Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and assess how good PT. ADP manages and controls its receivables. A qualitative approach is applied in descriptive research methodologies. Analytical techniques are only limited to examining the control of receivables with elements of internal control and analyzing the management of receivables with financial ratios related to receivables. Both primary and secondary data are consulted for gathering data. Utilize observation, interviews, and documentation as a data collection strategy. The results showed that the management and control of PT ADP's receivables was still insufficient to reduce the amount of uncollectible receivables caused by Indonesia's difficult economic situation when COVID-19 was widespread and there was a dearth of a clear separation of duties, which had an impact on the receivables collection process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of village funds on infrastructure development. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. significant test through (t-test), using simple linear regression and coefficient of determination (R2). The population in this study were 56 people from Klawaren Village, Wemak District, Sorong Regency. the sample amounted to 34 respondents. Primary data were obtained through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. From the results of data processing simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS for windows version 25 program, the regression equation Y = 9.824 + 0.592X the regression coefficient value of 0.592 means that every time there is a change and an addition of one percent in the village fund variable, the infrastructure development variable will increase by 0.592 if the village fund variable is zero, then infrastructure development has a value of 9,824. In the coefficient of determination test obtained R square 55.9%. meaning that village funds have an effect on infrastructure development by 55.9%. while the remaining 44.1% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study. The results of the t-test, where tcount 8,273 > from ttable 1.6939, it can be said that the village fund variable has a positive and significant effect on infrastructure development.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of service to customer satisfaction of PT.Sinarmas Multifinance which can be measured by :1. Tangibles , 2. Reliability, 3.Responsiveness 4.Asurance, 5.Emphaty. This research uses a quantitative research approach with an observation approach and the distribution of questionnaires ,with a sampel of 50 customers of PT.Sinarmas Multifinance Sorong City barnch. Using data analysis techniques : 1.simple linear regression analysis, 2. T test, 3.test the coefficient of determination (R2). The result of linear regression analysisi obtained the aquation Y = 5.675 + 0.695 X. where a =5.675 is a constant value,assuming that if the service increases by 1,there is an increase in customer satisfaction value of 0.695. The results of the analysis r^2 = 0.506 or 50.6%, which means that customer satisfaction is 50.6% influenced by the quality of service to customer of PT.Sinarmas Multifinance Sorong City branch ,while the remaining 49.4% is determinend by other variables not examinend in this study.

Abstract

Free trade is a way to increase trade. Indonesia has 15 free trade agreements. Indonesia Chile Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IC CEPA) is Indonesia's first free trade agreement with Latin American countries. The research question is whether there are differences in the value of imports, exports, and Indonesia's trade balance before and after the enactment of the IC CEPA. This study aims to describe the impact of IC CEPA on trade between the two countries. The data used in this research is quantitative. The type of data is time series data in the form of monthly data from August 2016 to July 2022. The statistical analysis method used in this study is a comparative test. This test compares data before and after the implementation of IC CEPA. Based on the Wilcoxon test, there is a different value of exports and imports before and after IC CEPA entry into force. There is no difference in the trade balance before and after the enactment of the IC CEPA. The impact of IC CEPA has succeeded in increasing the level of trade between Indonesia and Chile. The government should further optimize the market using FTAs ​​by increasing the value of exports

Abstract

Perppu No. 1 of 2020 provides a new instrument to minimize the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the village economy. Article 2 Paragraph (1) letter (i) of the regulation states that it is necessary to prioritize the use of budget allocations for certain activities (refocusing), adjustment of allocations, and/or cutting/delaying the distribution of budget transfers to regions and village funds, with certain criteria. Furthermore, in the explanation of the Perppu it is stated that what is meant by "prioritizing the use of village funds" is that village funds can be used, among others, for direct cash assistance (BLT) for the poor in villages and activities to handle the Covid 19 pandemic. The problem that is the focus of this research is how the impact of distributing BLT to the Paloh Lada gampong community in supporting the family economy. And also the effectiveness of the implementation of BLT as well as obstacles in economic recovery in the village. This study aims to see whether BLT can ease the economy of the community affected by COVID-19 and whether the BLT that has been provided can support the economy of families and villages in Paloh Lada Village, especially in Dewantara District. The research method used is the interview method either directly or by distributing google form. The sample is the Paloh Lada village community who are included in the BLT recipient category during the covid-19 pandemic. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this study show that the community is greatly helped by the BLTDD provided by the Government through the Village Fund. The community's economy is slowly starting to bounce back after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Aim of this study is to analyze the performance of finance in Kapuas Local Government in regional financial management according to APBD (Local Government Budget) 2020, reviewed by financial ratio analysis encompassing local financial independence ratio, effectivity ratio, and growth ratio with its realization. Data which are used to analyze the aforementioned ratios are derived from Kapuas Local Government’s budget realization report year 2019 and 2020. Results of the study indicate the financial independence of Kapuas Regency had reached 5.49% in 2020 and 6.03% in 2021, from which it can be reckoned that Kapuas Local Government has successfully raised its financial independence ratio. Effectivity ratio of Kapuas Local Government is shown to attain 92.62% in 2020, which is considered to be effective, and increase to 94.38% in 2021 from which Kapuas Local Government’s effectivity ratio is considered to be preferable than prior year. PAD (Local Own-source Revenue) growth in 2020 decreased in insignificant amount from prior year, while in 2021 Kapuas Local Government has attained 9.18% of PAD growth that conveys Kapuas Local Government in 2021 has attained advanced performance than 2020.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and job satisfaction on innovative behavior. The effect of innovative behavior on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income and consumption patterns of the Simpang Baru sub-district, Bina Widya District, Pekanbaru City during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a research using primary data, while the data analyzed is that obtained using a research questionnaire with the determination of the sample using the slovin calculation as many as 382 samples. The analysis technique uses the t test or the different test with SPSS. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the income of the Simpang Baru Village Community, Bina Widya Subdistrict before the presence of covid with after the covid has decreased, this is evident from the real value of income which has decreased after the presence of covid compared to before the existence of covid19 in the Simpang Baru Village, Bina Widya District, Pekanbaru City. The pattern of consumption (expenditures) of the Simpang Baru Bina Widya Village community has changed after the covid19 was compared to before the covid19, the pattern has changed, namely before the covid the percentage of income allocation was greater for food than non-food but after the covid19 non-food expenditure was actually greater than food .

Abstract

This article highlight of product quality and services on customer satisfaction using Polytron brand washing machines in Medan, North Sumatra. Theories used in this study include product quality theory, service theory and consumer satisfaction theory. The population in this study were 78 users of Polytron brand washing machines in Medan City, North Sumatra. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach that is supported by a survey, and is explanatory. The results of the study by testing the t-test hypothesis showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction using Polytron brand washing machines in Medan. Service has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction using Polytron brand washing machines in Medan. The results of the F test indicate that the quality of products and services has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction using Polytron brand washing machines in Medan. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of product and service quality is able to explain the consumer satisfaction variable of 95.5% and the remaining 4.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as price, promotion, location and so on.

Abstract

This study was conducted on purpose to help examining and analyzing the Brand Image and Quality of Service affect the Decision to Stay at Reddorz Pondok Labu. To find out and analyze the quality of brand image and service like what is dominant to influence the decision to stay at Reddorz Pondok Labu. The study was conducted at Reddorz Pondok Labu. The results indicated that brand image and also service quality gives such a positive and also significant influence toward the decision to stay at Reddorz Pondok Labu. This means that the decision to stay is determined by the brand image and quality of service of a hotel or guesthouse that provides comfort to every consumer. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling techniques. The data were collected using the souce of primary data by givig set of questionnaires to 99 respondents. The analysis applied is testing techniques that exist in SPSS 23. The study results proved that the variables of Brand Image and Service Quality, together produce data that affect the Decision to Stay at Reddorz Pondok Labu.
