Abstract

Social media users are increasing and influencing the world of marketing, even the use of social media as a marketing tool is considered a trendsetter. This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing on university students' purchase intention in smartphones sold at Tricomsel Gunungsitoli. This study was carried out using quantitative data, with a questionnaire containing 20 questions and being distributed to 85 survey university students who had made at least one smartphone purchase from the Tricomsel Gunungsitoli store. Utilizing the slovin formula, researchers employed the sampling technique of random selection. The purpose of this study's data analysis was to test hypotheses using validity and reliability testing. The results of the regression analysis demonstrate a very significant and statistically significant correlation between social media and consumers' purchasing interest by 73.7%. Researchers recommend that store to keep improving the marketing strategy through social media

Abstract

A person may experience either positivity or despondency after assessing a product in light of the expectations the person had for it, which is known as satisfaction. The objective of this research was to investigate, from a multiracial perspective and, at the same time, the impact that Dekorindo Jaya Furniture's marketing efforts and promotional strategies had on the level of contentment experienced by its clientele. This study was carried out in Dekorindo Jaya Furniture, which is located in Gunungsitoli City, North Sumatra. Using the nonprobability sampling method, the number of samples was decided to be 45 respondents, and multiple regression was implemented to analyze the data. According to the findings of the research conducted, it was discovered that advertising and product quality have a favorable and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Dekorindo Jaya Furniture Gunungsitoli, and this holds true for customers of both races concurrently. The findings of this investigation point to the recommendation of analyzing additional policies and tactics for advertising products and product quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The quality cost is a benchmark for the quality of a wood product who made by PT Inspira Furnexindo. PT Inspira Furnexindo is a company that makes various handicrafts from a quality wood like acacia, rubber wood,mahoni, etc. This study was conducted in order to analyze and determine the use of quality costs in the production process that occurs at PT Inspira Furnexindo, where this type of research is qualitative with a descriptive method. The analysis is carried out by analyzing the quality cost which has not yet been specifically reported by the company. The data collection method used was documentation and interviews which were then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the analysis of the quality cost at PT Inspira Furnexindo is, thet budge for appraisal costs, prevention costs,, internal and external failure costs have increased every year. however, the percentage of quality costs to sales fluctuated with the highest number of presentations in 2020, then the second highest in 2019 and the smallest in 2021. Quality costs incurred by the company are said to have been optimal as evidenced by an increase in the company's income from the number of product sales.

Abstract

Technology that is growing and the number of people's demands for ease of transactions makes businessmen in the smartphone industry try to meet the needs of their prospective customers. Of course, the resulting smartphone products not only function as a means of communication but can also make payment transactions and even fashion. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumptive lifestyle, features and sales promotions on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The iPhone smartphone is used as an object in this study and the subject is people who live in Bekasi City who have not used an iPhone. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression test, partial test and simultaneous test. Based on the results that have been obtained, it can be seen that partially and simultaneously consumptive lifestyles, features and sales promotions affect purchasing decisions for Iphone smartphones

Abstract

The phenomenon of the emergence of skin beauty treatments in Garut is growing rapidly along with consumer awareness to take care of their skin. However, in the last 3 years there has been a decline in customers for beauty treatments. In this regard, a research was conducted at a beauty clinic in Garut with the title "Purchase Decisions Affected by Sales Promotion at Beauty Clinics in Garut". The research method used in this study is the causal method. The population in this study was 1,225 customers and the sample used was 92 people using simple random sampling technique. The data collection used is a questionnaire, the analytical technique used in this research is instrument test (validity test and reliability test), correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of data processing obtained using SPSS Version 26 software for windows, that the instrument used in this study was declared valid and reliable because it had a value greater than r table of 0.205. From the correlation coefficient test results obtained information that sales promotion has a very strong influence with a value of 0.959 with a coefficient of determination of 91.9%, and based on hypothesis testing there is a positive and significant effect with a significance value of 0.000 <0.005 while t count 31.918> t table 1.66.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of leadership behavior, work environment, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee commitment at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Kendari. (2) The influence of leadership behavior on employee commitment at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Kendari. (3) The influence of the work environment on employee commitment at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Kendari. (4) The effect of job satisfaction on employee commitment to Class I Immigration Office TPI Kendari. The study population was all employees of the TPI Kendari Class I Immigration Office, namely as many as 76 excluding the leadership, the research data was collected using a questionnaire and processed using the SPSS statistical application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) leadership behavior, work environment, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee commitment at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Kendari. (2) leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Kendari. (3) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Kendari (4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Kendari

Abstract

The formulation of the problem of this research is how the urgency of the role of bureaucratic change agents in improving the performance of State Civil Apparatus Immigration Office Class I TPI Kendari. The purpose of this study was to determine the Urgency of the Role of Agents of Bureaucratic Change in Improving the Performance of Civil Servants of the Immigration Office Class I TPI Kendari. This type of research is descriptive qualitative in nature. Sources of research data are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, literature studies and documentation. The results of the study show that the role of a change agent in an organization is very important in improving the performance of employees or employees. The roles of change agents at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Kendari include: 1) As a catalyst, that is, change agents provide confidence to all employees within their respective work units about the importance of changing work units towards a better work unit; 2) As a driver of change, namely the agent of change is tasked with encouraging and mobilizing employees to participate in changes towards a better work unit; 3) As a solution provider, namely a change agent tasked with providing alternative solutions to employees or leaders in the work unit environment who face obstacles in the process of changing the work unit towards a better work unit; 4) As a mediator, namely a change agent whose job is to help expedite the change process, especially solving problems that arise in the implementation of bureaucratic reform and fostering relationships between parties inside and outside the work unit related to the change process; and 5) As a liaison, namely the agent of change is tasked with connecting two-way communication between employees in the work unit environment and decision makers. The conclusion of the study is that the role of a change agent at the TPI Kendari Class I Immigration Office is very important in improving employee performance. Therefore it is hoped that this role can be increased.

Abstract

The digital era has caused people's shopping patterns to change from offline to online. Many companies are competing to establish e-commerce to meet the ever-increasing online market. PT. Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo Jember is a manufacturing product distribution company PT Unilever Indonesia which dominates the market in Jember and its surroundings, and has also implemented an e-commerce called Panahmas Warung since 2020. This descriptive qualitative research method aims to evaluate how the application of e-commerce supports the success of Panahmas marketing in developing the market. As a result, Panahmas Warung was not managed seriously, so it ran static, and the application was discontinued in 2022. The reason for stopping the Panahmas Warung application was allegedly due to its inability to develop the company's market or business. There are many causes for Panahmas Warung's failure such as lack of human resources, lack of user interest, lack of promos, lack of collaboration and lack of social media utilization because the managing human resources are not adaptive to the latest technology. From the results of the research above, it can be concluded that as a consumer goods distributor company, PT Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo has quite a big opportunity in developing its business. This can be achieved if PT Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo utilizes online or e-commerce application channels in the form of a website or the company's official social media accounts which are managed professionally and consistently.

Abstract

The Effect of Promotion and Price on Consumer Purchase Decisions on motorcycle spare parts (two wheels). This study aims to assess how much influence promotion and price have on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Surganya Motor Indone;’l;[sia Bandung. The type of research used is quantitative explanatory research. The processed data is the result of distributing questionnaires to customers of PT Surganya Motor Indonesia Bandung. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. To explain the description of research related to the hypothesis by using the following analysis: Validity Test, Reliability Test, t Test (Partial). on Consumer Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

One of the pillars of national income comes from tax revenues which contribute arround 70% of all state revenues. Taxes play a very important role in a country, without taxes a country’s life cannot run properly. Txes finance infrastructure development, education, health, fuel subsidies (BBM), payment of civil servants and construction of public facilities. Taxes are at the forefront of the development and economic growth of a country. Economic growth is the development of economic activity that occurs from time to time and causes real national income to grow. This study uses the method of literature study. The data obtained comes from books, scientific articles, and other douments that discuss national income, taxes and Indonesia’s economic growth. Economic growth can show the quality or achievement of the development of an economy from one period to the next. Economic growth has a positive impact on tax revenues, especially through increasing people’s income and consumption levels. The higher the economic growth accompanied by equal distribution on income, the higher the people’s income.
