Abstract

Cooperative which means a joint venture (Anoraga and Widiyanti, 1997:38-39). Cooperatives are people's economic institutions that encourage the people's economy to increase people's prosperity. Therefore, the focus of cooperatives is not only on products and services but also on their production, human resources, and the environment. Member satisfaction is the main factor that can make switching to another financial institution. Member satisfaction is one of the main goals of every institution. In this case, an important factor contributing to member satisfaction is service quality, which is recognized as the most important factor in member satisfaction. Member satisfaction depends on the quality of service desired. Based on the background of the problem, the formulation of the research problem is How is the Analysis of Cooperative Member Satisfaction on Service Quality at the Sumber Sejahtera Credit Union Cooperative, South Kalimantan?. The purpose of this study is to determine the satisfaction of cooperative members on service quality at the Sumber Sejahtera Credit Union Cooperative, South Kalimantan. The type of research used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative. According to Sugiyono (2016: 9) qualitative research methods are research methods used to examine the condition of natural objects where the researcher is the key instrument. In this study, the author uses an analytical technique, namely the customer satisfaction index (CSI). And the technique used in data collection is a questionnaire. The feasibility and reliability of the questionnaire will be measured using the validity and reliability test of the questionnaire, which data collection is online using the google form media. The study entitled "ANALYSIS OF COOPERATIVE MEMBERS' SATISFACTION ON SERVICE QUALITY IN CREDIT UNION SUMBER SEJAHTERA, SOUTH KALIMANTAN" concluded that service quality has a significant effect on member satisfaction. From the research conducted, the implementation of service quality in the majority of Credit Union cooperatives has been carried out well and in accordance with the wishes and needs of consumers. It is evident that the average respondent gives a high score on the scale of the answers provided. However, there are several elements that need to be considered by the company to be able to create consistency in customer satisfaction, such as increasing the parking area and improving sanitation and maintaining clean and fragrant toilets.

Abstract

Attitude is an individual's attitude in acting which is the result of a stimulus received in his activities or experiences that can cause or influence the actions and behavior of the individual. Based on the background of the problem, the formulation of the research problem is how the development of aspects of social attitudes and customs of the Dayak Meratus in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of aspects of social attitudes and customs of the Dayak Meratus in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The type of research used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative. According to Sugiyono (2016: 9) qualitative research methods are research methods used to examine the condition of natural objects where the researcher is the key instrument. Miles and Hubermen (1984), suggest that the activities in qualitative data analysis are carried out interactively and take place continuously until complete, so that the data is saturated. The size of the data saturation is indicated by the absence of new data or information. Activities in the analysis include data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and drawing conclusions and verification (conclusion drawing/verification). The results of the study show that honesty, discipline, a sense of responsibility, and tolerance and mutual cooperation are very important in the life of the Dayak Meratus indigenous people in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This is the foundation of life for the Meratus Dayak indigenous people, both in terms of natural management and social life. The customs and culture that have been inherited by the ancestors, the system of norms, customary law, customary rules and sanctions in customs are very important in the life of the Meratus Dayak indigenous people in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. and preserving local wisdom by the younger generation is very important in the life of the Dayak Meratus indigenous people in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The conclusion in this study is that the aspect of social attitude consists of: honesty, responsibility, discipline, tolerance, and mutual cooperation, in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era for the Meratus Dayak community, assessing this is very important as the basis of daily life in responding to the flow of globalization for the people of Meratus. the younger generation in an increasingly advanced era. Aspects of Customs and Tradition consist of: culture, norms, customary law, and local wisdom, in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era for the Meratus Dayak Indigenous community, this is very important as law and norms to regulate the life of the Meratus Dayak Indigenous community.

Abstract

Unplanned purchase decisions not only occur in offline stores but also in e-commerce. This study aims to determine the effect of FoMO, Shopping Pleasure, and Hedonic Shopping Motivation on unplanned purchase decisions on e-commerce Shopee during Harbolnas. The research method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling method used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 23 as a test tool. The results showed that the variables FoMO, Shopping Pleasure, and Hedonic Shopping Motivation had an effect on unplanned purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce during Harbolnas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of professionalism, work discipline, and tenure on employee productivity in a company. This research was conducted on employees at PT Trustlog Total Solusindo, in the city of Surabaya, East Java. The research method used in this research is descriptive by using quantitative methods. This study uses primary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires by taking employee respondents at PT Trustlog Total Solusindo in Surabaya, East Java. This study uses a sample of the total population of the number of employees in the office. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the variables of professionalism, work discipline, and tenure have a positive effect on work productivity. And the variables of professionalism, work discipline, and tenure simultaneously affect employee productivity.

Abstract

One form of levy imposed in Indonesian legislation is the Value Added Tax (VAT) which is regulated in Law no. 42 of 2009. PT Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo Jember is a company registered as a taxpayer entrepreneur. This company is engaged in the distribution of goods from various multinational manufacturing companies since 1997. In terms of its business activities, PT Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo Jember conducts trading activities subject to VAT. The purpose of this research will be to analyze the implementation of reporting, calculating, and paying VAT carried out by PT Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo whether it is correct and appropriate or not appropriate or appropriate according to the laws and regulations. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. The data sources used in this study are input tax and output tax data in 2020. Meanwhile, the data collection methods used are interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that the implementation of Value Added Tax at PT. Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo has complied with the prevailing laws and regulations. Among them are the determination of the tax base based on the selling price, as well as the tax rate imposed at 10% of the tax base.

Abstract

Hajj savings is a product owned by Bank Syariah Indonesia cab Tanjung. Through hajj savings products, Bank Syariah Indonesia collects Hajj funds managed and distributed through sukuk investments (corporate, state, and regional), deposits, sharia stocks, and mutual funds. In 2021, the collection of Hajj funds had increased every year by 35% of the amount of IDR 17,869,510,000,000 hajj funds collected through Bank Syariah Indonesia distributed to state sukuk products to obtain profit or income. So the manager explains that the Hajj fund will be distributed in the type of business, time, and profit sharing. This research method uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with the management and Hajj at Bank Syariah cab Tanjung by applying the mudharabah mutlaqah agreement in the distribution and distribution of revenue sharing of the Hajj fund. In determining informants using the purposive sampling method, which consists of 5 informants who will be interviewed about the distribution and calculation of the profit sharing of Hajj funds. In 2020 the Hajj fund collected from the public amounted to IDR 17,890,723,000, - so that Islamic banks as hajj fund managers will distribute the Hajj funds in the form of investment as the following: money market, capital market, construction of facilities and infrastructure, deposits and national sharia valuable certificates (SBSN). Islamic banks will provide a monthly profit sharing of 4%, distributed to Hajj savings customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Online Customer Reviews and Celebrity Endorsements on Purchase Intention of local Indonesian skin care (Scarlett Whitening) moderated by Trust. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were people aged 15-50 years who knew and understood about Scarlett Whitening skincare. The data collection used in this study uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.2.0. The results in this study indicate that Online Customer Reviews has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intentions and Celebrity Endorsements have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intentions. But Trust does not moderate the effect of Online Customer Review on Purchase Intention and Trust does not moderate the effect of Celebrity Endorsement on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

The growth of the current business has been rife. Today one of the industries that are in demand is the operation of boarding homes. Starting with the serious business area and working my way up. In order to analyze specific populations or samples, such as customers who rent out boarding homes in the Poltekkes Surakarta region, a quantitative research methodology was adopted. With a total of 150 respondents, sampling was done using a non-probability sampling technique, and the data used were primary data in the form of questionnaires. The use of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software aided the analysis in this study. The results of data analysis show that Location has a positive effect on Consumer Loyalty, Price has a positive effect on Consumer Loyalty, Facilities have a positive effect on Consumer Loyalty, Location has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Price has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Facilities have a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Satisfaction has a positive effect as a mediation between Locations to Consumer Loyalty, Consumer Satisfaction positive effect as a mediation between Price to Consumer Loyalty, Consumer Satisfaction has a positive effect as a mediation between Facilities to Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of leadership on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sirojul Ulum, Sukabumi Regency. The research design used in this study is descriptive and associative methods. Descriptive method is research conducted to determine the value of independent variables, either one or more (independent) variables without making comparisons, or connecting with other variables. While the associative method is research that aims to determine the influence or also the relationship between two or more variables. This associative method is used to determine the effect of the two variables. Unit analysis in this research is individual i.e. teacher in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sirojul Ulum Sukabumi Regency, population and sample is all teacher in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sirojul Ulum 30 teachers in total. The result indicated that leadership (X) ‘s influence on teacher performance (Y) is at 93% and the rest 7% is influenced by other variables that are not in this research
