Abstract

PT. LIXIL Aluminum Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in the aluminum sash building sector. This study aims to find out how to increase employee productivity, also to find out how the influence of motivation, discipline and job satisfaction has an impact on employee productivity at PT. LIXIL Aluminum Indonesia. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. While data collection techniques include observation, interviews and distribution of questionnaires. Then the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the research that has been done, it shows that work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. LIXIL Aluminum Indonesia is proven from the t-count results and the significance value of each variable is more than the specified value. And simultaneously (together) all variables (work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction) based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) above it is found that work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction can affect the work productivity of employees of PT. LIXIL Aluminum Indonesia is 79.6% of which the other 20.4% is influenced by other variables outside the variables in this study, such as work environment factors, access to companies and so on.

Abstract

Auditors as one of the capital market supporting professions have an important role. Auditors provide opinions on financial statements which are then used by stakeholders to make decisions. Stakeholders will use the financial statements only if the financial statements can reflect the reasonable condition of the company. This is where the role of the auditor's opinion is to provide an opinion on the company's financial statements. In the process of giving an opinion, the auditor first conducts an audit of the company. When conducting an audit, the auditor is often faced with a limited audit time. This study examines how auditors can produce quality audits under time pressure while maintaining professionalism. The study was conducted at Public Accounting Firms in Bandung. From the results of the study it was found that limited time reduces audit quality, but auditors can still maintain audit quality by being professional.

Abstract

This research has the purpose to analyze the factors that cause digital payment usage intention, the factors that being used in this research is security, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, subjective norms, and attitude then find out the impact of the security toward usage intention, perceived usefulness toward usage intention, perceived ease of use toward usage intention, trust toward usage intention, subjective norms toward usage intention, attitude toward usage intention, and the simultaneous impact from all of the variables toward usage intention The methodology that use in this study is quantitative approach hence it will use the questionnaire as media to gathering the primary data. This study used 300 sample data of Indonesia citizen for being analysis using validity and reliability test, multiple regression analysis, T-test and F-test the result is: security, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, subjective norms and attitude give significant impact to the digital payment usage intention. However, perceived usefulness did not give significant impact toward digital payment usage intention (it give very low impact on digital payment usage intention). The result from multiple regression analysis R2 shows the result 0.481 which mean all of the factors that choose to analyze in this research influence as big as 48.2% toward usage intention.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and determine the effect of Profitability and Company Size on Audit Report Lag in Financial Institutional sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018. This study uses secondary data and uses purposive sampling with predetermined criteria. The sample of this study uses 13 companies engaged in the Financial Institutional sub sector that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 to 2020. The analytical technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and uses the Eviews version 9 application. The results of this study indicate that Profitability and Company Size have a significant and simultaneous effect on Audit Report Lag. With a coefficient of determination of 0.870044, this states that the independent variable explains the dependent variable 87%. And the remaining 13% id influenced by other independent variables outside of this study.

Abstract

It knows the success rate of Artificial Insemination (IB) for dairy cattle and of the SIKOMANDAN program on the income of dairy farmers based on birth date in Batu City and Knowing the factors that support the success of the SIKOMANDAN program in Batu City. The research was conducted using quantitative descriptive research and data collection was obtained through interviews with cow’s breeders and supporting literature. Using descriptive analysis and mathematical calculations. The artificial isemination program (IB) and SIKOMANDAN in Batu City is considered quite successful and satisfying because the program runs according to the expectations of the cows breeders. The factors that support the program include the support of human resources, paramedics, satisfactory service and support from the government. The existence of the SIKOMANDAN program is not only based on dairy cow’s, but also on other commodities such as beef cow’s and other livestock.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassadors and brand image on purchasing decisions for Nature Republic products at Kpopers in the Cheries Group Chat. The method used in this research is quantitative research with associative method with a total sample of 145 respondents. The analytical technique used to process SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that the brand ambassador has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the acquisition of a statistical t table of 2.398 > 1.97635 and 0.018 < 0.05. Then, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the acquisition of a statistical t table of 7.999 > 1.97635 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and location access on the guest visiting intention at Hotel Santika Sukabumi, either partially or simultaneously. The population is all potential tourists in the city of Sukabumi whose number cannot be known with certainty. A sample of 99 people was taken. Determination of the sample size using the Cochran formula. The sampling technique chosen is incidental sampling. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing electronic questionnaires within one month (cross section). The collected primary data was processed by multiple linear regression analysis. It was found that brand image partially has a significant effect on guest visiting intention at Hotel Santika Sukabumi, location access partially does not have a significant effect on guest visiting intention at Hotel Santika Sukabumi, brand image and location access simultaneously have a significant influence on the guest visiting intention at Hotel Santika Sukabumi where 52.5% of variations in guest visiting interest at Hotel Santika Sukabumi can be explained by variations in brand image and location access.

Abstract

Technological developments are increasing rapidly, encouraging industry players to innovate in the field of technology, one of which is online shopping transactions, namely Online shopping. There are many online shops present, one of which is Tokopedia. Tokopedia is still one of the online shops that are popular with consumers. This is inseparable from the role of consumers in purchasing decisions which are quite high. Purchasing decisions are one of the most important factors in marketing management because purchasing decisions are the basis for the birth of a purchase. And sampling by sampling technique, namely accidental sampling based on the formula proportion of sampling. Data collection includes observation, distribution of questionnaires and literature study. This study aimed to determine the effect of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Convenience on the Buying Decision of the Tokopedia Online Shop. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 100 respondents. Perceived usefulness has a significant and partially positive effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. Perceived convenience has a significant and partially positive effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. Adjusted R Square calculation results show that 46.9% of Purchasing decisions can be influenced by Perceived usefulness and Perceived Convenience.

Abstract

The ultimate goal to be achieved by a company is to obtain the expected profit or profit in accordance with the specified target. Therefore, the factor of company size and profitability on firm value becomes interesting to study. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of firm size and profitability both partially and simultaneously on firm value. This study recapitulates 9 issuers in the food and beverage subsector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The data collected was processed using multiple regression with SPSS version 20. The results showed that company size has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, profitability has an effect positive and significant to firm value, firm size and profitability simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on consumer goods company stock prices, either partially or simultaneously. This Researh using quantitative data and time series data obtained from financial statements PT. Siantar Top Tbk. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling taken during the period 2017-2020 Stock Prices, Inflation, Interest Rate and Exchange Rate. Analysis model used in this study was a multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate partial variable inflation rate has a significant negative correlation effect and variable interest rate has positively and significantly correlated to the price of company stock Siantar Top Tbk. Exchange Rates does not have a significant effect on stock price fluctuations Siantar Top. While the simultaneous or independent variable inflation rate, interest rate and exchange rate has a significant influence on company's stock price Siantar Top. The coefficient of determination in this study was 71.29%, which indicates that the variation in inflation, Interest Rate, and Exchange Rate was able to explain the variation in stock price PT. Siantar Top Tbk. While the remaining 28.71% is explained variables other variables
