Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Share Prices with Profitability as Intervening Variables in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Where Profitability used in the study is Return on Assets (ROA). This study uses secondary data, which is in the form of financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The samples used were 6 companies from 17 populations in 2012-2017 in the selection of samples conducted by purposive sampling. The statistical method used is panel data path analysis. The results showed that Total Asset Turnover (TATO) directly had a significant negative effect on Stock Prices. Likewise, the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) directly has a significant positive effect on stock prices. While indirectly the Total Asset Turnover (TATO) mediated by Profitability affects the Stock Price. Meanwhile, indirectly the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) mediated by Profitability has no effect on the Share Price.

Abstract

The Research aimed to determine factors that influencing the purchase decision of oriflame’s product. This research was take in two variables that affect the decision to purchase the green marketing (X1) and Product Quality (X2). Data collection using non-probability technique and the kind of the purposive sampling spread at les 100 respondents in Purwakarta that are active and ever of Oriflame’s consumer products. The research analyzed through the software SPSS 22. The outcome of this research, in partial such green marketing and the product quality have had a significant positive impact of the purchase decision. The whole dependent variable simultaneously influence of the purchase decision with F value count 55,587 and the economic situation of significant 0,000 < 0.05. R square value showed the results of 0,534 having meaning that whole of dependent variable influential simultaneously as many as 53,4 %.

Abstract

This analysis aims to find out, analyze and explain how the bank's soundness level compares with the Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital methods in accordance with applicable regulations. This research was conducted using a comparative descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of the analysis of this study the authors get that Conventional Commercial Banks have a Risk Profile (NPL ratio) with a rating of "Good" better than a Sharia Commercial Bank with a rating of "Fairly Good". Conventional Commercial Banks have a Risk Profile (LDR) higher than Islamic Commercial Banks with a rating of "Fairly Good". Conventional Commercial Banks have Good Corporate Governance (GCG) better than Sharia Commercial Banks with a "Good" rating. Conventional Commercial Banks have better Earning (ROA) with a "Very Good" rating than a Sharia Commercial Bank with a "Very Poor" rating. Abstract

ABSTRAK Objek dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Perum Peruri Direktorat SDM dan Umum. Adapun metode penelitiannya menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif verifikatif, dengan sumber data yang dipergunakan adalah primer dan sekunder. Dari populasi 256 orang, diambil sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan Probability Sampling khususnya Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling didapat sampel sebanyak 156 orang. Untuk mengukur besarnya kinerja karyawan melalui digitalisasi bisnis dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening, digunakan teknik analisis data analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan menggunakan software SPSS Versi 16. Hasil Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pelaksanaan digitalisasi bisnis dinilai para karyawan baik, gambaran budaya organisasi dinilai baik dan kinerja karyawan secara umum dinilai optimal. Terbukti adanya pengaruh digitalisasi bisnis terhadap budaya organisasi dan besarnya pengaruh tersebut adalah kuat. Terbukti adanya pengaruh digitalisasi bisnis terhadap kinerja karyawan dan besarnya pengaruh tersebut adalah cukup kuat. Terbukti adanya pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan besarnya pengaruh tersebut adalah kuat.

Abstract

Indonesia has the largest number of Muslim in the world, therefore the potential of zakat can reach 3.46 percent of GDP. But in fact, total collection of zakat is not accordance with its potential. One of the solution which can be done is approach the millennial generation and take advantage of current financial technology. Along with the issue, the purpose of this research is to examine the faktors that influence millennials generation in Jabodetabek in their decision to pay zakat, infaq and alms through digital platforms. Based on the literature review, behavioral intentions will affect individual behavior of consuming an item or service, which in this study is behavior in deciding to pay ZIS through a digital platform such as OVO, GoPay, mobile banking. In addition, religiosity is a form of individual behavior towards their religion and it can influence the decisions to pay ZIS. By using PLS-SEM analysis, as well as survey data from the distribution of questionnaires to 153 respondents, it was found that intention behavior was significantly influential in the decision to pay ZIS through digital platform. While religiosity has no significant effect on the decision to pay ZIS through a digital platform.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the advertising, product quality and purchase decisions at CV Cemilan Kunik Garut and to determine the effect of advertising on purchasing decisions, the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, and the effect of advertising and product quality on purchasing decisions on food products CV Cemilan Kunik. Arrowroot. The research method used is descriptive method. Descriptive method is a research conducted to determine the value of the independent variable, either one or more (independent) variables without making comparisons, or connecting one variable to another. The population in this study were all consumers who had purchased products in CV Cemilan Kunik Garut food products, while the samples taken were 68 people and the sampling was carried out using incidental sampling. Based on data processing using SPSS veri 20, the research instrument used in this study was declared valid because it had a value greater than the r table of 0.238 and reliable because it had a value greater than the Cronbach alpha value of 0.600. From the results of the correlation test, advertising has a strong influence on purchasing decisions with an r value of 0.646 and a determination coefficient of 41.3% and the remaining 58.7% is influenced by other factors not examined, while the results of the product quality correlation test have a strong influence on purchasing decisions. r value of 0.634 and coefficient of determination of 43.3% and the remaining 56.7% influenced by other factors not examined. Then the results of the advertising correlation test and product quality have a very strong influence on purchasing decisions with an r value of 0.824 and a determination coefficient of 67.9% and the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

In 2017, retail business has decreased. Moreover, these days, conventional retail businesses such as department store isn’t only competing with similar businesses. Yet, also compete with businesses that use online shopping methods. The rapid of technological advancement and idea of easy access, encourage consumers to have the intention of switching from conventional shopping to online shopping which is considered effective and efficient. This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence the Customer Switching Intention. In this research, three variables that are expected to influence customer switching intention are Consumer Knowledge (X1), Consumer Involvement (X2) and costumer psychological factor (X3). The Data was collected using accidental sampling technique by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents who are consumers of department store Purwakarta and also had experience of shopping online. Research data is then analyzed through software SPSS 23. From the results of the research, partially, Consumer Knowledge, Consumer Involvement and costumer psychological factor have positive and significant impact on Customer Switching Intention. And all dependent variables simultaneously affect Customer Switching Intention with the value of F count 45,860 and significance level 0,000 < 0,05. And the value of R Square shows the results of 0.589 which means that the whole of the dependent variables simultaneously as much as 58.9%.

Abstract

This research manifests the effect of Leader Member Exchange, and Information Technology Expertise on the Performance of Middle School Teachers in Purwakarta Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leader member exchange, and information technology expertise on the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta with the research method used was descriptive analytical. The research data were obtained from questionnaires which were distributed directly to 95 teachers of state junior high schools in Purwakarta Regency, which were spread across 51 junior high schools through Google Form. Data processing was performed using the SPSS program version 24.0 which included a validity test, a reliability test, a correlation test, a multiple linear regression test, and a classic assumption test. The results showed that partially leader member exchange had a significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta by 54.40%, and information technology expertise significantly influenced the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta by 49.30%. Simultaneously showed a significant influence of leader member exchange and information technology expertise on the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta Regency by 64.21% and the remaining 35.79% was influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of company growth, capital structure, and dividend policy on firm value in property, real estate, and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The data used are secondary data and the method used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the Eviews 9 program to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable with another variable. The sample in this study consisted of 19 companies that were consistently listed on the IDX for 5 years in the 2013-2017 period with purposive sampling as a sampling method. The results of this study are that the variable capital structure and dividend policy have a significant influence on the firm's value partially at a level of significance of less than 5%. While the company's growth variable does not have a significant effect on the company's value partially. The results of the simultaneous regression analysis found that company growth, capital structure, and dividend policy together affect the value of the company. The predictive ability of the three variables on firm value is 72.1% while the remaining 27.9% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

The research with the title of the influence of entrepreneurial spirit and the use of social media on the interest of entrepreneurship in female (case study on STIE Dr. Khez. Muttaqien and STIEB Perdana Mandiri in Purwakarta). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial spirit and the use of social media on the interest of entrepreneurship in private college students in Purwakarta. The respondent in this study were private college students in the Purwakarta economic cluster. The number of respondents in this study was determined by 95 respondents using a sampling technique called probability sampling technique. The research method used is descriptive method is a method that is carried out by collecting, presenting and analyzing data so as to provide a fairly clear picture of the object under study. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model with the help of IBM SPSS version 22. The results of this study shows that the variable entrepreneurial spirit and the use of social media have a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in female private university students in Purwakarta.
