Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to test the growth of assets, capital structure, company size and firm value which have an impact on profitability. The company that is the subject of this research is PT. XYZ. This type of research is a quantitative technique, where the research population is taken as many as 80 employees from a research sample of 100 employees of PT. XYZ. The data collection process was carried out using library research techniques and questionnaires. Analysis of the research data was carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests and multiple linear regression tests assisted by the SPSS ver. 22. The results of this study found that asset growth, capital structure, company size, and company value have a positive effect on profitability at PT. XYZ either partially or simultaneously. The result of the coefficient value of asset growth (X1) is 0.172 (17.2%), the result of the coefficient value of capital structure (X2) is 0.218 (21.8%), the result of the coefficient value of company size (X3) is 0.689 (68.9%) , and the results of the firm value coefficient (X4) are 0.138 (13.8%).

Abstract

ABSTRACK Environmental conditions in Indonesia are getting worse where non-green waste management is not handled optimally so that people, especially generation z, must be aware of ecological problems by implementing green buying behavior. This study aims to identify the factors influencing consumers' green buying behavior in generation z in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative with primary data obtained through questionnaires. Total sample of 372 Respondents. The method used to determine the sample is purposive sampling technique. Data processing techniques using the SEM-PLS 3.0 Application. The tests used are the Outer Model Test and the Inner Model Test. The results showed that (1) Perceived environmental knowledge, perceived severity, efficacy response, and attitude had a positive and significant effect on green buying behavior. (2) Perceived severity, efficacy response, and perceived responsibility have a positive and significant effect on attitudes. (3) Attitudes mediate the relationship between perceived environmental responsibility and green buying behavior. Attitudes also mediate between perceived severity and green buying behavior and mediate between efficacy responses and green buying behaviors. The results of this study will be useful for policy strategists and government organizations to create campaigns to encourage eco-friendly buying behavior among young consumers.

Abstract

This research analyses the effect of perceived risk, trust, and lifestyle towards online repurchase intention on gen z using Shopee as a marketplace. Sampling technique used purposive sampling and 100 respondents in the research sample in total. Hypothesis result of this research is proven that perceived risk has no significant affect towards online repurchase intention. It refers that perceived risk variable isn't affected to online repurchase intention on gen Z. Hence, the opposite of previous statement, trust and lifestyle have positive influenced and significantly towards online repurchase intention. The higher trust that given and the more gen Z's lifestyle fitted with online purchase behavior in Shopee marketplace, would likely increase online repurchase intention. Determination test results show that perceived risk, trust and lifestyle affected to 51,8% online repurchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) as well as alternative strategies for Pertamina to increase the market share of its asphalt products in the business of Pertamina to meet domestic asphalt needs. The design of this research is a case study design the informants of this research are the management of Pertamina and the analysis tools are the SWOT and QSPM methods. The priority business strategy priority strategy of Pertamina to increase the market share of its asphalt products in meeting domestic asphalt needs is the development of distribution networks. Strengths and weaknesses of Pertamina asphalt products are Pertamina has its own factory, has a wide product variance other than asphalt, cooperation with strong agents, synergy with other SOEs, has TKDN, Pertamina brand is considered weaker than foreign brands, competitors have asphalt terminals in the province, lack of supply points in Java and zero term payments. Opportunities and threats that exist are growing private development projects, construction of toll roads, asphalt raw materials other than oil, asphalt substitution products and low barriers to entry for the asphalt business. Pertamina needs to invest, especially in terms of providing facilities and infrastructure for asphalt distribution needs in an effort to meet asphalt demand in areas that are not reached by Pertamina asphalt terminals such as by collaborating on tankers in transporting asphalt to the region.

Abstract

This research is motivated by an indication that the net working capital of the Cikajang South Garut Breeders Cooperative (KPGS) has fluctuated. and has tended to decrease over the last 5 years. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inventory turnover on net working capital at the South Garut Farmers Cooperative (KPGS) Cikajang. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative method approach. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the development of inventory turnover tends to increase and net working capital tends to decrease. While the influence of the level of inventory turnover on net working capital seen from the value of the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient is 0.882, it can be interpreted that the relationship between the level of inventory turnover and net working capital has a very strong relationship and a negative relationship. The coefficient of determination is 77.7%, and the remaining 22.3% is influenced by other factors not examined. Regression test with Y = 6,264,751,301.00 – 1,667,743.489 X, which means that for each addition of one unit of Inventory Turnover then the value of Net Working Capital will decrease or decrease by 1,667,743.489.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of management accounting information system characteristics, budgeting participation, business strategy on managerial performance with environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable. Quantitative research method using a questionnaire to obtain the data. The sample of this research is an active employee in administration and finance in each division of PT PJB Surabaya. The data analysis technique used in this study is moderating regression analyze. The results of the research inform that the characteristics of management accounting information systems, participatory budgeting and business strategy have a significant effect on this research. The research results also inform that environmental uncertainty strengthens the relationship between the influences of business strategy on managerial performance. The contribution of this research is useful for companies to increase the capacity of management information systems and flexible budgeting according to the needs and determination of company strategy.

Abstract

PT. Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo is a distribution company that is committed to providing the best service to consumers. PT Unilever Indonesia's main distributor company in the Jember and Probolinggo marketing areas has customers of more than five thousand shops and outlets to supermarkets. In the course of its business for two decades, the company received many complaints. The complaints include product availability, product defects, and delivery delays. This study aims to analyze the strategy for handling customer complaints by PT Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo. With a descriptive qualitative method, the authors conclude that the company accepts every complaint openly with many complaint channels, responsive and effective. Complaints received are immediately identified and submitted to management for a decision which is oriented towards customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research has a background where the work discipline of PDAM Tirta Intan Garut Regency employees is still not optimal in carrying out their work activities. This phenomenon can be caused by various factors, including the work placement factor. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work placement on employee work discipline at PDAM Tirta Intan, Garut Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative. Quantitative data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire. Based on the analysis and data, information was obtained that the research instruments used in this study were declared valid and reliable because they had a value greater than the r table of 0.202. From the results of the partial correlation test, work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline where the level of influence lies in a strong position with an r value of 0.698 and a coefficient of determination of 52.5% and the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other factors that not examined such as compensation, motivation, leadership and others. While the respondents' responses regarding work placement at PDAM Tirta Intan Garut Regency were in the good category and for employee work discipline at PDAM Tirta Intan Garut Regency in the good category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work culture and performance benefits on employee performance. The research was aimed at employees of the logistics bureau of the East Java regional police. The research respondents totaled 54 people with the type of research sample selection, namely purposive sampling or determining the sample based on the research objectives. The research method applied was a survey using a questionnaire with reference to the Likert scale and the type of research was exploratory research. The data analysis method applies multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The data processing stage uses the IBM Version 25 Statistical Application Solutions (SPSS). The results of the study show that the variables of work culture and employee performance have a partial effect, while the leadership variable has no partial effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of salary and work discipline on the performance of employees of the East Java Regional Police Finance Division. The research was aimed at employees in the financial sector of the East Java regional police. The number of research respondents was 36 people with the type of research sample selection, namely purposive sampling or determining the sample based on the research objectives. The research method applied was a survey using a questionnaire with reference to the Likert scale and the type of research was explanatory research. The data analysis method applies multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The data processing stage used the IBM Version 25 Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) application. The results showed that the salary variable had a partial effect, while the work discipline variable had no partial effect on employee performance.
