic and state development activity. M. umer chapra is one of the scientists known for the concept of justice in economic development, which is an islamic economy alternative to achieving moral and justice economic development. And al-ghazali the islamic scholar famous for his maqashid philosophy. Where the building of a country cannot escape the role of keeping 5 things: keeping religion (hifdzu din), keeping the soul (hifdzu nafs), keeping sense (hifdzu aql), keeping descendants (hifdzu nasl) and keeping property (hifdzu mal). Both concepts are presented and articulated in a way that both lead to justice, prosperity and morals in economic development.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide benefits for learning financial management, especially in financial management for a business, through increasing financial literacy, which can be seen from the last education, income, and storage style. The number of samples used in this study was 95 respondents, and the sampling technique used the solving formula. Data analysis using multiple linear regression method and descriptive analysis of respondents' level of achievement with the help of SPSS software version 21. The results of this study indicate that, first, education has a positive and significant effect on the financial literacy of UMKM actors in Ternate City. Second, income has a positive and significant impact on the financial literacy of Ternate City UMKM actors. Third, the saving Style has a positive and significant effect on UMKM the financial literacy of Ternate City. Furthermore, there is a simultaneous influence of the variables of Education, Income, and Savings Style on the financial literacy of UMKM actors in Ternate City.

Abstract

The benchmark for success in the administration of inter-regional governance is to create harmony between economic growth and social welfare that is just and equitable. The goal of this study was to see how much economic growth, education level, labor force, and taxation influenced income disparities in East Java Province. This type of research is classified as quantitative descriptive research. The IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) Version 26 was used as the analytical tool in this study. The data for this study were gathered from the Central Statistics Agency of East Java Province between 2010 and 2020 and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia between 2010 and 2020. According to the findings of this study, economic growth (X1) and education level (X2) have no significant effect on income disparities in East Java Province. While the labor force (X3) has a significant impact on income disparities in East Java Province, taxation (X4) has a significant impact.

Abstract

Higher education as a form of the organizations is required to remain competitive and adaptive to environmental changes. Responding to this, PTS X made organizational changes by amending the statutes. The Organizational Change Capacity is used to diagnose the accuracy of the steps of organizational change that occurs, and as an instrument for assessing the capacity of organizations to make changes. Quantitative method is used, and the results showed that the highest change capacity is in trustworthy leadership (31.16) and lowest in the cultural dimension of innovation (28.68). The changes made today by PTS. X for organizational structure and governance changes, has not reached the innovative culture dimension, which has the lowest value of the eight dimensions of Organizational change capacity.

Abstract

The need for education in Indonesia is still very high. This is a large market share and an opportunity for formal education institutions. Global competition has also hit thr world of education. Every year, when the high school or vocational school graduates competing for selection instituttions, universities were competing promote themselves and attract potential student candidates. This thesis presents the results of survey of students at the Widyatama University Bandung. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires and as many as 235 students of all majors and the class of 2011 to 2015. The spread made online by sending a link online questionnaires has been designed in google docs. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze and test the hypothesis of this study with the help of IBM SPSS application AMOS 20. The methods was used in this research is the methods of Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE). Results of this research may help to explain the effect of the quality of educational services and the management of the image of the university student kerelasian Widyatama which allows it to be used and developed in building the image og the university. The results showed that the model 1 and model 2 only there is influence the quality of education services to the image of the university, while students relationship management does not affect the image of the university. As for the 3 models found any influence of the quality of education and management services kerelasian students againts the university’s image. As the researchers suggest that as the dimensions of empathy and assurance because it is a very positive response classroom equipped with complete equipment and parking facilities are provided to note and expanded since contributed immensely in building the image of the university, while the students relationship management on the dimensions identify the students with a good database and provide convenience in obtaining information quickly through the acailability of the service enable this feature on the website.

Abstract

The growth of the internet is affecting marketing systems that are changing from conventional to digital systems. It's important for business owners to know what factors are causing interested consumers to buy. After conducting research on 100 respondents on brand equity factors (brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, brand loyalty) and online reviewss on online purchase interest in millennials in Padang city. The results showed that brand awarness being in important factor but brand loyalty were negative and significant that influenced online purchase intention millennials in Padang City. This research made the "effect hierarchy" (HOE) model of Lavidge and Steiner (1961) the basis of theoretical thinking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication factors and organizational commitment (work units) on the disbursement of APBN funds using government credit cards through the performance of the apparatus as an intervening variable (study in the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology). The research approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Quantitative research methods aim to test the established hypotheses. This type of research is causal effect research. Causal effect research is research that aims to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. The exact number of the population is not known. Respondents in this study were 100 people in the work unit within the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology with respondents spread across Jakarta, Medan, Palembang, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar, Padang, Banjarmasin, Aceh, Jayapura and Gorontalo. The data in this study were obtained by distributing the G-Form questionnaire given to the WhatsApp group. The data analysis used a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the help of smart PLS applications. The results of the study show that, 1) Organizational Communication Affects the Disbursement of State Budget Funds with the use of government credit cards; 2) Organizational commitment affects the disbursement of APBN funds by using government credit cards; 3) Organizational Communication Affects Apparatus Performance; 4) Organizational Commitment Affects Apparatus Performance; 5) Apparatus performance affects the disbursement of APBN funds by using government credit cards; 6) Apparatus Performance is able to mediate the relationship of Organizational Communication to the Disbursement of APBN funds by using government credit cards and 7) Apparatus Performance is able to mediate the relationship of Organizational Commitment to the Disbursement of APBN funds with the use of government credit cards. It is recommended that each division be able to understand their respective duties and responsibilities related to the readiness of documents to be submitted for submission of APBN funds.
