Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. As we know that the epidemic caused by a virus called corona has an impact on all aspects of people's lives, especially education. Teaching and learning activities that are usually done directly must also be stopped and replaced with online learning at home. In determining the impact of online learning the need for a support system, where the support system used is the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method with 4 variables namely tasks, costs, networks and the impact of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. For the calculation of data will go through stages of fuzzification, inference, and defuzzification. Abstract

Current technological developments are increasingly advanced which also have an impact on communication lines. The development is based on the emergence of the internet, through the internet, many things have been done, one of which is the exchange of information. However, this development creates new problems, namely due to the relatively large size so that it requires storage media to accommodate all the data received. From these problems, a technique was found in order to solve all the problems previously found. The technique is called the compression technique. is the process of converting the original (raw) data into another data stream with a different format that has a smaller size or the process of converting a set of data into coded form in order to save storage space. In this case, what I use in compression is the Gopala-Hemachandra Code 2 (GH-2 (n)) algorithm for compressing audio files. So from this research we will get what percentage of the data before the compression process is carried out with those that have been demcompressed. Abstract

The development of animation nowadays increasingly puts demands on animators to complete their work quickly. In this thesis, we will discuss about a method which will make it easier for animators to finish production without wasting time. Create a traditional Javanese wedding process with the Pose to Pose method. 2D animation that is influenced by a good animating process on its movements will make the animation look alive. The pode to pose technique is one of the methods used in the animating process because the application of this method uses the basic principles of animation. Abstract

Kyphosis (kyphosis) is a disorder in the curvature of the spine that makes the upper back appear abnormally rounded or bent. Everyone has a curved spine, ranging from 25 to 45 degrees. However, in people with kyphosis, the curvature of the spine can reach 50 degrees or more. These conditions make people hunchbacked. Kyphosis is still difficult or rare to find so it is difficult for sufferers to consult their experts (Kofosis diagnosis specialists) to obtain information related to the diagnosis of the disease they are experiencing. The expert system built in this study to diagnose Kofosis was designed and built using the Visual Basic Net 2008 programming language, as with the development of this expert system, it is expected to have a positive impact as an alternative tool for diagnosing Kofosis in sufferers of this disease. In the expert system for diagnosing Kofosis in this study, the mamdani fuzzy logic method is applied with the aim of increasing the progress of the system's work in producing accurate diagnostic output and in accordance with the expert knowledge obtained by the author when conducting research on this Kofosis disease.Keywords: Expert System, Diagnosis, Cofosis, Fuzzy Mamdani

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pengelompokkan data yang ada pada siswa yang berhak menerima beasiswa. Penyaluran beasiswa yang berasal dari keluarga yang kurang mampu harus dapat melalui seleksi yang melibatkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Kriteria tersebut seperti kondisi rumah, nilai raport, status rumah. Algoritma K-Means dapat membantu untuk mengklasifikasi siswa-siswi yang sangat layak untuk berupa mendapatkan bantuan berupa beasiswa. Adapun tujuan yang ada pada penelitian ini adalah menentukan clustering penerima beasiswa sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang layak, layak dengan pertimbangan dan kurang layak untuk menerima beasiswa dengan 4 kriteria. Data set yang digunakan sebanyak 128 siswa yang berasal dari sekolah SMP Muhammadiyah 54 Kerasaan. Data-data tersebut dapat dihitung dengan menggunakan algoritma K-Means dan pengujian dapat dilakukan melalui aplikasi RapidMiner 5.3. Metode K-Means berusaha mengelompokkan data yang ada kedalam beberapa kelompok, dimana data dalam satu kelompok mempunyai karakteristik yang sama satu sama lainnya dan mempunyai karakteristik yang berbeda dengan data yang ada didalam kelompok yang lain. Hasil penelitian diperoleh C1:73Item, C2:30Item, C3:25Item. Dari hasil analisis diharapkan dapat membantu pemahaman siswa yang berhak menerima beasiswa. Abstract

An athlete must have good knowledge, skills, personality and discipline in following the coaching or the ongoing race or competition. The problem in the selection of athletes for the Student Education and Training Center (PPLP) is that they are not objective enough. The decision-making technique in the SMARTER (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks) method is based on the theory that each alternative consists of a number of criteria that have values and each criterion has a weight that describes how important it is compared to other criteria. It is hoped that to overcome this, a decision support system for the selection of athletes in the Student Education and Training Center (PPLP) will be built using the Smarter method at the Office of Youth and Sports (DISPORA) North Sumatra Province which will be designed using Visual Basic 2008 and using Microsoft Access 2007. The Visual Basic design will produce a calculation and ranking process.Keywords: Decision Support System, Athlete, Smarter.

Abstract

The expert system is one tangible manifestation of the development of artificial intelligence which can be useful in assisting problem solving to obtain effective results in the process of determining a diagnostic decision. The expert system itself adopts expert knowledge in a field then provides diagnostic output in accordance with the expert's knowledge in solving diagnostic problems. The problems raised are the topic of this research to be resolved using an expert system, namely solving the problem of uncertainty in the diagnosis of Hepatomegaly which is experienced by the general public so that it must require the assistance of an alhi who is called an expert in diagnosing Hepatomegaly. Hepatomegaly is an increase in the size of the liver. This condition generally occurs due to disease in the liver, one of which is hepatitis. But it could also be due to other diseases. The expert system method applied in this study is to obtain accurate diagnosis results in accordance with the expert knowledge of diagnosis of Hepatomegaly, namely the Fuzy Logic Sugeno method. Fuzy Logic Sugeno which is used in expert systems in this study works to find an accurate diagnostic solution to the problem of uncertainty in the initial diagnosis of Hepatomegaly. The expert system for diagnosing Hepatomegaly in this study was built using the Visual Basic Net 2008 programming language and using the MySQL database as a data storage space for this expert system. Abstract

Generic performance appraisal is a system that can identify and measure the performance of all INP members to maintain, improve and create communication between leaders and members in order to better understand the main duties and functions of Polri members. Generic performance appraisals include leadership, communication, integrity, commitment to organization, and discipline. Abstract

Timnas sepak bola Indonesia adalah tim yang mewakili Indonesia di sepak bola internasional. Timnas memiliki lebih dari 20 pemain berbakat yang terpilih dengan terbagi menjadi beberapa posisi, penentuan para pemain merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi pelatih untuk memperoleh pemain nasional terbaik dari segala penjuru negeri Indonesia. Jumlah data pemain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 279 pemain. Dengan ini, pelatih memiliki hak penuh menentukan pemain nasional secara tepat, objektif, dan langsung. Dalam menentukan pemain yang tepat dari tiap posisi tanpa mengetahui kompetensi yang dimiliki tiap pemain bisa sangat menyulitkan pelatih. Untuk membantu keputusan pelatih dalam menentukan pemain timnas yang tepat diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis website. Sistem pendukung keputusan adalah sistem yang ditujukan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan kriteria yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, dalam penelitian ini kriteria yang digunakan berupa aspek physical yang memiliki faktor age, dan appearances, aspek attack yang memiliki faktor goals, shots, dan shots on target, aspek team play yang memiliki faktor assist, dan passes, aspek defence yang memiliki faktor tackles, interceptions, dan clearances, dan aspek discipline yang memiliki faktor yellow cards, red cards, fouls, dan offsides. Metode yang digunakan pada sistem pendukung keputusan pada penelitian ini adalah metode profile matching. Metode ini dipilih karena alasan metode profile matching dapat membandingkan proses antara kompetensi individu ke dalam kompetensi kinerja sehingga bisa diketahui perbedaan kompetensinya. Pada aplikasi berbasis website ini menggunakan php dan javascript sebagai bahasa pemrograman, mysql sebagai database server dan xampp sebagai web server. Pelatih dapat memasukkan penilaian bobot disetiap kriteria yang dibutuhkan dan mendapat rekomendasi pemain berupa perangkingan sesuai dengan perhitungan pada metode profile matching. Dengan adanya aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan menentukan pemain timnas sepak bola Indonesia berbasis website menggunakan metode profile matching dapat digunakan untuk membantu pelatih dalam mengambil keputusan memilih pemain yang tepat secara langsung tanpa dibatasi ruang dan waktu.

Abstract

In technological developments, it also affects the size of the data from a file, especially in transmitting JPEG images or images. Digital images have a size or capacity that is large enough so that the image transmission process often experiences problems due to its large enough capacity. Large data sizes also require large storage space, therefore additional solutions are needed to save space on storage media, such as reducing the size of the data to be stored. Knowing the value of the speed and efficiency of the JPEG image compression process needs to remember so many compression methods that exist today, one of which is the FELICS method. Image compression is carried out on images aimed at reducing the redundancy of existing data in the image so that it can be stored or transmitted efficiently. The FELICS method, which stands for Fast Compression & Lossless Image System, is a lossless image compression algorithm that performs 5 times faster than the original lossless JPEG codec and produces a compression ratio of the same value. So through this research the writer wants to carry out the analysis process of the FELICS method. The Fast Compression & Lossless Image System method works very well on images and produces high ratio values.Keywords: Analysis, Image, Compression, FELICS Method
