Abstract

Reduced interest in the use of city public transport services because there are still many public transport facilities that do not attach importance to the convenience of service users and the absence of alternative tariff options for long distance or short distance, so service users choose to use other transportation services that can answer their needs, such as transportation online that already exists in Purwakarta today. In this case the author is very interested in conducting research, with the title "The Influence of Perceptions of Comfort and Price Against Interest in the Use of City Public Transportation Transportation Services in Purwakarta District". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived comfort and price on the interest in using the City Public Transport Service in Purwakarta Regency. In this study respondents were users of public transportation services in Purwakarta using sampling techniques called Non-Probability Sampling. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, which is a method that is done by collecting, presenting and analyzing data that gives a clear enough picture of the object under study. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model with the help of IBM SPSS 21 program. Hypothesis This study shows that the variables of perceived comfort and price have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using public transportation services in the city of Purwakarta.

Abstract

The study was to determine the effect of Store Image and Service Quality on Consumer Buying Interest at a famous bakery at Purwakarta. The datas taken from respondents that was questionnaired to 96 respondents with Non Probability Sampling techniques. The research method used is descriptive method which is a method that is done by collecting, presenting and analyzing data so as to provide a clear enough picture of the object under study. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model with the help of IBM SPSS 21 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Store Image and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Interest in a famous bakery at Purwakarta.

Abstract

This research is intended to find out what factors are causing non-Muslims to become customers of Islamic banks. The study was conducted at the BNI Syariah branch of Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The results of the study show that: (1) Location partially does not affect the interest of non-Muslims to become customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of tcount <ttable (1.090 <1.657); (2) Service partially has no effect on the interest of non-Muslims being customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test obtained -count> -table (-1,055> -1,657). 3. Religious stimuli partially has no effect on the interest of non-Muslims becoming customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of -count> -table (-0.586> -1.657); (3) Reputation Partially does not affect the interest of non-Muslims to become customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of -count> -table (-0.448> 1.657); (4) Profit sharing Partially has no effect on the interest of non-Muslims becoming customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of -count> -table (-0.630> -1.657); (5) Promotion partially affects the interest of non-Muslims being customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test obtained t value> t table (2.571> 1.657); (6) Location, service, religious stimuli, reputation, profit sharing, and promotion simultaneously do not affect the interest of non-Muslims to become customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the F test which obtained the calculated F value <F table (1.619 <2.17).

Abstract

Patient satisfaction at the hospital is a benchmark that is a benchmark for patients in getting health care. Each hospital must run a variety of strategies so that patients feel satisfied with health services, one of the strategies is through a good corporate image and trust, where a good corporate image can increase trust. So that affecting patient satisfaction Mitra Medika Narom Hospital Kabupaten Bekasi. This research was conducted with descriptive and verification methods, namely knowing, analyzing, explaining and testing hypotheses, and making conclusions and suggestions. The sample in this study amounted to 240 respondents using the Eksplanary Survey method. Data analysis techniques used are ordinal scale techniques and path analysis using the Method of Successive Interval (MSI) tool, Microsoft Excel 2016 computer programs and SPSS 16. The results of this study reveal that the company's image at the Mitra Medika Narom Hospital in Kabupaten Bekasi is in the agreed criteria, meaning that Mitra Medika Narom Hospital has built and made a good company image so that it is better known to all people. Furthermore, trust in Mitra Medika Narom Hospital in Kabupaten Bekasi is in the agreed criteria, meaning that Mitra Medika Narom Hospital has succeeded in building a good and optimal Trust so that patients trust Mitra Medika Narom Hospital to obtain health services. Then the patient satisfaction at the Mitra Medika Narom Hospital in Kabupaten Bekasi is in the agreed criteria, meaning that the patients as respondents feel a high level of satisfaction after completing treatment at the Mitra Medika Narom Hospital. There is a positive, strong and two-way correlation between company image and trust variables of 0.646. There is a partial influence of company image on patient satisfaction at Mitra Medika Narom Hospital significantly by 11.98%. There is a partial influence of trust on patient satisfaction at Mitra Medika Narom Hospital significantly by 25.08%. Then there is a simultan influence of corporate image and trust on patient satisfaction at Mitra Medika Narom Hospital positively and significantly by 37.06% while the remaining 62.94% is contributed by other variables not examined

Abstract

The results of this study are expected to be used by Topas Galeria Hotel to assess Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) on Traveloka's Online Travel Agent (OTA) influences the decision to stay. Besides, the relationship between E-WOM activities in OTA can be used as a reference for Topas Galeria Hotel to determine the desires and expectations of prospective consumers in the future. Data were collected by a self-administered survey involving 384 respondents who made reservations at Topas Galeria Hotel through OTA Traveloka. The results showed that all indicators had a positive and significant influence on the decision to stay at Topas Galeria Hotel. Thus the hypothesis is proven, and the most influential dimension is the Valence of Opinion Dimension.

Abstract

A culinary business in West Java is totally famous, especially for some cites: Bandung, Bogor, Purwakarta, Cirebon, Sumedang, Sukabumi and others. This culinary can attract not only local consumers but also domestic tourists to come and consume products that owners offer. To make the business sustain, the owners have to innovate their products. This research is present to examine and analyze the impact of co-creation value (CCV) and entrepreneurship orientation (EO) on product innovation. The samples of this study are the sixty owners of the culinary business in West Java, taken by the purposive sampling method. Furthermore, the data are collected by the survey method and analyzed by the variance-based structural equation model. After investigating and discussing the two proposed hypotheses, this research sum ups that co-creation value (CCV) and entrepreneurship orientation (EO) possess a positive impact on product innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of content attractiveness, ease of use, quality of service interactions, online purchasing decisions, also to determine the effect of these variables both partially and jointly. Data collection uses purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are e-commerce users of blibli.com in Purwakarta. The research data were then analyzed using SPSS 24. In general the implementation of content appeal, ease of use, quality of service interaction, online purchasing decisions at e-commerce blibli.com in Purwakarta has been going well. The results showed that partially, the three independent variables namely Content Attractiveness, Ease of Use and Service Interaction Quality had a positive and significant effect on Online Purchasing Decisions, where Service Interaction Quality had the most influence. And the entire Independent variable influences together (simultaneously) on Online Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Fenomena perkembangan toko modern di Kabupaten Garut cukup dinamis seriring dengan laju pertumbuhan penduduk Kab. Garut, seperti di kutip Media Online Nasional http://nasional.republika.co.id Kabupaten Garut Tidak seperti daerah lain yang menyetop penambahan minimarket, Kabupaten Garut justru menambah kuota minimarket. Hal ini dilakukan agar minimarket di kecamatan tumbuh secara merata, sebelumnya, kuota minimarket di Garut hanya 213 unit sesuai surat keputusan (SK) bupati tahun 2013. Mulai Desember 2015, kuotanya ditambah sebanyak 98 unit, akan tetapi berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati (Perbup) Nomor 3 Tahun 2016, ada aturan yang harus dipenuhi, yaitu persyaratan administrasi tentang jarak antar minimarket dengan pasar tradisional. Selain jarak, pengusaha minimarket juga harus menjalin kemitraan dengan masyarakat sekitar. Sehingga, tercipta persaingain pasar yang sehat di lingkungan tersebut. Penerbitan izin minimarket juga membutuhkan rekomendasi berupa kajian lingkungan, izin mendirikan bangunan (IMB) dan sejumlah koordinasi dengan dinas-dinas terkait. Berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku, pembangunan minimarket baru bisa dilakukan setelah izin dikeluarkan pemerintah. Penambahan kuota minimarket didasarkan atas kajian dan penghitungan teknis yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Kabupaten Garut. Beberapa hal yang mempengaruhi bertambahnya kuota minimarket, di antaranya luas wilayah Kabupaten Garut, jumlah penduduk, dan daya beli masyarakat juga termasuk keberadaan pedagang /toko/ warung kecil disekitarnya. Berdasarkan hasil kajian kami dilihat dari perspektif pelayanan, maka secara umum keberadaan Alfamart di kedua lokasi ( Kec. Tarogong dan Cilawu ) tersebut sudah baik seperti penetapan harga, lokasi toko, pelibatan tenaga kerja lokal dan jam operasional. Namun ada beberapa hal yang perlu mendapat perhatian diantaranya ; masih belum terjalinnya kerjasama kemitraan antara Alfamart dengan UMKM di daerah sekitar, kelengkapan sarana prasarana penunjang pelayanan yang belum memadai serta masa berlaku perpanjangan ijin operasional hendaknya di awasi untuk pemenuhan kembali syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Profitability (ROA), Leverage (LTDER), and Intensity of Fixed Assets Against Tax Avoidance. The population in this study were all food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2017, namely 18 companies. Data collection using purposive sampling method and based on predetermined criteria, the number of samples obtained were 12 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange during the 2015-2017 period. The data analysis method used is the panel data regression analysis method. The results showed that: 1) Profitability (Return On Assets) had a negative and not significant effect on Tax Avoidance, 2) Leverage (Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio) had no effect on Tax Avoidance, 3) CapitL Intensity had no effect on Tax Avoidance.
