Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and training on employee creativity. The influence of leadership and training on employee commitment. The effect of commitment on employee creativity. Then to analyze the influence of leadership training on employee creativity through commitment. In this study, the population is the employees of PT. Wahyu Prakasa partners as many as 130 people. While the sample used as many as 98 people. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is the data analysis used in this study is path analysis. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on work commitment. This means that the better the leadership, the work commitment will increase. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. This means that the better the leadership, the creativity of employees will increase. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. This means that the better the training, the creativity of the employees will increase. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity through commitment. Good leadership is followed by work commitment, then employee creativity will increase. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity through work commitment. Good training is followed by work commitment, then employee creativity will increase. Work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. Employees who have a high commitment to work will always obey the rules that have been determined, so they will have better creativity. The higher the level of commitment, the creativity of employees will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain evidence regarding the internal control system in PT. Boltz Indonesia regarding the inventory and system at the company whether it is in accordance with the procedures set by COSO or not. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data used in the research at the PT is primary data and also secondary data. Methods Data collection was carried out through direct interviews with Supervisors and HRD as well as observation. The results of the study show that PT Boltz Indonesia is almost in accordance with the procedures implemented by COSO starting from supplies, systems at the company and software at the company. This study examines the inventory at PT. Boltz Indonesia and also look at the risks that occur in the company and the results of research that have been carried out show that the COSO internal control system at PT. Indonesian Boltz. Fairly in accordance with the internal control components contained in COSO related to inventory although there are indeed some that are not in accordance with the COSO internal control system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Chess Putraharmony. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 82 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research with a sampling technique is stratified proportional random sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained from this study are motivation and job satisfaction has a significant positive effect partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Catur Putraharmoni.

Abstract

Halal culinary tourism is extremely needed by Muslim tourists to have safe consumption based on Islamic perspectives. Therefore, it is necessary to have good management from restaurant managers to develop halal aspects so that they can increase customer trust. This study aimed at investigating the role of Bebek Rizky Restaurant Manager at Bangkalan regency in developing halal culinary tourism. The method used in this research was a descriptive qualitative method and employed primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation as primary data, while books, scientific articles, reports, official news, and internet sources as secondary data. This research was built on the managerial role theory literature from Henry Mintzberg (1973) which includes the role of interpersonal roles, informational roles, and decision-making roles. The results of this study indicated that the manager of the Bebek Rizky Bangkalan Restaurant in the development of halal culinary tourism plays an optimal role as Figurehead, Leader, Liaison, Monitor, Disseminator, Spokesperson, disturbance handler, resource allocator, and negotiator. But the entrepreneur role was found to be less optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Total Asset Turnover on Return On Assets in Property and Real Estate Sub-Sector Companies, (2) The Effect of Receivable Turnover on Return On Assets in Property and Real Estate Sub-Sector Companies, (3) The Effect of Working Capital Turnover on Return On Assets in Property and Real Estate Sub-Sector Companies, (4) Effect of Total Asset Turnover, Inventory Turnover and Working Capital Turnover on Return On Assets in Property and Real Estate Sub-Sector Companies. The research method used in this study is the associative method. The object of the research is the Property and Real Estate sub-sector. The data sources used are from www.idx.co.id and the company's financial statements for 2016-2020. The data analysis techniques used are simple and multiple correlation tests, determination tests and simple and multiple regression tests. The results showed that total asset turnover, receivable turnover and working capital turnover on return on assets, had a strong and unidirectional (positive) effect. While the amount of the contribution given is 42.3% and the remaining 57.7%, where the rest is influenced by other factors not examined, one of which is inventory turnover. For this reason, the authors suggest that companies can pay attention to other factors that can affect the return on assets which will affect the net income on total assets used as the main goal of the company. Abstract

The demand for Sargassum Sp seaweed exports from several countries in Asia, including Vietnam, China, and Japan, continues to arrive. One of them is the very high demand for seaweed from China, reaching 5,000 tons per year, not to mention Japan. PT Panorama Indah in Bima Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic, provided information on 17 shipments made during the previous period, exporting 941.42 tons worth US$252,468.90. Meanwhile, in 2019, it was able to export 2,082.76 tons of Sargassum sp type seaweed worth US$543,757.38. Teluk Sasah is one of the villages in Seri Kuala Lobam District, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands, which supplies Sargassum seaweed for sale. This type of research is quantitative research, research data in the form of numbers and analyzed using statistics. The method used in this study is a survey method and indirect observation. The conclusion of the research on the sale of sargassum seaweed has a significant effect on the economic growth of the people of Teluk Sasah Village, Bintan from the survey results about 64% of the community, especially the Tanjung Talok village, experienced an economic increase. Sales of Sargassum partially significantly influence the economic growth of the community T count = 3.687 2.052, Sales of Sargassum simultaneously have a significant effect on the economic growth of the community. Fcount > F table value = 10.279 > 3.34.

Abstract

The development of technology towards an all-digital direction in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly, causing changes in consumer behavior that shifts from offline shopping to online shopping. One of the most popular E-Commerce-based online shopping sites in Indonesia is Shopee. In this condition, purchasing decisions are influenced by price, promotion and trust. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of price, promotion, and trust on Shopee's online purchasing decisions in Bandar Lampung. The sampling used in this research is using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Price has a significant effect on Shopee online purchasing decisions in Bandar Lampung (2) Promotion has a significant effect on Shopee online purchasing decisions in Bandar Lampung (3) Trust has a significant effect on Shopee online purchasing decisions in Bandar Lampung and ( 4) Price, Promotion and Trust have a significant effect on Shopee's online purchasing decisions in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The concept of a green marketing mix is similar to that of a standard marketing mix in that both aim to satisfy customer needs, wants, and preferences while also contributing to environmental protection and upkeep. The environmental consciousness of consumers gives chances for businesses to implement green marketing and enhance sales. Green marketing becomes an alternative technique that not only improves the company's image, but also adds value to the company's business; consumers even want green options and are willing to pay a premium for them. The marketing strategy comprises of the company's external and internal components, whereas the marketing mix strategy is the fundamental concept and generic function of marketing, comprising product, price, place, and promotion elements that influence the occurrence of sales. Developing the green marketing mix (green marketing mix) is detachable from the classic 4P concept (product, pricing, location, promotion), with the inclusion of a number of components intimately tied to the purpose of green marketing and other highly relevant factors. Implementing a green marketing strategy necessitates a fundamental, comprehensive, and integrated approach to all functional components of marketing, such as the marketing mix, product design, price, location, and promotion.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan sharing knowledge dan skill kepada UMKM tentang bagaimana menghitung, membayar, dan melakukan pelaporan pajak sesuai dengan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku, sehingga dengan tingkat pengetahuan yang baik pelaku UMKM dapat memenuhi kewajiban perpajaknnya dengan optimal yaitu menghitung, membayar dan melapor pajak dengan benar sesuai dengan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku. Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Koperasi UMKM Indonesia (KOMINDO) Cirebon. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan ceramah, tanya jawab, praktek pengisian SPT. Hasil dari kegiatan ini peserta yang tergabung dalam Koperasi UMKM Indonesia (KOMINDO) Cirebon mengetahui peraturan perpajakan yang melekat pada UMKM serta melakukan pengisian SPT Tahunan PPh Badan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjalan baik dan mendapat respon positif dari pelaku UMKM. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari jumlah keikutsertaan peserta serta antusiasme selama kegiatan berlangsung.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of digital marketing with the implementation of Facebook Ads and the implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of digital marketing strategies including paid marketing (Facebook Ads) whose success is measured by Facebook Ads Manager and organic marketing (Search Engine Optimization) whose success is measured by Google Analytics, to increase traffic to the startup platform Ajarinaja.com. from the perspective of the Ajarinaja.com Startup Platform manager. As well as knowing the results of the comparison of the effectiveness of digital marketing using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) digital marketing between paid marketing using Facebook Ads and organic marketing using the implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in increasing traffic to visit the Ajarinaja.com startup platform. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach and interviews with the Startup Ajarinaja.com team, namely digital marketing, SEO article writers and graphic design. The informant determination technique used is purposive sampling technique. The focus of research in this research includes 1) Implementation of digital marketing strategies which include paid marketing (Facebook Ads) and organic marketing (Search Engine Optimization); 2) Comparison of the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies between Facebook Ads as paid marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) as organic marketing on the Ajarinaja.com Startup Platform.The results of this study show that the implementation of digital marketing in paid marketing using Facebook Ads for the Ajarinaja.com Startup Platform is more effective, compared to using Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Although Search Engine Optimization will provide impact visitors to the Ajarinaja.com Startup Platform in the future, but with the condition of the Ajarinaja.com Startup Platform which is still a new Startup Platform at this time, of course, the SEO strategy used still does not have a big impact when compared to the “paid marketing method'.
