The purpose of this research is to analysis the effect of Liquidity, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Loans on Return on Assets in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. The nature of this research is explanatory. The population of this study is 40 conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The samples used as research were 22 conventional commercial bank companies. The results of this study conclude that Liquidity has a significant effect on Return on Assets in banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on the Return on Assets of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Non-Performing Loans have no significant effect on Return on Assets in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Liquidity, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Loans have a significant effect on Return on Assets in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period.

This study aims to determine the "Effect of the Use of E-Commerce and Procurement of Goods on Performance. The subject of this research is the Purchasing Department at PT.Distributor Gadget Indonesia. The population used in this study were 41 employees who were directly or indirectly involved in the process of using e-commerce and procuring goods. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 20 software. The results of this study can be concluded that E- Influential Commerce significantly positive on performance (Y) either partially or simultaneously. Partially, the significance value of the E-commerce variable (X1) is 0.002 and the procurement process (X2) is 0.043. Simultaneously, the significance value of the E-commerce variable (X1) and the procurement process (X2) on performance (Y) is equal to 0.000. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the performance variable (Y) can be explained through the E-commerce variable (X1) and the procurement process (X2) of 50%. While the rest is explained by other factors or variables not explained in this study, for example information sharing, process integration, and long term relationships between suppliers and buyers/consumers. Suggestions from this study are that companies, especially divisions related to the procurement process, are expected to be able to see opportunities and potentials caused by technological developments. One example of the impact of technological developments is the presence of E-commerce in the procurement process. Companies also need to understand the principles and issues arising from the use of E-commerce in the procurement process to maintain benefits, gain opportunities, and achieve the expected performance.

The effect of job satisfaction and morale on employee work productivity at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persia) Baturaja. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and morale on the work productivity of public transport employees. Pos Indonesia (Persia) Baturaja. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the sub-analysis of job satisfaction and morale affect the work productivity of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja with t values of 3.652 and 2.896. Meanwhile, it was found that job satisfaction and morale had an impact on the work productivity of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persia) Baturaja. The limitations of this study are the number of respondents who are only 30 people, as well as the results of the information obtained from the questionnaire which sometimes shows different thoughts and understandings. One of the sectors that has experienced positive growth in the Lampung Province economy is education services, although currently its contribution is not the largest in the Lampung Province economy. With this positive growth, it becomes interesting to analyze its growth projection. The aim of the research is to make projections of the economic growth of the education services sector in Lampung Province in 2022 – 2025. Descriptive and predictive methods are used in this study. Trend analysis is used to find the best economic growth model (linear, quadratic, cubic, and exponential) which is indicated by the largest termination coefficient (R2) value in the model formed, using Microsoft Excel software. The results showed that the average economic growth in the education services sector in Lampung Province in 2017 - 2022 was 5.56%. Furthermore, the results of the projection analysis for 2022 - 2025 obtained an average economic growth in the education services sector of 23.03%, with the largest growth occurring in 2025 of 55.69%.

The phenomenon that occurs in Center for Expansion of Kendari Employment Opportunities Ministery of Labour Opportunity Expansion employees at the Ministry of Manpower shows that performance is still not optimal and tends to decrease in carrying out their work in accordance with the demands of the work unit. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, communication, and organizational culture on employee performance at Center for Expansion of Kendari Employment Opportunities Ministery of Labour. This research is an explanatory research that studies the relationship between two or more variables, then attempts to explain the phenomena that occur. The results of the study show that: (1) Leadership Style, Communication and Organizational Culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance Center for Expansion of Kendari Employment Opportunities Ministery of Labour. This means that improving Leadership Style, Communication, and Organizational Culture together will result in significant performance improvements for Center for Expansion of Kendari Employment Opportunities Ministery of Labour. (2) Leadership style has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance at Center for Expansion of Kendari Employment Opportunities Ministery of Labour This means that the decreasing Leadership Style will not affect employee performance. (3) Communication has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Center for Expansion of Kendari Employment Opportunities Ministery of Labour (4) Organizational Culture has a positive but not significant influence on Center for Expansion of Kendari Employment Opportunities Ministery of Labour employee performance.”

MSMEs are one of the supporters of sustainable national economic growth, but in reality, there are still many obstacles faced by MSME actors in increasing business profitability. The TJSL program is one of the BUMN programs that can help MSMEs. This study aims to examine the effect of the social and environmental responsibility program of PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) on the financial performance of MSMEs in Madiun Raya. The sampling technique used total sampling obtained by 41 MSMEs. The method of data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results showed that capital soft loans and assistance/grants affected the financial performance of MSMEs, while the application of training and coaching did not affect the financial performance of MSMEs.

This study aims to determine the disclosure of corporate social responsibility based on the level of profitability, corporatey size, and leverage. The population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and a sample of 95 companies was obtained. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25. The results showed that the variable profitability proxied by ROA, corporate size proxied by SIZE, and leverage proxied by DER had an effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility.

This study aims to identify and analyze the service innovation of HR management system management at the Immigration Office Class 1 TPI Kendari. The informants in this study were five people. The data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. While the analytical tool used is qualitative data analysis techniques using triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that passport service innovation in terms of ikeni lapak (passport service between cities/districts), ikeni sapa (Kendari immigration ready to deliver your passport), ikeni salto (Kendari immigration to direct photos), ikeni blessing (Kendari immigration praying and alms), lako ikeni (Kendari immigration collective service) and ikeni yanti (Kendari immigration serving with heart) can provide good service to all users of immigration services.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the management and accountability of State Property (BMN) which is an integral part of the management and accountability of State finances by using the SIMAK - BMN application in the Poltekkes Kemenkes Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained through documentation, observation, and interviews. Interviews were conducted with 11 key informants. The techniques used in analyzing the research data are data collection, data reduction, and data presentation.The results showed that the management of BMN with the SIMAK – BMN application was quite effective, which was measured through 3 indicators with each indicator consisting of 2 sub indicators and 3 supporting and inhibiting factors. The conclusions from each of these indicators and factors are as follows: 1) timely reporting and good and correct BMN administration, 2) BMN management according to the procedures and socialization of SIMAK - BMN applications have been carried out, 3) HR procurement and filling have been carried out. according to qualifications, assessment of factors 1) technically facilitates the administration of BMN, 2) operationally easy to handle, 3) economically it does not require new and paperless equipment.

The quality of service and product prices offered by retail businesses will greatly affect the ability to compete in an effort to dominate the market. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of service quality and product price on customer satisfaction simultaneously and partially at Citimart Gunungsitoli. This research is a quantitative correlational research method. The sample in this study was 67 customers at Citimart Gunungsitoli. Methods of data collection using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in the study indicate that service quality and customer value have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and product prices have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Citimart Gunungsitoli. These findings provide consideration for Citimart Gunungsitoli in preparing the best strategy to be able to retain customers and their presence in the retail business competition.
