Abstract

Indonesia is a country affected by the Covid-19 outbreak, and this has caused various shocks, including in the economic and business sectors. In this case the economic side offers several solutions and the role of policy for the economy during the face of the co-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the presence of the National Financial Policy on the field of Economy and Business in Indonesia today. The type of research used is a descriptive qualitative approach method with data analysis techniques and library research. The results of this study indicate that the Covid-19 Pandemic has had an impact on the global economy including the economy in Indonesia. This causes a decrease in demand for products and also affects investment realization. In this case the National Financial Policy has an impact and provides solutions in the field of Economy and Business during a pandemic including: (1) direct cash disbursement; (2) the existence of superior business capital assistance for the business sector or MSMEs; (3) increasing economic and financial literacy through the development of financial technology.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, sales growth, operating capacity and company size on financial distress. The research population is tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2021 period. The research sample was determined based on purposive sampling with the results of 66 companies experiencing financial distress while 14 companies did not experience financial distress. The analytical method uses logistic regression and the findings show that profitability, liquidity and operating capacity have an effect on financial distress, while sales growth and company size have no effect on financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intangible investment on internal business processes, growth learning and to test the moderating effect of the covid-19 pandemic in this study. . This research is a quantitative study using linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method and obtained 56 companies. The results of this study indicate that intangible investment has an effect on internal business processes and learning growth and the interaction of the covid19 pandemic has no effect on internal business processes and learning growth.

Abstract

The tourism industry has entered a new era, namely the digital era of tourism. The digital era of tourism forces tourist destination managers to innovate more in tourism management in line with changes in technological advances. One of the important roles in tourism management is the leadership role of tourism management organizations. One of the leadership styles that can be applied to deal with digital era tourism is transformational leadership. The purpose of this study is to find out whether transformational leadership has been implemented in Tlangoh Beach Pokdarwis to deal with digital era tourism or the 4.0 era, understanding of tourism that has entered the digital era, and strategies that can be applied to deal with digital era tourism. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative which aims to reveal a situation as it should be. The results of the study show that there are two dimensions of transformational leadership that have not yet been implemented by the Pokdarwis chairman, namely: intellectual stimulation and inspirational motivation. The understanding that tourism has now entered the digital era is also considered lacking in this research. Seeing these problems, there are three strategies that can be implemented to deal with digital era tourism. The strategy is to carry out positioning, differentiating, and branding of tourist destinations.

Abstract

The difference in perspective on taxes between the government and company managers who consider taxes is a burden that reduces company profits which has an impact on reducing the prosperity of companies and managers as agents, while on the state side taxes are as a function of the budget for state management. This difference in interests encourages managers to take tax aggressiveness to reduce the tax burden. This study aims to determine the factors that can encourage tax aggressiveness, including Profitability, Company Size, Leverage, Capital Intensity and Independent Commissioners. With a population of all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange prior to the Covid-19 pandemic for the 2017-2019 period, using the Non-Probability Sampling technique, using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis used was data pooling test, descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the variable company size has sufficient evidence of a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness and the independent commissioner variable has sufficient evidence of a significant negative effect on tax aggressiveness, while the variables of Profitability, Leverage and Capital Intensity have insufficient evidence of a significant effect on tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

The long journey that the city of Bandung has gone through as the capital city of West Java Province has qualified experience requirements as the capital city of a province with a diverse and diverse population. The increase in population from day to day makes Bandung must be able to respond to various changes in a wise and dignified manner. One of them is that several organizations in the government area must be able to respond quickly to several changes that occur from one time to another. As happened with the Bandung city education office which continues to strive to realize good organizational quality along with the times to serve the community well. This study aims to understand the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the education office in the city of Bandung. Using path analysis and quantitative methods and purposive sampling, a sample of 50 Bandung city education office employees was obtained. The findings from the results of the study that the motivation of an employee to win is not optimal, the working environment conditions are still not calm and the awarding of rewards from the leadership is still not optimal in the relationship between motivation, work environment and employee performance as a form of a new model in learning human resources.

Abstract

The information that is often needed by investors is about the company's ability to generate profits which is calculated using the profitability ratio. profitability is the most important determinant of profitability because the main indicator of a company's ability to pay dividends is the company's ability to generate profits. In addition to analyzing profitability ratios, investors also need to consider share ownership by directors or commissioners of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of working capital turnover, inventory turnover and accounts receivable turnover on profitability. Knowing and analyzing working capital turnover, inventory turnover and accounts receivable turnover on profitability with company growth as a Moderating Variable. In this study, the population is Lq45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. From the total population, the sample is determined as many as 40 companies. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the technique of collecting data on the company's financial statements. Data analysis techniques in this research use 2 data analysis methods, namely multiple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the findings of working capital turnover, inventory turnover and accounts receivable turnover have a significant effect on profitability. Company growth is able to moderate the effect of working capital turnover, inventory turnover and accounts receivable turnover on profitability,

Abstract

In the absorption of female workers, there was an increase which in 2021 was 4.57 percent and in 2020 it was 6,16 percent. High population growth has impacted the labor supply, which, if not matched by the demand for labor, will increase unemployment. The occurrence of intellectual unemployment is inseparable from the problem of the world of education which is not able to produce quality workers according to the demands of the labor market so our educated workforce is often unable to compete with foreign workers. Government policies where successful family planning has given women greater free time to participate in the world of work. On the other hand, it can be argued that the desire to increase family income is also quite strong. This study aims to analyze the development and influence of the average wage, education level, and population of women on employment. The method of analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) technique with the Eviews 10 application, followed by the elasticity method. The results of the analysis in this study are that the average wage/salary of women has a significant and inelastic positive relationship to the absorption of female labor, the average length of education of women has a significant and elastic positive relationship to the absorption of female labor, and the total female population has positive relationship is not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to analysis the effect of career development and leadership on job satisfaction. To analyze the effect of career development and leadership on performance. To analyze the effect of job satisfaction on performance. And to analyze the effect of career development and leadership on performance through job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the BPJS Kesehatan Deputy for the Jambi Central Sumbagteng Region which supervise 11 branch offices with total employee of 497 people in 2021. Sample used on this research were construct of 222 respondents. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, while the primary data collected using a questionnaire. Then, collected data were analysis using path analysis. The results showed that career development had an effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Career development has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

In a country has macroeconomic problems that are difficult to solve, namely inflation and unemployment. The purpose of this research is to find out a deeper explanation of government policies related to the threat of unemployment and rising inflation in West Java and the benefit is to add insight into government policies and find out how the government overcomes these problems. The research method used is quantitative observation and qualitative method by describing the actual data in the form of tables, figures, vision and mission. Based on BPS data, it can be seen that in 2021 there will be a lot of unemployment due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the policies used by the government are establishing several strategic policies, providing income tax incentives to workers, and prioritizing pre-employment cards for workers who are victims of layoffs.
