Abstract

The capital market is one of the sources of external funding for a company. Investors who want to invest in the capital market will analyze the financial ratios owned by a company to determine the financial performance of the company. Food and beverage companies are one of the sectors that are quite attractive to investors to invest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on Stock Prices in Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2017 – 2021. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study were 10 companies. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test. The test tool used is SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that partially Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earning Per Share (EPS) affect the stock prices of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017 – 2021. Simultaneously Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earning Per Share (EPS) affect the stock prices of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017 period – 2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity Ratio, Profitability ratio, and Leverage ratio on Financial Distress in Road Transportation Sub-Industry Transportation Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021 partially. The data used is secondary data from 2017-2021. The data obtained is then processed using the Eviews 12 analysis tool. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially the liquidity ratio with a proxy (current ratio) has an effect on financial distress. Likewise, the profitability ratio with the return on assets (ROA) proxy has an effect on financial distress. While the leverage ratio with the debt to equity ratio (DER) proxy has an effect on Financial Distress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the success of UKM with the independent variables Creativity Motivation and Islamic Business Ethics with Innovation as a moderator variable in Salatiga.This research is a quantitative research with primary data, the population in this study is all UKM owners in Salatiga in 2022. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling, namely by randomly determining the sample of UKM actors in Salatiga.The data collection method was carried out using questionnaires and interviews conducted with UKM in Salatiga in 2022. The data obtained was then processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 22 tool. The analysis carried out included instrument tests, classic assumption tests, statistical tests and MRA tests. The results in this study show that motivation has a positive but not significant effect on the success of UKM, creativity has a positive and significant effect on the success of UKM, Islamic Business Ethics has a positive and significant effect on the success of UKM and innovation is not proven to be a moderator variable or does not moderate motivation, creativity and business ethics. Islam on the success of UKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on community satisfaction at Sele Be Solu Hospital, Sorong City. This type of research is quantitative. This research was conducted at Sele Be Solu Hospital, Sorong City, from 18 May to 20 May 2022. The research sample consisted of 60 respondents. There are 2 sources of data used, namely primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis test, t-test, and coefficient of determination test. The results show that the calculation of the simple regression coefficient above shows the value of the constant coefficient of 6.080, the coefficient of the independent variable (X) is 0.628. So that the regression equation Y=6.080+0.628X is obtained, the t-count value is greater than the t-table value, namely 6.706 > 4.293 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, and the adjusted R square value is 0.427 or 42.7%. This means that service quality has an effect on community satisfaction in Sele Be Solu Hospital, Sorong City 42.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and evaluate the accounts receivable control system adopted by PT KLM. This research is conducted using qualitative methodology. There are both primary and secondary data used. Using interview and observation tactics to obtain data from store managers, cashiers, and billing parties for the purpose of publishing articles. This investigation was done at the PT KLM office in Lamongan, East Java. On the basis of the findings, the authors conclude that the implementation of internal control at PT KLM is less successful at regulating its receivables, as indicated by inadequate control, supervision, monitoring, and risk assessment. Several internal and external forces have contributed to this. However, PT. KLM's knowledge, communication, and control environments are adequate.

Abstract

Oil and gas industry is one of the industry that demand human resources with high competency due to work risk and one of the Indonesia’s government backbone in generating revenue for the country. PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona XXX is one of PT Pertamina (Persero) business subsidiary focusing on exploration and exploitation of oil in gas within Sumatra island. PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona XXX is responsible in managing oil and gas block from Jambi Province to Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province, so that managing human resources is crucial to help the company reach its own target. To reach its target, employee work productivity plays an important role. Variable used to measure employee work productivity is workload, teamwork and job satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the interaction between every variables in employee work productivity on PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona XXX. The result of this study indicate that workload, teamwork and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee work productivity, where workload giving a negative effect empoloyee work productivity, teamwork and job satisfaction giving positive effect on employee work productivity. Conclusion of this research is that workload giving negative effect and significant on job satisfaction as well as employee work productivity due to high workload with insufficient appreciation from the company causing the job satisfaction decreases which imply on the reduction of employee work productivity. Meanwhile, teamwork giving positive effect and significant on job satisfaction, since increase in teamwork attitude within colleagues will raise employee work productivity on PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona XXX.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Makmur Motor Workshops in 2022. This study aims to determine: The effect of Price and Service Quality on customer loyalty at Makmur Motor Workshops. The population in this study are all customers in 2021, totaling 247 customers. Thus the number of samples is rounded up to 71 consumers, after being calculated by the Taro Yamane formula. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. The results of the analysis are formulated multiple linear regression equations with the equation Y = 5.868 + 0.335X1 + 0.450X2. This shows the value of a (constan) is 5.868, meaning that without the Price (X1) and Service Quality (X2) variables or having a zero value, Customer Loyalty (Y) is worth 5.838. Based on the results of the significant test (t) with the help of SPSS, the partial test results obtained, it can be said that the price and service quality variables partially affect customer loyalty positively and significantly. From the results of the F test it is known that simultaneously the price and service quality variables affect customer loyalty Makmur Motor Workshop Pekanbaru. Furthermore, the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.488. This value can be interpreted that changes in customer loyalty values ​​are influenced by changes in the value of the independent variable price and service quality by 48.8% while 51.2% is determined by other variables that are not in this research model.

Abstract

Customer loyalty needs to understand the buying cycle. The purchase cycle starts from the consumer making a purchase for the first time then the consumer will conduct a post-purchase evaluation on the product, after which the consumer will decide to buy the product again or not. This research is stated in the hypothesis that there is a positive influence between pricing on customer loyalty (Study at Bandung Wholesale Center). The population in this study are customers who make purchases at the Bandung Wholesale Center which are unlimited (infinite). In determining the number of samples will be used based on the calculation of the Lamshow formula. Then the size of the sample based on the number of populations who buy products at the Bandung Wholesale Center is the result of calculations obtained by the value of n = 68, the number of respondents studied is 68 people. Based on the results of calculations using Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient analysis partially Product Pricing (X) has an effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) can be obtained the result is 0.855 which indicates a very strong influence between Product Pricing and Customer Loyalty. The correlation value which is between 0.800-1000 is in a strong interval, so it can be said that Product Pricing is a priority role for Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

To accomplish long-term goals, one of the strategic steps taken by the company is investing in innovation through Research and Development (R&D) spending. Numerous studies show that R&D activities can improve company performance. However, fewer studies discuss the factors involved in R&D investment, especially in Indonesia. In addition, the versatile results of previous studies make this research still relevant. This study aims to determine which factors are involved in R&D expense decisions from a company's resource and corporate governance perspective. This research uses multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) estimation method. Based on the stability test, the Covid-19 pandemic affects the relationship between several factors in R&D expense. In all samples, only the proportion of independent commissioners positively affects R&D expenses. There is shifting in the variables of company ownership, profitability, and tangible assets toward R&D expense. But, debt has no significant effect on R&D expenses before and during the pandemic. Thus, ownership concentration, independent commissioner, and company resources, such as tangible assets and other financing sources, have a role in the R&D investment decision. This research shows the crucial role of corporate governance in managing a company's resources to sustain a competitive advantage through R&D activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of microfinance institutions in empowering the small and medium-sized communities. SMEs really need the role of microfinance institutions, especially in terms of funds to expand markets and develop their businesses, so as to make a large contribution to the national economy. The role of MFIs has been tested, survived the economic crisis and even strengthened. MSMEs are business units where the Indonesian economy has so far relied heavily on MFIs. It is not surprising that many parties have turned their attention to MFIs, but the attention given has not fully touched the face of MFIs with fundamental questions. microfinance institutions so that they can actually strengthen and develop as micro, small and medium enterprises, especially financial institutions in small communities. This microfinance institution was established because it was driven by the community's need for funds to develop their business. the question about the need for funds faced by the majority of the community has been responded positively by several people who are willing to lend some of their funds for MSME capital. Funds lent to customers come from the MFI's own funds or from depositing funds into the microfinance fund of the client's institution. Judging from the potential and funding sources that have been implemented, the MFI actually serves customers and manages them based on. If financial institutions can coordinate fund management with each other, then this can be a huge advantage
