The purpose of this study was to find out how the product quality on Samsung smartphones in CV. Neo Komunika, how is the interest in buying a Samsung smartphone at CV. Neo Komunika, and how the influence of product quality on buying interest in Samsung smartphones at CV. Neo Communications. The research method used is the associative method with quantitative data types and ordinal scales. Respondents taken in this study were consumers of CV. Neo Komunika with a sample size of 68 people. And processing data obtained from questionnaires distributed and then tested using validity test, reliability test, simple correlation test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing using t test > t-table or 8,238 > 1,670, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means quality product (X) has a positive effect on buying interest (Y) on Samsung smartphones at CV. Neo Communications, with a strong correlation coefficient of 0.712 and a coefficient of determination of 50% and the remaining 50% is influenced by factors not examined. Thus, it can be concluded that product quality has a positive influence on buying interest in Samsung smartphones at CV. Neo Communications. In other words, if the quality of the product is improved, the buying interest will also increase.

Working from home has become a very popular work arrangement system lately, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the work from home system on organizational psychological ownership among workers in Indonesia. This study found that the effect of working from home system on psychological ownership is mediated by job involvement and stress. The theoretical and practical contributions are discussed in this study.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) currently affects every aspect of human life. They play an important role in the workplace, business, education and entertainment. In addition, many recognize ICT as a catalyst for change. Changes in working conditions, handling and exchange of information, teaching methods, learning approaches, scientific research, access to information and communication technology. In this digital era, the use of ICT in the classroom is essential to provide opportunities for students to learn and apply the skills needed for the 21st century. ICT is important for teachers in strengthening education and learning as well as playing a role as creators of the educational environment. ICTs help teachers present their teachings in an engaging and educational way to students at all levels of the educational program. Teaching in India today makes training programs using ICT terminology useful and interesting. Information and Communication Technology (ICT), represented by the Internet and interactive multimedia, is clearly an important focus for future education and needs to be effectively integrated into formal education and learning, especially in teacher education institutions.

A collection of signs and symptoms that are often felt by people with dyspepsia are epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting, satiety, and discomfort. Traditional medicine applied by the community includes the consumption of tapioca flour (Manihot esculenta) and tropical forest honey to reduce pain complaints caused by dyspepsia. To determine the effect of tapioca flour and tropical forest honey consumption (TFGFH) on the epigastric pain scale in dyspeptic patients. This quantitative study used a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest. After the paired t-test was carried out, it was found that the significance value of p-value = 0.000 which means that there is a significant effect of TFGFH consumption on the epigastric pain scale in dyspeptic patients. There is a significant effect of TFGFH consumption on decreasing the epigastric pain scale in dyspeptic patients in the working area of Sungai Siring Public Health Center, North Samarinda.

Purpose of this research for to To know about suitability of management fixed assets at RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura and Financial Accounting Standards No. 16 concerning technical guidelines for BLUD financial statements This research is located at the Ratu Zalecha Martapura Regional General Hospital. Data collection was carried out by interview and data collection methods. Data analysis was performed with a model Miles and Huberman. The result of this research indicate that there is mistake of depreciation expense in the presentation, It is not disclosure yet about base marking of fixed assets, it does not deside yet capitalization policy of maintenance expense, There is fixed assets which the book value less then minimum value of capitalization in the list of fixed assets. Classification, measurement, depreciation, and disposal of fixed assets has appropriate with government accounting standart 07.

Tapis Lampung is one of the wealth of the archipelago's fabric which has great potential as a source of creative economic commodities in Lampung Province. Unfortunately, its popularity is inferior to batik, ulos, songket, and other wastra. The Bangga Buatan Indonesia Lagawifest 2022 program which was held in Lampung Province then succeeded in curating 8 selected Lampung Tapis IKMs (small medium industry) to then be encouraged to become IKM representatives who can improve product quality and business performance. Through a qualitative approach with the FGD technique, it was found that the biggest problems of the Lampung Tapis IKM who were the resource persons were digital marketing problems, limited production assets, weak design capabilities, limited production assets, and several other problems. Through the assistance of the 2022 BBI Program, each IKM is given guidance and directed to develop themselves through programs that will be carried out by the government, namely technical guidance on digital marketing, design, branding, business finance, and business meetings.

United Arab Emirates is one of the non-traditional export markets of Indonesia. Trade between Indonesia and United Arab Emirates is expected can open up trade and investment opportunities are greater for the two countries. This study was conducted to analyze the competitiveness, degree of integration, and determinants of trade flows Indonesian main export commodities to the United Arab Emirates in the period 2009-2013. The results showed that the Indonesian main export commodities both in agriculture and manufacturing sectors in United Arab Emirates market have high competitiveness with demonstrated by RCA > 1. The results of the analysis of the degree of integration Indonesian main export commodities as a whole shows that the intra-industry trade (IIT) between Indonesia and United Arab Emirates in general is on the degree of integration in one direction (no integration). The results of the estimation export demand function, Indonesian main export commodities to the United Arab Emirates the agricultural sector mode has five independent variables that significantly influence of the Indonesian main export commodities to the United Arab Emirates, Indonesian export price, export price of competitor countries, United Arab Emirates real GDP, real exchange rate, and NTM dummy. On the model of the manufacturing sector, there are four independent variables that significantly influence of the export, Indonesian export price, export price of competitor countries, United Arab Emirates real GDP and real exchange rate

Formulation dairy feed of XYZ cooperative is still trial and error process and it can influence high material cost and unable to meet standard quality. This research has conducted to optimize the formula with Linear Programming so cooperative able to gain minimum material cost and achieves the standard requirements. The steps of formulation are identification minimal objective and determine the constraints functions to represent standard dairy nutrient including dry mater requirement (BK), crude protein (PK), Crude Fat (LK), Total Digestible nutrient (TDN), Calsium and Pospor. Optimization was calculated by using linear programming approach. Software used was solver contained in MS Excel. Optimization result show that The most feasible feed formulation used for product SP132 30% of bran, 31.7 of cassva pile., 13.7% of palm kernel meal, 6.02% of Hi Pro, 8.32% peanut shell , 7% molasess and 3% Slaz and for SP134 20% of bran, 37% of cassva pile., 2% Golden pro, 10% of Hi Pro, 7% coffee shell, 6% Peanut Shell, 15% molasess and 3% Slaz. This optimization can also reduce cost for SP 132 from 2500 rupiah to 1948 rupiah and for SP134 from 2800 rupiah to 2682 rupiah. Based on optimization result, there were cost reduction and improvement of dairy cattle ration quality

The purpose of this research is to see how the influence of stock price, trading volume, and return variance affect the Bid-ask spread, both before and after the stock split. The population of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 to 2019 is used in this analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, which resulted in a sample of 26 companies. This research relies on secondary data, particularly the company's financial statements, which can be viewed on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Multiple linear regression was used as the analytical method. The results showed that before the stock split, stock prices had a negative effect on the Bid Ask Spread, while trading volume and Variant Return had no effect on the Bid Ask Spread. After the stock split, the stock price and trading volume on the bid ask spread have no effect.

Salah satu upaya perguruan tinggi dalam rangka memperluas jangkauan dan pemerataan pendidikan sampai dengan pelosok-pelosok daerah 3T adalah dengan pembangunan dan penerapan TIK dalam program belajar mengajar melalui e-learning. Salah satu konten kerjasama yang mengalir di dalam pipa link interkoneksi ini adalah internet yang di bagi pakai (share) dari Universitas Mulawarman untuk dapat dipergunakan sebagai mana mestinya oleh pengguna internet di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan. Internet yang dibagi pakai ini dapat dioperasikan selama 24 jam sehari dan 7 hari dalam seminggu. Terdapat 2 (dua) tujuan utama yang ingin dicapai melalui program kerja sama pemakaian internet ini yaitu meningkatkan kapasitas sarana prasarana teknologi informasi komunikasi yang dimiliki oleh Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kutai Timur dan menyebarluaskan akses informasi pendidikan melalui konten aplikasi yang dapat diakses melalui jalur internet global. Dengan pencapaian tujuan ini diharapkan dapat menambah prasarana program pembelajaran yang dikerjasamakan antara Universitas Mulawarman dengan Pemerintah KabupatenKutai Timur. Rencana pengembangan lebih lanjut dari hasil-hasil yang telah dicapai diarahkan kepada upaya untuk terus menjaga kesinambungan operasionalisasi link interkoneksi yang ada serta meningkatkan penggunaan internet yang telah di share dengan menyebarluas akses kepada seluruh pegawai dan peserta didik lainnya yang berada di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kutai Timur.
