Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and product quality on buying interest in Milk and Food Pom Saba Embe Garut. This researcher uses a quantitative method, multiple correlation with a survey technique on a sample of 68 people. The population of this study is Milk And Food Pom Saba Embe Garut consumers. The test results obtained a value of 0.812 indicating that there is a very strong influence between price (X1) and product quality (X2) which have a joint effect on buying interest (Y). The coefficient is between the interval of the coefficient 0.80 – 1.000. Furthermore, there is a Fcount value of 62.968 > Ftable of 2.75 and for a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted which means there is a positive influence between (X1) price and (X2) product quality simultaneously on buying interest (Y). This conclusion is also strengthened by testing the coefficient of determination. The results of the test for the coefficient of determination show that the contribution of price (variable X1) and product quality (X2) to purchase intention (variable Y) at Milk And Food Pom Saba Embe Garut is 66% and the remaining 34% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Covid-19 Pandemic has create change in economic structure, causing lots of business to shut down during its time. Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are highly affected by the pandemic. Policy such as lockdown have prevent physical activity of trade. In order to survive in this condition many of SMEs owner have to generate innovation and creativity. One of the main key driver for surviving covid-19 pandemic are the use of E-Marketing strategy. In implementing EM ones have to understand the basic knowledge of technology and have the capability to learn new thing. The purpose of this paper is to understand E-Marketing, and how SMEs have adapt to it during the pandemic and how SMEs owner behavior after pandemic in term of continuing using EM. The result of this paper indicate the adaptability of SMEs owner to use EM during pandemic, EM also have contribute a lot to SMEs productivity during pandemic, lastly its stated that SMEs owner will continue to use EM to improve the development of their shop, store, or company

Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak has caused a catastrophic global terror. Several industries have been impacted. Customers' dissatisfaction is a challenge to coffee business entrepreneurs. It has an effect on coffee consumer behavior, particularly purchases made at coffee shops. The purpose of this study is to evaluate consumer motivation to buy coffee and the decision-making process of consumers buying coffee during a pandemic. This article provides an in-depth examination of the elements that influence customer behavior and purchasing decisions in marketing. Discerning patterns to rectify these requirements, making purchasing decisions such as whether to purchase goods and services and, if so, which types of brands and where, interpreting advice, establishing plans, and carrying out these plans, such as comparative shopping or actual product purchases, Totally, contemporary and professional marketing staff strive to understand customers and their answers, and so they analyze the key characteristics of their behavior.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the work performance of employees at PD. Source of Rezeki 3 Garut which tends to decrease. This phenomenon can be caused by various factors, one of which is Work Discipline. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at Sumber Rezeki 3 Garut. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative. Quantitative data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire where the data that had been collected was then processed using the SPSS statistical data processing application version 24 For Windows. Based on the analysis and data, information was obtained that the research instrument used in this study was declared valid because it had a value greater than the r table of 0.300 and was declared reliable because it had a Cronbach's alpha value greater than 0.600. From the results of the correlation test, it was found that work discipline has a very strong influence on employee performance with an r value of 0.827 and a coefficient of determination of 63.39% and the remaining 31.60% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

It is anticipated that all BAZ/LAZ/OPZ will be equipped with PSAK 109 following its mandate on January 1, 2009.can put its financial reports into use.This study looked at the accounting reports for Zakat, Infak, and Shodaqoh (BAZNAS) to see if they had implemented PSAK 109 in 2009.The National Amil Zakat Agency of the Republic of Indonesia served as the sample for this study.The PPID BAZNAS RI website's financial reports from 2009 to 2021 served as the basis for the collection of secondary data.According to the findings, BAZNAS did not use the financial accounting report structure specified in the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No.109 for shodaqoh, infaq, and zakat.BAZNAS makes financial reports like balance reports, sources and uses of funds reports, cash flow reports, and notes to financial statements public as evidence of this.cash flow reports, statements of financial position, fund movements, asset movements, and more.Notes to budget summaries should be in every way remembered for a coordinated PSAK 109 monetary report.It only conformed to PSAK in 2012, and even then, it lacked the same level of detail as the financial statements for 2016 to 2021.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, competence, and motivation on employee performance at PT XYZ. The approach used in this study is descriptive analysis with questionnaire data research instruments. statistical analysis used in this study namely validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, using multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis testing using t test and f test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The variables used in this study are training (x1), competency (x2), and motivation (x3) which are hypothesized to affect employee performance. the sample in this study amounted to 123 people using saturated and quantitative sampling methods. The results of this study can be concluded that training has the most influence on employee performance and is followed by competence and motivation. So that the leadership of PT XYZ must develop a model of training and motivation for employees to improve the quality of employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of environmental performance, environmental costs and company size on the company's financial performance. The population of this study is all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2019 period. This research is on the official website on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely on the web www.idx.co.id. The results of this study indicate that environmental performance, environmental costs and firm size simultaneously affect financial performance. Environmental performance and company size have a positive effect on financial performance, while environmental costs have no effect on financial performance.

Abstract

To increase the number of patient visits, of course a clinic or health service agency will design a strategy to increase the number of patient visits. The KMU Madura Eye Clinic has seen an increase in the number of patient visits in recent years. This research was conducted at the KMU Madura Eye Clinic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The informants in this study were the head of the KMU Madura Eye Clinic branch, the ER (Eye Representative) section and the admin section. The purpose of this study was to find out and describe what strategies were designed by the KMU Madura Eye Clinic so that there was an increase in the number of patient visits. The results of this study are that the KMU Madura Eye Clinic made several strategies to increase the number of patient visits including collaborating with BPJS, influencing WOM or (Word Of Mouth), promotion through social media and making visits to FKTP (First Level Health Facilities). Of the four strategies designed as a whole greatly affect the increase in patient visits.

Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out the effect of brand image on the decisions of Grab Bike users in Palembang City. The research was conducted on Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) APRIN Palembang students. Quantitative research is the type of research used and the research technique used, namely the technique of collecting research data with a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The research was conducted on Grab Bike users with a total of 79 respondents. Samples were taken using a non-probability sampling method, the snowball sampling method was chosen. The research data analysis method is linear regression. The results obtained from this research will be used to enrich knowledge about marketing research. Based on the results obtained, namely the indicators of the research variables, they are valid and reliable. The result of the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.301 or 30.1%, which explains that the relationship of variable X to variable Y is positive but not significant. Brand image can explain purchasing decisions by 30.1%, while 60.9% is explained by other factors not included in this study. Simple linear regression testing shows that the regression coefficient of the brand image variable is 0.432 with a positive value, which means that every time there is an increase in the brand image by one point and other variables have a fixed value, the user's decision will increase by 0.432 units. The constant value of 3,976 indicates that when a company has a good brand image, the value of user decisions about Grab services will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Pekanbaru City Environment and Hygiene Service. The research was conducted at the Department of Environment and Hygiene of Pekanbaru City.The data used consists of primary data and secondary data. Data were collected using a questionnaire given to employees. The population in this study were employees of DLHK Pekanbaru City, totaling 105 employees and with a sample of 105 employees. The analytical tool used is path analysis.The results of this study indicate (1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (2) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. significant effect on employee performance (5) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) work motivation affects performance through employee job satisfaction, (7) work environment affects performance through employee job satisfaction
