Abstract

This study aims to examine and investigate the factors that influence the profitability of airport management companies in Asia Pacific. In this study, the Dependent Variable (Y) is Company Profitability, Independent Variable 1 (X1) is Investment Policy, Independent Variable 2 (X2) is Financing Policy and Independent Variable 3 (X3) is Production Management and Liquidity as Moderating Variable. In addition, it will be studied how the financial management behavior of airport management industrial companies in Asia Pacific especially at this time of the Covid 19 Pandemic. In sampling using criteria, namely an airport management company that serves passengers over 30,000,000 Pax/year, a management company Airports that serve Domestic and International flights, Issue Annual Reports regularly in the 2010 – 2020 period in a row. There are 6 Airport Management Companies in Asia Pacific that meet these criteria. The results of this study indicate that the Investment Policy, Financing Policy and Production Management affect the Company's Profitability. Meanwhile, liquidity cannot moderate the effect of Investment Policy, Financing Policy and Production Management on profitability.

Abstract

Mahasiswa banyak memulai bisnis MLM sebagai pilihan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan mereka tanpa harus selalu meminta kepada orang tua dan tidak mengganggu aktivitas perkuliahan karena tidak ada jam kerja pada sistem bisnis MLM. Sehingga bisnis MLM ini dapat meningkatkan semangat dalam mengembangkan jiwa entrepreneur. Hal ini menanarik untuk dikaji lebih dalam mengenai bagaimana peran MLM dalam mengembangkan semangat entrepreneurship dan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perusahaan AFC Life science. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah random sampling sehingga dalam penelitian ini didaptkan sampel penelitian ini adalah 100. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa jiwa kewirausahaan dipengaruhi oleh multi-level marketing sebesar 74.5% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang belum dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Produktivitas kerja dipengaruhi oleh multi-level marketing sebesar 66.4% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang belum dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Referring to the standards or parameters of quality education, namely Government Regulation (PP) No.19 of 2005, there are eight standards that must be considered in order to realize quality education, namely content standards, process standards, competency standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, management standards, financing standards. and educational assessment standards. So education must now be managed professionally because campuses that do not have competitiveness will experience the impact of intense competition, namely the decline in the number of students. Campuses that can compete with other campuses are those that can promise a reputation/quality of quality education, facilities and infrastructure to support lectures, provide job opportunities after graduation, have varied study programs so that students can choose areas of concentration according to their talents and interests. This study aims to determine the factors that influence student decisions in choosing a college. This study uses quantitative research methods using primary data obtained from the results of the questionnaire. The subjects in this study amounted to 132 students of the Perdana Mandiri Polytechnic Purwakarta by using a sampling technique, namely proportional random sampling. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis by calculating the t test, f test and test the coefficient of determination. The results of this research are the influence of Brand Image (X1), Campus Facilities (X2) and Campus Marketing factors (X3) on the Decision to Choose Higher Education (Y) which is 60.6%, the remaining 39.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim of knowing (1) the frequency of significant changes in performance and employee productivity at PT. Surya Pertiwi Nusantara before and before the implementation of training and development activities, (2) influence and development on the performance and productivity of employees at PT. Surya Pertiwi Nusantara. This research is a descriptive survey research. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, filling out questionnaires, observation and document studies. The data were analyzed using the Mc Nemar Change test to determine the significance of the changes. The results showed that (1) the frequency of significant changes in employee performance and productivity at PT. Surya Pertiwi Nusantara showed a significant change with low productivity of 1 person, no increase in productivity of 10 people, and no increase in productivity of 3 people, (2) there was a positive effect of training and development activities on employee performance and productivity at PT. Surya Pertiwi Nusantara is proven by the value of Sig. (2-tails) 0.006 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the collection of parking fees on public roads by the Department of Transportation of the City of Ternate, as well as knowing and analyzing the inhibiting factors for optimizing parking fees on public roads, and knowing what efforts are being made to overcome the inhibiting factors for optimizing parking fees. on the edge of a public road by the Department of Transportation of the City of Ternate. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive research method. Data collection techniques were carried out by participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the optimization of the collection of parking service fees on the edge of public roads by the Department of Transportation of the City of Ternate encountered obstacles in its implementation, namely: different revenue targets, lack of human resources for officers, manual collection system, limited infrastructure facilities, and regulations that have not adapted to developments. Based on this, it can be said that the levy collection process has been carried out, but has not run optimally as it should.

Abstract

The number of human resources absorbed in the world of work is increasing, but the quality or quality of our human resources is low, because the training and development of human resources to improve competence has not been carried out optimally, so that some existing human resources do not have good competence, so they have not been looked at in well-known companies. in addition, organizational culture affects the ability of human resources. Some of the existing human resources have not been able to adapt well to the company's organizational culture, so that their competencies do not appear well, because there are some existing companies that still apply a work culture that is not liked by some workers, so that their competencies are not maximized and have not convinced management. The type of leadership also affects competence, where there are few companies that have this type of leadership that tends to distrust subordinates, where this type of leadership tends to affect the abilities and competencies of subordinates, where the competence of subordinates is not appreciated and affects the performance of subordinates and the company's overall performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The population of this study is human resources who have worked in several companies throughout the city of Medan, amounting to 100 people/person, where the sampling technique in this study uses technique of the census method, with a sample of 100 HR people who have worked in several companies throughout the city of Medan through the distribution of questionnaires conducted using an online method. The results of the study which were based on the hypothesis partially and simultaneously stated that the variables of HR training and development, organizational culture and leadership type had an effect on the HR competency variables working in companies throughout the city of Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the profitability of the Tanjung Sekong oil and gas infrastructure project at PT Wijaya Karya in 2017–2019. The data was collected from the Tanjung Sekong Oil and Gas Infrastructure project report in 2017-2019. This research used NPV, IRR, profitability index, payback period, ROE, and ROI to conduct it. The result shows that the NPV obtained is positive, IRR > interest rate, Profitability Index > 1, the payback period for the project from 2017-2019 is returned within 1 year, 11 months and 5 days, the ROE value obtained is 13.15% and the ROI value of 18.18%. The project is feasible to continue and is feasible to be an investment project.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) To analyze how work discipline, work motivation and performance of employees of the Cirebon Regency Fire and Rescue Service are. 2) To find out whether there is an effect of work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Cirebon Regency Fire and Rescue Service. 3) To find out whether there is an effect of work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Cirebon Regency Fire and Rescue Service. 4) To find out whether there is an influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Cirebon Regency Fire and Rescue Service. The method in this study uses a causal associative approach. The population in this study were 40 employees of the Cirebon Regency Fire and Rescue Service, all of which will be used as sample subjects in this study. Research analysis with multiple linear regression. Data processing is assisted by the SPSS program. The results of this study conclude: 1) Discipline has an effect on employee performance. If discipline is improved, employee performance will also increase. 2) Work motivation has an effect on employee performance. The more work motivation given to employees, the employee's performance will increase. 3) Discipline and work motivation together affect employee performance. The effect together is 75.3%, the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the company's financial risk management at PT. Trisula Textile Industries. Many business risks of multinational companies have been identified, and many of the risks experienced have also been overcome. However, there has never been an in-depth study on all types of business risks that may occur, and how to best respond to these risks. Risk management is an important part of the management strategy of all companies. The process by which an organization with the right method is able to show the risks that occur in one activity that lead to success in each activity of all activities. The focus of risk management is the identification and how to overcome a risk. Maximizing company value Every company has an interest in measuring its performance. The company's ability to generate profits is the main focus in assessing the company's performance, because profit is not only a measure of the company's ability to achieve its goals. Investor liability is also an element of the company's value creation, which shows the company's future prospects. Firm value is influenced by the level of debt policy (leverage). Of course, the debt policy implemented by the company contains risks, and the company will face a fixed burden, of course, these expenses include costs. The research methodology used for this writing is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. Data collection techniques using literature study. The object of this research is to know the financial risk management on the company's financial performance at PT. Trisula Textile Industries period 2020.
